Vakuum-Teigwarenpresse.
Vacuum pasta press. It is known to press pasta in such a way that the dough passes through a vacuum space before its final shaping, whereby it is deaerated. This ventilation is an advantage for the quality of the pasta, which is particularly effective in a better surface quality. The invention relates to a vacuum pasta press with a screw press, which is characterized in that the vacuum space is closed to the rear by a perforated plate and the corresponding Teigsta.uung is effected, this perforated plate divides the Raiun of the press screw.
In the drawing, two embodiments of the pasta press according to the invention are shown. Fig.1 shows schematically the cross section through a press with. a round, flat perforated plate, while Figure 2 shows a similar press with a cylindrical perforated plate.
In Figure 1, the press cylinder is marked with 1 be. It contains the press screw 2, which is interrupted by the arrangement of the hole plate 3. A bend 4 adjoins the space of the press screw, through which the dough is pressed into the mold 5, from which the pasta emerges into space 6. The dough is fed through the opening 7 of the press screw. It accumulates in space 8 in front of the perforated plate 3. A vacuum line is attached to the nozzle 9, which ensures ventilation of the dough in the Raiun 10.
Part 11 of the press screw conveys the dough further and presses it back together. The front closure of the vacuum space is brought about by the dough accumulation in the elbow 4 and in front of the mold 5. It would also be possible to attach 3 knives behind the perforated plate, which cut the strands of dough, but this arrangement has not yet proven necessary.
In the press shown in Fig. 2, the same parts with the same numbers are ver see, as in Fig. 1. The perforated plate 3 is now cylindrical and built-in the jacket of the press cylinder. The dough is pressed against the closing plate 12 by part 2 of the press snow and has to move down there into space 13, which is delimited by an outer cylindrical wall 14. From this space 13 the dough passes through the perforated plate 3 into the vacuum space 10.
In this case, the part 11 of the press screw cuts off the strands of dough that pass through the holes in FIG.
