Le dispositif qui vient d'être décrit permet un démontage facile de la liaison entre l'arbre 1 de turbine et l'arbre 2 d'alternateur; il suffit de retirer les écrous des goujons6 et9 fixant les deux brides du manchon pour libérer celui- ci des deux arbres; le manchon peut alors être déplacé axialement par glissement autour de l'arbre 2 de l'alternateur, car le diamètre exté rieur du plateau10, qui correspondà celui de la bride5, est inférieur au diamètre intérieur de la bride 4 et la paroi du manchon est située entièrementà l'extérieur d'un cylindre virtuel ayant pour diamètre le diamètre extérieur de la bride5, qui correspond ici avec la face in terne du manchon;
Coupling device, especially for hydro-electric units In hydro-electric units, the shaft of the turbine, on the one hand, and that of the alternator, on the other hand, are usually connected by an intermediate shaft , in order to allow the dismantling and assembly of the elements of the ; group, more especially, in the case of a hydroelectric group < B> at vertical axis, the stop member is generally placed between the alternator and the turbine and it is advantageous to be able to remove this member, the alternator and the turbine remaining in place.
Now, the disassembly of the intermediate shaft alone is prevented in turbines of the Kaplan type with movable blades, due to the fact that the control of the blades requires incorrect stems. within the inside of the line of% rbre, rods which are attached to the piston of a servo-motor, the cylinder of which is generally formed by a forging-formed bearing with the shaft of the alternator for example.
The present invention relates to a positive coupling device, in particular for a hydroelectric group, characterized in that it comprises a sleeve secured between adjacent elements of the shaft line by means of end flanges, one of which has an outer diameter at most equal to the inner diameter of the other, the wall of the sleeve between these flanges being entirely located on the same side of the wall of a virtual cylinder of diameter equal to said outer diameter, and which are bolted to flanges belonging to said adjacent elements on faces of the latter flanges directed towards the same end of the shaft line, so that after unbolting the sleeve can be axially moved away from its position to clear the gap between these latter flanges.
The purpose of this construction is to make it possible to carry out a local dismantling of the shaft line at height of said sleeve, the other parts of the shaft line remaining in place.
Said sleeve may form the body of the cylinder of the servomotor. It can also be attached to a movable thrust ring bolted to the turbine shaft. In these cases, the disassembly of the sleeve makes it possible respectively to visit the piston of the servomotor or to remove the stop of the group, the flywheel of the alternator and the turbine wheel remaining in place.
The appended drawing represents, by by way of example, various embodiments of the device which is the subject of the present invention - : FIG. 1 is a longitudinal section of a first embodiment; fig. 2 is a similar view of a variant for the case of a hydro-electric unit with with vertical axis, in which the stop of the J'r (r oupe is located immediately below said sleeve the fk. 3 is a similar view of another variant, for a similar case,
in which the sleeve forming the cylinder body of the servomotor is integral with the ring of movable stop ; FIG. 4 shows in axial section a hydroelectric group with vertical axis provided with a second embodiment of the device.
In the embodiment, shown in FIG. 1 and which relates to the shaft line of a hydro-electric unit, we have designated 1 the shaft of a turbine with orientable blades and by 2 the shaft of the alternator that this turbine enters. These two shafts are connected by a sleeve 3 terminated at its lower part by an external flange 4 and to its upper part by an internal flange < B> 5 whose opening is larger than the diameter of the shaft 2 of the alternator.
The flange 4 is held by the studs 6 on the front face of a coupling plate 7 ending the shaft 1 and is centered in 8. The inner position flange 5 is also fixed by studs 9 to a coupling plate 10 ending the shaft 2, on the dorsal face of this plateau directed towards the same end of the shaft line as the front face of the plateau 7, and it is centered by the fact that its outer diameter is equal to the diameter of the bore 11 of the sleeve 3.
The coupling sleeve 3 constitutes the cylinder of a servo-motor for controlling the orientable blades of the turbine. In its bore 11 is housed the movable piston 12, held by the studs 13 on the coupling plate 14 of the shaft 15 which controls the blades.
