  <B>Schaufel für Lebensmittel wie Fett, Butter und dergleichen</B>    Es ist eine     bekannte        Tatsache,    dass die       bisherigen    Fettlöffel und-     -schaufeln    den       Nachteil        aufweisen,        düss    das in     eine    heisse  Pfanne zu gebende Fett     zwecks        Lösens    von  der Schaufel von     der        letzteren        abgeschlagen,

       werden muss     und.    dass dabei gerne     Spritzer          entstehen,    die     Brandwunden    am Körper der  Köchin oder     Hausfrau    und zuweilen     Ver-          unreinigiwagen    am Kochherd oder an den  Küchenwänden     verursachen.        Deshalb    wird  dann das     Spengefett    oder     die    Kochbutter am  Rande der Pfanne     abgestreift,    wodurch das  Kochen längere Zeit     beansprucht    und der In  halt übermässig     verdunstet.     



  Die     Erfindung    bezweckt die Vermeidung  obiger Nachteile,     indem        die    Schaufel mit  einem an     einem    Stiel     allgebrachten    schaufel  förmigen Teil zum Aufnehmen des     Lebens-          mitteln    und einem     relativ    zu diesem beweg  lichen     Schieber    zum Abstreifen     des    aufge  nommenen Gutes, z. B. des     Fettes,    der Butter,  versehen ist.  



       Eine    beispielsweise     Ausführungsform    ist  in der Zeichnung     dargestellt:          Fig.    i zeigt     die    Schaufel     selbst.     



       Fig.        II    zeigt den Schieber     als        solchen.            Fig.        III    zeigt in     Seitenansicht    die     Schaufel          und    den Schieber. .  



       Fig.    IV zeigt     dasselbe    mit     einer    Feder       zum        selbsttätigen    Zurückziehen     des    Schie  bers.  



  Das Gerät kann aus     Metall,        Holz    oder       Kunststoff    oder     ähnlichem        passendem    Mate  rial     bestehen.    Zweckmässig     wird    der Schieber  durch Federkraft in die     Ruhelage    zurück  gezogen. Der Schieber wird     im        Gebrauch        zum          Abschieben    des Gutes     am        besten    mit dem  Daumen der gleichen Hand     vorwärtsgesto-          ssen.

  The device can be made of metal, wood or plastic or similar suitable mate rial. The slide is expediently pulled back into the rest position by spring force. When in use, the slide is best pushed forward with the thumb of the same hand to push off the goods.
