Ballspiel Ballspiele, die einen aus Gummi oder ähn lichem Material bestehenden, an einer Schnur befestigten Ball aufweisen, wobei die Schnur ihrerseits an einem am Boden liegenden Sok- kel befestigt ist, sind bekannt. Dabei muss der verwendete Sockel ein gewisses Eigengewicht und eine gewisse Höhe aufweisen, um das Spiel reibungslos zu gestalten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat ein Ball spiel mit einem am Befestigungsorgan mit tels eines gummielastischen Zugorgans befestig ten Ball zum Gegenstand. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, die einerseits eine Drehung des Zugorgans so wohl beim Befestigungsorgan als auch beim Ball um seine Längsachse und anderseits die Drehung des Zugorgans um die Achse des Befestigungsorgans gestatten. Auf den bei liegenden Zeichnungen sind beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt.
Gemäss Fig. 1 bzw. 2 ist an einem als Be festigungsorgan dienenden Pflock 1 bzw. Saugnapf 2 über einen Metallwirbel 3 und einen Karabinerhaken. 4 das eine Ende eines gummielastischen Zugorgans, beispielsweise einer Gummischnur 5, derart beweglich be festigt, dass die Gummischnur 5 sich sowohl um ihre Längsachse als auch um die Achse des Befestigungsorgans 1 bzw. 2 drehen kann. Der Spielablauf bringt es nämlich mit sich, dass die Gummischnur 5 beim Hin- und Her fliegen des Balles ständig um das Befestigungs- organ 1 bzw. 2 kreist. Die hier beschriebene Einrichtung verhindert nun das Aufrollen oder Verwickeln der Gummischnur 5 um das Befestigungsorgan 1 bzw. 2 während des Spiels.
Das dem Ball 10 benachbarte andere Ende der Gummischnur 5 ist nach Fig._3 mit einem Metallwirbel 6 verbunden, an welchem eine Schnur 13 befestigt ist, die ihrerseits mit einem drehbaren Metallring 11, welcher von einem in die Ballwand eingebetteten Metall plättchen 9 gehalten ist, verbunden ist. Da durch wird ebenfalls eine Drehung der Gummi schnur 5 um ihre Längsachse beim Ball 10 ge währleistet und ein Aufrollen oder Verwickeln der Gummischnur 5 bereits unmittelbar beim kreisenden Ball 10, das heisst an der Dreh quelle, vermieden, was für den reibungslosen Spielablauf von ausschlaggebender Bedeutung ist. Im vorliegenden Falle kann der Ball 10 aus Gummi; Plastic oder aus anderem Material bestehen.
Die Anordnung des drehbaren Rin ges 11 in die Ballwand ist weiter hinten (Fig. 21 bis 23) näher erläutert. Das Zug organ ist ganz oder teilweise auf eine gewisse Länge gummielastisch.
Fig..4 bis 7 zeigen eine erste Art der Be festigung des zweiteiligen Wirbels 3 am Pflock 1 mittels einer Holzschraube 12, wobei Fig. 4 die Gesamtansicht von Pflock 1 und Wirbel 3 mit Karabinerhaken 4 wiedergibt, Fig. 5, in grösserem Massstab, den Grundriss zu Fig. 4 darstellt, Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach Linie <B>A -A</B> in Fig.5 ist und Fig. 7 eine Seiten- ansieht von Fig. 6 im Sinne des Pfeils B zeigt.
An der oben koaxial ziun Pflock 1 in diesen eingelassenen Holzschraube 12 ist der zwei- teilige Wirbel 3 mittels des einen Wirbelringes 3a zwischen Schraubenkopf und Pflock so lose befestigt, dass er sich frei um die Achse der Holzschraube 12 drehen kann.
Fig. 8 zeigt den einen, linken Teil des Wir bels 3 von Fig. 4 bis 7, von oben gesehen, Fig. 9 den andern, rechten Teil in Seiten ansicht, während Fig. 10 eine Ansicht von Fig. 9, von oben gesehen, darstellt.
