Klammerschraube.
Die Erfindung vermeidet diese Nachteile dadurch, dass bei vollkommen ebener Ausbil dung der Abstützfläclie das Mittel zur Siche rung des Schraubenbolzens gegen Verdrehen am Schaftteil vorgesehen ist. Die Klammer schraube kann mit einer einen eigenen vom Schaftteil getrennten Teil bildenden Abstütz- platte ausgebildet werden, welche Abstütz- platte die durchgehend ebene Abstützfläclie aufweist, und wobei der Schaftteil in die Ab- stützplatte unverdrehbar eingreift;
Clamp screw. The invention relates to a Klam screw, which is intended in particular for fastening supply of cladding boards to supporting organs in railroad cars. The previously known bracket screws are permitted at their support surface on the cladding boards with penetrating into this the cutting, prongs or the like, which parts form organs to secure the screw bolt against rotation. Such protruding from the support surface cutting, prongs or the like have the major disadvantage that they damage the wood of the shuttering boards Ver.
If these organs run transversely to the longitudinal direction of the fibers, they cut the wood fibers and thus give rise to a gradual destruction of this part of the board as a result of the weather. If the cutting edges run in the longitudinal direction of the fibers, the splitting they create causes the wood to split up more and more.
The invention avoids these disadvantages in that, when the support surface is completely flat, the means for securing the screw bolt against twisting is provided on the shaft part. The clamp screw can be designed with a support plate that forms its own part which is separate from the shaft part, which support plate has the continuously flat support surface, and wherein the shaft part engages in the support plate so that it cannot rotate;
a twist with respect to the cladding boards excludes the reference means formed on the shaft part.
The continuously flat support surface basically avoids any anchoring elements protruding from it. In the Miontagelage it can rather lie completely flat on your boarding and thereby in no way impair the natural tendency to change shape of the same. The security against rotation, which is essential for the assembly, is completely harmless for the shuttering board, because it is provided on the shaft part so that it only runs along the wooden hole wall in the bore of the shuttering board.
This means for securing the screw bolt against rotation can be arranged in the uppermost region of the shaft part, if necessary also in its head part.
In the drawing, several exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the form of clamp screws formed separately from a shaft part and a support plate, with the screw bolt of the clamp cover in a longitudinal view and the associated support plate in FIG with the shuttering boards to be connected are shown in longitudinal section. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the clamp screw is shown.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, the bolt of another embodiment is illustrated in two mutually perpendicular longitudinal views and in FIG. 5 in a top view. Fig. 6 and 7 illustrate an advantageous embodiment of the support plate in a longitudinal section and in a top view. FIG. 8 shows a longitudinal view and FIG. 9 shows bolts of further exemplary embodiments of the clamp screw according to the invention in a diagram.
FIGS. 10 to 12 illustrate a further example; FIG. 12 is a cross section along the cutting plane <B> 18-19 </B> of FIG. 10
The support plate <B> 1 </B> has a continuously flat support surface 2 in all of the examples shown. It is provided for receiving the head <B> 3 </B> of the screw bolt 4 with a recess <B> 6 </B> which merges into a drilling ling <B> 5 </B>, this recess <B > 6 </B> with the associated parts of the head <B> 3 </B> of the clasp hood, securing parts <B> 1 </B> and <B> 3 </B> b7-v # ,. 4 cooperates against relative rotation.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the end surface of the head 3 of the screw shaft 4 is oval and merges into the cylindrical shaft 4 with correspondingly converging surfaces. Running along the upper area of the adhesive jacket are two diametrically opposed ribs <B> 7 </B> -Lind <B> 8, </B> which penetrate into the cladding board when the into the support plate <B> 1 </B> an inserted bolt 4 is inserted into the hole provided in the cladding board <B> 9 </B>.
A blow of the hammer is sufficient to insert the bolt into the hole in the shuttering board <B> 9 </B> until the support surface 2 of the support plate <B> 1 </B> is fully seated. Here, the ribs <B> 7 </B> and <B> 8 </B> penetrate the wood along the perforated wall of the cladding board and hold the bolt 4 in the cladding board so that when the iMiTtter <B> 10 a pushing back of the bolt 4 out of the bore of the shuttering board <B> 9 </B> is not to be feared. That on the shuttering board <B> 9 </B> by means of a tongue and groove 12 The subsequent shuttering board <B> 11 </B> does not have a hole.
The joint gap between the two boards <B> 9, 11 </B> is covered by the support plate <B> 1 </B> in its area. <B> - </B> While in the design according to FIG. <B > 1 </B> and 2 the ribs <B> 7 </B> and <B> 8 </B> run parallel to the axis of the shaft part 4, the ribs <B> 7, 8 </B> are the execution according to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 with cutting edges <B> 15 </B> and <B> 16 </B> converging against the nut end of the bolt 4 det. In the exemplary embodiment, the ribs are laterally tapered towards the shaft and are then formed with cross-cuts 15, 16 adjoining this at right angles.
The two parts of the bracket cover <B> 1, </B> 4 already act as a unit when they penetrate the hole of the shuttering board until the support surface 2 rests on the shuttering board, which is sufficiently tight in the hole of the shuttering board to prevent the Mother <B> 10 </B> to be able to apply.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the top view (FIG. 7) shows the support plate 1 B> a slightly different edge shape as in FIG. 2; the support plate can also be quite square. In all cases shown, the length expansion of the support plate <B> 1 </B> is greater than its width. The upper surface of the support plate <B> 1 </B> can be more or less curved.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 8, the means for securing the screw bolt against rotation is designed in the form of ribs <B> 7, 8 </B>, which are attached to the head <B> 3 </B> are set; they run from the head downwards as axially parallel cutting edges <B> 13, </B> 14, which according to FIG. 8 </B> are cutting edges <B> 15 ', 16' <B> 15 ', 16' </ B> go over.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 9, cutting edges <B> 13 ', </B> 14' are only provided in the head part of the shaft 4; the cross-sections of the head are the triangular to form such Schnei. The height of the head section is greater than the thickness of the support plate, so that the cutting edges U ', 14' partially penetrate the wood.
When tightening the nut there is also no need of any kind of counterforce or counter-hold, because the means arranged on the shaft 4, namely the cutting edges 13 ', to secure against rotation change the position once assumed the parts of the clamp screw, with the exception of tightening the nut, are no longer permitted.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 10 to 12 illustrates, as a means for securing the very screw bolt against ver turning, sharp-edged, axially parallel ribs separated by grooves 17; they can, as shown, on the Circumference of the shaft be evenly distributed; the number of ribs can be any; For example, two mutually opposite ribs or even a single rib are sufficient.
The ribs or the like can be straight or curved and do not need to run through their entire length with the same cross section; much more can be achieved a similar effect with interrupted ribs, for example in the form of a straight or curved line of successive spikes or the same. Short rib-like or spike-like approaches offset from one another in the longitudinal direction also achieve the same goal.
In all cases it is necessary that the diameter of the hole in the board is smaller than the outer diameter of the bolt determined by the single or multiple ribs; In practice, as a rule, the hole in the board will even be kept a little smaller than the diameter of the screw bolt measured without taking the ribs into account.
The completely smooth, flat design of the Abstätzfläche 2 secures it against premature destruction. If the clamping screw is designed with a shaft part and a support plate separate from this, this can be used again and again if the shaft part becomes necessary to expand. The arrangement of the means for securing the screw bolt against rotation on the shaft part limits the effect of this means to the immediate area of the hole wall, so that any destruction or splitting of the wood of the shuttering boards can be avoided.
