Fig. 1 die Absaugvorrichtung im LÏngsschnit. t,
Fig. 2 einen Quersehnitt nase'n Linie I-I in Fig. l.
Device for suctioning off dust and fluff on a series winding machine
The present invention relates to a. e Device for extracting dust and fluff on a series winding machine. It is known to suck off the fluff, which leads to soiling of the work rooms and machines and also sticks to the thread, which leads to fabric failures. At the same time, the thread ends, which are formed between the clamping point on the bobbin driver and the beginning of the winding and which are released by a cutting device when the bobbin is changed, are sucked off.
In known devices of this type, the suction device makes it difficult to get too tight when putting on new bobbins and when pulling in the new thread through the thread brake, which latter must be particularly easily accessible. The present invention aims to create a suction device by means of which the operation of a series reel machine is facilitated.
The invention consists in that the supply reel of a winding unit and a piece of thread leading from this to the take-up reel are surrounded by a funnel connected to a suction line, in which the thread brake is arranged, with an upper part of the thread brake and the supply reel Trichters nm an axis can be opened in such a way that when the upper part is opened, the bending bobbin and the thread brake are accessible.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. It shows :
Fig. 1 the suction device in longitudinal section. t,
FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the nose line I-I in FIG.
The thread 2 runs from the cheese 1 of a winding unit via the thread guide 3, through the thread brake 4 and via the shut-off lever 5 to the take-up bobbin 6 of the winder 7.
The thread line up to the lever 5 can be seen in the funnel T described later. An air suction channel 8 is arranged above the winding apparatus 7, and a connecting tube 9 is screwed to this above each winding unit. This connection pipe 9 has a suction opening 10, a flange 11 and a pipe connection 12. The body 13 is fastened to the flange 11 by means of screws 14. The body 13 consists of a semicircular plate 13a and a semicircular conical ring 13b.
The plate 13 <t also has an eye 13c a. uf, in which the pin 15 of the cone 16 is mounted, on which the coil 1. is attached. The semicircular funnel jacket 17 is screwed tightly to the ring 13b by means of a visual cover 18. At the lower end of manuels 17 is by means of Schra. uben 19 a Ge housing 20 is screwed on, which has an eye 21 to which the thread brake 4 is fastened by means of screw 23. On the housing 20, the puller end 24 is also attached at an angle to the main part, or it is made in one piece with this. The funnel is thus given a curved shape by the housing 20.
The upper half of the funnel T is formed by the semicircular bottom 26, the semicircular jacket 27 through the viewer, the holder part 28 and the transparent hood 29. A ring 30 is cast or welded onto the semicircular base 26, to which the transparent semicircular casing 27 is screwed by means of the screws 31. This jacket 27 can consist of a transparent plastic, for example an acrylic acid derivative. The lower end of this jacket 27 is screwed tightly to the semicircular ring 3iL of the body 28 by means of screws 33. The body 28 is provided with the transparent hood 29 so that the thread brake can be seen through. Furthermore, the body 28 has a handle 28a. f.
The upper funnel half formed in this way is articulated by means of the bolt 36 on the bottom 13a of the lower part so that the upper half can be pivoted out in the direction of the arrow A.
In order to hold the upper half of the funnel in the position indicated by dash-dotted lines, the base 26 is provided with a locking bolt 37 which snaps into the eye 38 connected to the plate 13a. The knee piece 20 and the end of the harness 24 are provided with a slot 24a through which the thread 3 can be introduced. When a cheese 1 is changed, the upper part of the funnel is grasped by the handle 28a and raised into the dot-dash position, with the locking bolt 37 in the eye 38 intervenes.
Now the expired cheese 1 can be replaced by a new one and its thread can be guided through the thread brake and through the slot 24a via the parking arm 5 to the winding bobbin 6. The upper part of the funnel is then lowered, whereby its contact surface on the lower part closes almost airtight so that the thread path is completely enclosed in the suction air flow that flows in the opposite direction to the thread path.
The separate suction line 41, which opens into the connecting pipe 9, is used to suck off the thread section 2a that is released during the winding process, which lies between the scissors 36 and the knife 37 and is clamped between the driver 39 and the bobbin head 40 during the winding process the sucked-off thread end is not sucked through the funnel and gets caught on the thread brake there.