Fig. 11 bis 14 zeigen eine zweite Art der Befestigungsmöglichkeit des zweiteiligen Wir bels 3 am Pflock 1 mit Hilfe eines drehbaren Ringes B. Fig. 11 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Pflockes 1 mit dem darin liegenden Ring 8, Fig. 12 stellt, in grösserem Massstab, eine An sicht von oben von Fig. 11 dar.
Fig. 13 gibt einen Schnitt nach Linie A-A in Fig. 12 wieder, woraus entnommen werden kann, wie der um seine Längsachse drehbare Ring B und die diesen haltende, koaxial zum Pflock 1 in diesem vertikal liegende Führungshülse 7 die Drehung der nicht dargestellten, über den ebenfalls nicht dargestellten Wirbel am Ring 8 befestigten Giunmisehnur 5 um die Achse des Pflockes 1 gestatten. Die Führungshülse 7 ist dabei mit dem Ring 8 oben in den Pflock 1 festgeschraubt.
Der Ring 8 ist in der Füh rungshülse 7 mittels eines an seinem Stift ende vorgesehenen Kopfes gehalten. Fig. 14 stellt die Ansicht der Fig. 12 in Richtung des Pfeils B dar.
Fig. 15 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch die Führungshülse 7.
Fig..16 stellt eine Ansicht von Fig. 15 in Richtung des Pfeils C gesehen dar.
Fig.17 bis 19 zeigen die drehbare Be- festigiuzg des zweiteiligen Wirbels 3 mit Kara binerhaken 4 am Saugnapf 2 mit Hilfe eines im Saugnapf 2 angeordneten Fixierringes 8, wobei Fig.17 den Grundriss, Fig.18 einen Schnitt nach Linie A -.z-1 in Fig. 17 und Fig.19 eine -Ansicht von Fig. 18 im Sinne des Pfeils B .-darstellen. Die zum Halten des Fixier ringes. 8 verwendete Gewindehülse 7 ist in eine Holzbuchse 14 eingeschraubt, die oben in den Hals des Saugnapfes 2 eingelassen ist.
Die gestrichelte Darstellung in Fig. 19 entspricht der Haftstellung des Saugnapfes 2 am Boden. An- Stelle des Fixierringes 8 kann auch beim Saugnapf 2 die mit einem drehbaren Wirbel versehene, in den Fig. 4 bis 7 dargestellte Holzschraube verwendet werden, welche in die sem Falle in eine entsprechende, oben in den Hals des Saugnapfes 2 eingelassene Holz buchse eingeschraubt ist.
Fig. 20 stellt die erste Art der Befesti gung des Balles 10 mittels doppelt drehbarem Metallwirbel 6 an der Gummischnur 5 dar. Dabei ist der aus Schaumgummi oder anderem Material bestehende Ball 10 diametral von einer Schnur 13 durchzogen, deren Enden im Innern des Balles verknüpft sind.
Fig. 21 bis 23 geben eine zweite Befesti gungsmöglichkeit des Zugorgans mittels eines im Ball 10 eingelassenen drehbaren Metall ringes 11 wieder. Dabei stellt Fig.21 den Grundriss, Fig. 22 einen Schnitt nach Linie A-A in Fig. 21 und Fig. 23 eine Ansicht von Fig. 22 im Sinne des Pfeils B gesehen dar. Beim hiezu verwendeten Ball kann es sich um gummielastisches Material, wie Gummi, Kunstgummi usw., handeln.
An einem in die Ballwand eingebetteten Metallplättchen 9 ist der drehbare Metallring 11 angebracht.
Fig. 25 zeigt, in grösserem Massstab, das in der Wand des Balles 10 eingelassene Metall plättchen 9 mit dem drehbaren Metallring 11 nach Fig. 22. .
