Description
Sub-center for district heating systems The invention relates to sub-centers for district heating systems. In known systems of this type, separate units have been used for the preparation of the heating element-feeding Me medium of desired temperature, for example hot water, and for the preparation of hot water for consumption purposes. (Such systems are therefore relatively expensive and require a lot of space.
The Inventl-mg has the task to simplify such heating sub-centers and to create a single unit for the heating of the circulating heating medium for the radiators and the VerbraLiehswaxmwassers.
According to the invention, this takes place in such a way that a container for hot water for consumption is provided by a heat exchanger, through which the heating medium coming from the main center heats both the radiator circuit and the water heater.
The circuit of the heating medium coming from the main center and the radiator circuit can be routed around the hot water tank in helical turns running parallel to one another. The helical turns surrounding the hot water tank can be formed by two lines, one of which is centric in the other and which preferably flows in the opposite direction from the heating medium coming from the main center and the heating medium flowing to the radiators.
In the following, the invention is described in detail with reference to the drawing, which schematically shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
The system shown has a "memory". container 1 for the domestic hot water, which is surrounded by a wall 2 at a distance, so that between the latter and the container 1 an annular space 3 is formed, which is dissolved by a partition 5 in a helical channel. In this channel there is a coil 4, which is in the same sense as the channel in a helical thread.
At its lower end is the room 3 with the return line 6 of the radiator circuit door and at its but end with the supply line 8 to the Radiators connected, which are indicated generally at 7 . The water circulating in the radiators will flow along a helical path from the lower part of the room 3 upwards and from there to the radiators. In countercurrent to the medium of the radiator circuit, a heating medium, which comes from a main center and consists of hot water, for example, flows through the coil 4.
This medium enters through the supply pipe 9 and flows out through the outlet pipe 10 , where it heats the radiator circuit and via this also the hot water used in the storage tank. The inlet and outlet of the storage tank are labeled 11 and 192 , respectively.
Branch lines can of course be used in the usual way in both circulation systems in order to enable simple monitoring of the water circulating in the radiators and the hot water used.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiment described here and shown schematically, but can be modified in various ways within the scope of the invention. For example, several helically wound pipe lengths can be arranged in the space between the storage container and the wall surrounding it.
