Die vorliegende Erfindung ermöglicht nun de Vermeidung dieser. Nachteile durch die Schaffung eines Heizkessels, beispielsweise für zentrale Warm-, Heisswasser- oder Dampf heizungen, welcher :daAu,,rch ,gekennzeichnet ist, dass er je eine Brennkammer für festen und flüssigen Brennstoff aufweist und;
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Urfin- d:ungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Axi,alsehnmtt durch den Heiz- kessel mit zwei Brennkammern; Fig. 2 einen .Schnitt nach .der Linie II-II der Fig. 1;
Boilers It is well known in the heating industry that all boilers have so far been equipped with only one combustion chamber and that, as a result, when firing with solid or liquid fuels, due to the different flame lengths, both types of fuel never achieve the same high output with the best degrees of efficiency. who can.
For example, the heating surface of existing coal-fired boilers had to be enlarged in order to achieve the same high output with a good @ Virkunb @; wheel with an oil furnace.
The present invention now enables these to be avoided. Disadvantages by creating a boiler, for example for central warm, hot water or steam heating, which: daAu ,, rch, is characterized in that it has a combustion chamber for solid and liquid fuel and;
these two chambers can be fired independently of one another, in such a way that the boiler can be operated with solid or liquid fuel or with both types of fuel at the same time without having to carry out maintenance work.
An example embodiment of the subject matter is shown in the accompanying drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 an axis through the boiler with two combustion chambers; FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II of FIG. 1;
3 shows a cross section along the line III-III in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 shows a cross section along the line IV-IV: in FIG. 1.
The Vertilzaa heating boiler shown in the Zebeluiung has an upper, vertically extending combustion chamber 1 for liquid fuels and a vertical combustion chamber 2 arranged below it, which is used for firing solid fuels. is determined.
The combustion chamber 2 has a gas outlet opening 3 and a charging opening 4 at the top, as well as a stoking and cleaning opening 5. Combustion air for solid fuels is supplied to the chamber 2 through a grate 6.
In the lower part: the combustion chamber 2 opening channels 7 are led down from the lower end of the upper combustion chamber 1 through the water jacket 8 of the boiler. The flue gases are discharged into the chimney for both combustion chambers through a vertical shaft 9 to the flue gas nozzle 10.
In the upper part of the boiler, a boiler 13 is provided around the combustion chamber 1, which is indirectly heated via an I-Ieizzy wearer 14, which is formed by an extension of the water jacket 8, when the heater is in operation.
For summer time, that is, for time; when the Ileizkessiel is not in operation and the heating valves are closed, the boiler can be operated solely by an electric,
Sehes heating element 19 can be heated directly or indirectly with fuel or liquid fuel. Inlet and outlet nozzles of the boiler 13 are with. 17 and 18 respectively. The cold water return from the radiators to the boiler occurs.
.through the nozzle 15 into the boiler, while the heated water of the water jacket 8 leaves the boiler at 16. An Isoliemchieht 20 surrounds the entire boiler and protects against unnecessary heat loss.
If the boiler is to be used exclusively for operation with solid fuels, the fireclay lining 11 is preferably removed from the interior of the combustion chamber 1 intended for liquid fuel and the latter is closed at the top.
For combined or optional operation with solid and / or liquid ferrous metals, the oil burner is placed on the opening 12 provided for this purpose in the upper combustion chamber 1, as follows:
there, ss he fires vertically downwards. The fireclay lining 11 ensures proper combustion of all liquid fuel components. The flame tips and gases get here, i.e. when the boiler is operated with liquid fuel,
through the channels 7 down into the combustion chamber 2 and from there via the vent 3, the shaft 9 and the nozzle 10 into the chimney.
Since a firing chamber is provided for solid and liquid fuels, one or the other or both types of fuel are immediately ready for operation without having to carry out any conversion work (1Vionage or dismantling work).
For example, waste can easily be burned in parallel with the oil operation. If a malfunction suddenly occurs in the oil-firing system, it is no longer necessary to immediately: call a specialist: because solid fuels can continue to be used for heating.
The larger heating surface mentioned at the beginning, which is necessary because of the longer flame, for operation with liquid fuels in order to achieve approximately the same output as when using solid fuel with good efficiency:
achieved in that the heating surface of the combustion chamber 2 forms an additional heating surface n1 of the heating surface formed by the combustion chamber 1 and its gas discharge channels 7.
In the embodiment described above and shown in the drawing, the two combustion chambers are arranged vertically and one above the other. However, it would just as well be possible to equip a horizontal boiler with two horizontal combustion chambers, one behind the other or next to each other, with the same effect.