This 15 shaft passes with play through a borehole in the 1 shaft, passing through a 16 sealing gasket. The servo rod 17 is a tube flanged on a bell 18 held by the studs 19 on the upper face of the piston 12 and isolating a chamber 20 in communication, on the one hand with the space 21 of the cylinder on the opposite face of the piston by channels such as 22 passing through the piston, on the other hand with the to oil pump by the borehole 23 of the rod 17. This rod passes through an axial bore 24 of the alternator shaft with a clearance which provides for the annular communication duct with the pump for the oil supply into the space 25 of the cylinder ; the oil is distributed by conventional means.
The device which has just been described allows easy removal of the connection between the turbine shaft 1 and the alternator shaft 2 ; it suffices to remove the stud nuts 6 and 9 fixing the two flanges of the sleeve to release the latter from the two shafts ; the sleeve can then be moved axially by sliding around the shaft 2 of the alternator, because the outside diameter of the plate 10, which corresponds to that of the flange 5, </ B > is less than the internal diameter of the flange 4 and the wall of the sleeve is located entirely on the outside of a virtual cylinder having for diameter the external diameter of the flange 5, </ B> which corresponds here with the internal face of the sleeve ;
the axial displacement of the coupling sleeve discovers the gap between the two coupling plates 7 and 10. The nuts of the studs can then be reached < B> 19 of the bell 18, which makes it possible to detach the latter from the piston and to slide the servo rod 17 until contact of the coupling plate 10. The piston 12 can then be removed from the drive shaft 15 by removing the nuts from the studs 13 < / B> assembling this piston to the end plate 14 of this shaft.
In the variant shown in FIG. 2, the line of shafts 1, 2, with the intermediate element that constitutes the sleeve 3, com carries a stop, as is the case for any group turbo-alternator with vertical axis.
A shoulder 26 under the coupling plate 7 of the turbine shaft 1 is supported on a two-piece sleeve such as 27 of pure diametral neck, which are bolted together perpendicularly to the axis by bolts 28 and which rest on the movable stop ring 29, whose crown 30 rests by balls 31 caged between annular oil deflectors 32 on the fixed stop crown 33. The ring 29 and the crowns 30 and 33 have a diameter of bore greater than the largest diameter of the sleeve, that is to say the diameter of the outer flange 4, which is here only an outer bulge of the wall of the sleeve chon for screws 34 for fixing to the plate of coupling 7.
The removal of the two-piece stopper sleeve 27 allows the fixing screws 34 to be removed and the coupling sleeve and the servomotor piston to be disassembled as in the previous case. Once this has been removed, the space between the ends of the two shafts is sufficient to allow the ring 29 and the crowns 30 and 33 </ to be removed laterally B> of the stopper after they have been moved axially to cross the coupling plate 7 of the turbine shaft.
In this assembly, it is therefore possible not only to access the servomotor piston and to dismantle it, but also to remove the elements of the stop member, the shafts 1 and 2 remaining in place.
In the variant shown in FIG. 3, an additional intermediate piece formed by a plate 35 carrying by a coronal rib 36 the stop ring 37 < / B> is interposed between the sleeve 3 and the coupling plate 7 of the shaft 1 of the turbine. The outer flange 4 of the sleeve is centered on the 35 plate and bolted by the bolts 38 around its periphery, while this plate is itself centered on the plate 7 and held on it by the interior studs 39.
The set of plates 35 and 7 forms the bottom of the servomotor cylinder formed by the sleeve 3 and isolated by the gasket. sealing 16 around the 15 control shaft of the turbine blades. The piston 12 has a suitable shape to disengage the protrusion of the studs 39, when it is at lower end of travel.
The stop ring 37 carries the mobile grain 40 resting on the fixed grain 41 of the stop between the outer to oil tank 42a and an inner deflector 42b.
To disassemble the two flanges 5 and 4 of the sleeve 3, are unbolted, which allows the sleeve to slide axially as before on the shaft 2 of the alternator , thus clearing the space between the plates 10 and 35 and giving access to the piston. The dismantling of this is done as before.
