Die vorliegende Erfindung will diesen Mangel beheben.
Annual salary clock For the temporal tariff changeover of electricity meters, for temporal contact for fiignal purposes, for the pre-determined switching on and off of energy consumers such as boilers, stoves, etc., salary clocks, signal clocks, time switches, etc.
used, which have a disc driven by a time mechanism (clockwork, synchronous motor, etc.), called a day disc, signal wheel or similar, which rotates in 24 hours. and by means of a scale that can be inserted in hours, possibly minutes, pins, cams or the like at the selected time of day, switch contacts or contacts on and off.
<B> Should </B> see the daily program with the season. change continuously or i-Ltekweise, z. B. to switch street or shop window lights on and off, astronomical annual disks are used in a known manner, which have a gear ratio of 1:
365 to .driven, whereby such a Jann.resheibe see due to its relative movement to the daily water disc pushes its lever in time forwards and backwards. Should however.
If a fixed summer program and a fixed winter program are switched or a certain day program is switched on a certain day before or from a predetermined day during a certain number of days, these functions cannot be set on the known facilities mentioned.
The present invention seeks to remedy this shortcoming. , It concerns an electrical time switch with a day and a year disk, which is marked @dadureh that a stepping gear is arranged between the two disks to drive the year disk through the day disk,
which at a selectable time of day. the year disc jerks further by one day angle. In addition, the day disk expediently has a switching element that can be set with respect to the day scale for driving the indexing gear and the indexing gear has a reverse speed and:
a deadlock situation for every step. The year disk is distinguished by the fact that it has a date scale and, in relation to this, adjustable control parts for on and off actuation of an annual program contact.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows. in Fig. 1.
a view of a time switch with year and day disk, the latter being partially cut away, in FIG. 2 a schematic diagram of the transmission in elevation, in FIG. 3 a maintenance diagram for a year program switch contact and two day program switch contacts.
On a plate 11, which represents the front plate of a clockwork (not shown), a fixed bolt 12 is arranged, on which a sleeve 13 is rotatably mounted. This sleeve 13 carries the day disk 14 and a gear 15 by means of which the day disk 14 is driven by the clockwork.
The day disk completes one revolution in 24 hours and has an hour scale 16 on which the time can be read with a pointer 17 screwed onto the axis 1.2. On the circumference of the Tagesseheibe 1.4 riders 18 are each set with a switching pin 19, which are clamped by screws 20 Festge. A bracket 22, in which a rotatable shaft 23 is mounted, is seated on the board 11, fastened by two screws 21. This shaft 23 carries a star switch 24 and control cam 25.
A day contact set 26 is also seated on the bracket 22, the springs 27, 28 of which are laterally deflected by the control cams 25 in a known manner in such a way that when a switching pin 19 is passed through the safety star 24 the one time the.
Contacts 29 open, will be closed the next time. Sitting on the board 11. a fixed shaft 30 with a hexagon socket 31. A sleeve 32 is rotatably seated on the shaft 30. a star switch 33 and a drive 34. A leaf spring 35 is attached to the hexagonal socket 31, the free end of which into the. Switching star 33 engages and thereby acts a latch be.
A ring of threaded holes 36 is arranged on the day disk 14, and in one of these holes, e.g. B. for the fifteenth hour, there is a switch pin. 37, which when running through the star switch 33 rotates this forward by a Sehaltarmwinkel. When running through the dead center between the star switch. 33 and the leaf spring 35, this movement takes place in a snap-like manner at the predetermined hour.
It is transmitted to the annual disc by the gears 34, 38, 39, 41, the transmission ratio being selected so that the annual disc executes a step of 1 / 3E5 reversal. A leaf spring 40 engaging in the teeth of the wheel 38 prevents the backward rotation of the gear 33 from any restoring forces caused by the annual switching contact. The
The year disc is formed by the gear wheel 41 meshing with the gear wheel 39, which has a year scale with month and day division, on which the date can be read by means of an adjustable pointer 42. Two bolts 43 and 44 are attached to the gear wheel 41. The bolt 43 is shorter than the bolt 44 and carries a lower control disk 45, which is clamped with the screw 47 ..
The longer bolt 44 carries an upper control disk 46, which is clamped with a screw 48. The control disk 45 has a through hole for the bolt 44 and the control disk 46 has a through hole for the visual screw head 47.
The attachment and Durehgangslöeher of the two control discs are slot-shaped so that they are fixed at a selected angle within a sufficient setting range. can be. For this setting with respect to the calendar scale, the disk 45 has a mark 49 and the disk 46 has a mark 50.
In order to control the annual contact, the disk 45 has a waste edge 51 and the disk 46 has a waste edge 52.
The year-end contact is. appropriately designed as a Umseha.lter. In a holder base 53 made of insulating material, three terminals 54, 55, 56 are used, each of which carries a contact spring 57, 58, 59, with the contact spring 57 through the upper control disk 46 and the contact spring 58 through the lower control disk 45 is controlled and the contact spring 57 controls the contact spring 59 by means of an insulating pin 60. In the in fing.
1 see the year switch contact is immediately before the change. Turns. If the year disc is one day further, the spring 57 falls over the control edge 52 and the spring 58 comes to rest on the edge of the disc 45, whereby the contacts of the springs 57, 58 open and those of the springs 58, 59 close.
The time switch shown thus allows a switch to be thrown on a predetermined day at a predetermined hour and the switch to be turned back on a predetermined other day at the same hour. The scheme according to Fig. 3 shows an interconnection of the annual contact with. Daily contacts.
One external spring of the annual contact i can be connected in series with the daily contact t, while the other external spring is connected in series with the daily contact t2 of a wide, ordinary time switch.
This switching method allows, for example, a consumer to be controlled via contact t in a summer program and via contact t2 in a different winter program,
whereby the switchover between summer and winter program takes place with the contact i to the exact day and hour. The Scha.l.t.wise according to Fig. 3, however, also allows switching from one consumer with a summer program (t1) to another consumer with a winter program (t2) with contact i.
It is also possible to provide the tariff clock with an annual contact and a daily triple tariff contact and also, in a manner known per se, with a weekly contact. If the contact sets of the weekly and yearly disks are designed as changeover switches,
this means that an extraordinarily large number of tariff connections can be implemented.