The interval between the plates 10 and 35 once the piston has been removed is sufficient for the passage of the plate 35 carrying the stop ring which , once the nuts of the studs 38 have been removed, can be brought to this height by axial displacement and then be extracted laterally.
In the embodiment shown to in fig. 4, the coupling sleeve 3 directly connects the shaft 1 of the turbine to the hub 43 of the flywheel 44 of the alternator. The latter has the known shape called umbrella , but here the oblique arms 45 connecting the flywheel to the hub are inclined from top to bottom towards the hub.
As a result, a significant reduction in the shaft length of the unit is obtained for a given height of the alternator flywheel above the turbine. On the one hand, said reduction in length makes it possible to reduce the diameter of the turbine shaft without risking dangerous deformations ; on the other hand, the pole wheel of the alternator can be hand held at a level which protects it as far as possible from water in the event of flooding of the plant.
The coupling sleeve 3 has, as before, two flanges 46, 47 of interior positions one to the other, but here both exterior. The hollow hub 43 has an upper flange 48 opening larger than the diameter of the largest flange 47 of the sleeve and a lower flange 49 with an opening diameter greater than the outside diameter of the smallest flange 46 of the sleeve, the outer diameter of the side wall of the sleeve being at all points less than than the latter ; this allows the axial introduction of this sleeve through through the hub.
The flange 47 is centered and bolted on the upper face of the flange 49, the flange 46 on the upper face of a 35 plate as in the example of fig. 3; this same plate is pinned to the end plate 7 of the turbine shaft 1 and carries the stop ring 37 and its movable grain 39 resting on the fixed grain 40 of the stop member.
The sleeve 3 does not play the role of a servo-motor cylinder here. This one, 50, is carried by a flange 51 centered on the upper flange 48 of the hub and closing this hub. Smaller in diameter than the upper opening of the sleeve 3, it is in one piece with its lower bottom 52, than the shaft 15 </ B > control of the orientable blades of the turbine passes through a stuffing box 53, and with the flange 51. Its added upper base 54 has an axial extension 55 drilled for the passage of the 17 control rod of the piston.
This extension 55 constitutes an upper journal of the shaft line. It is guided in a bearing 56 carried by the spider 57 , substantially in the plane of the alternator flywheel 44, a position which is advantageous because it limits as much as possible the movements of the rotor which could result from a deformation of the shaft line. The journal 55 carries at the end of the shaft the exciter 58, whose stator 59 is supported by the spider.
For maintenance, you can reach the bottom of the servo-motor without carrying out any dis- assembly of the shaft line. It suffices to lift the spider 57 in order to be able to remove the bottom 54 of the cylinder which carries the journal 55 and uncover the piston 12. As for the stop members, they can be removed as follows, everything to is analogous to that which has been described for the example of fig. 3: we place under the flywheel 44 60 jacks sitting on the block 61 so as to support the rotor of the alternator and the turbine is stalled.
It is then possible to unbolt the flanges 46 and 47 from the pin 3 and reassemble the latter around the cylinder 50 in the hub, by axial sliding in the opening of the flange 49 of this hub.
It has in fact been seen that the maximum diameters of the side wall of the sleeve and of the internal position flange 46 are less than the internal diameter of the flange 49, which allows them to pass through the opening of this flange 49. The axial displacement of the coupling sleeve 3 clears the gap between the flange 49 and the plate 35. This, once the nuts of the studs have been removed 38 which y attaches the shaft 1 of the turbine, can be lifted axially, then released laterally with its stop ring by this gap.
It can be seen that the dismantling can be done without it being necessary to remove the rotor from the alternator, the personnel responsible for the assembly and maintenance of the unit also having relatively easy access thanks to the maintenance of a large space between turbine and alternator. Finally, the resistance of the shaft line to deformation during operation is considerably increased by the shape given to the alternator and the position of an upper bearing in the plane of the flywheel thereof allows to decrease hell.
