Sicherheits-Rasierapparat. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Sicherheits-Rasierapparat mit einem gleichzeitig als Handgriff dienenden, An- triebsmnittel enthaltenden Gehäuse und einem auf diesem letzteren aufgesetzten, hohlen Kopfstück, in welehem eine mit den ge nannten Antriebsmitteln in Verbindung ste hende Hilfswelle gelagert ist.
Dieser Sieherheits-Rasierapparat kennzeich net sieh erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass diese Hilfswelle an ihrem äussern Ende mit einem die Rasierklinge mit kreisförmiger Schneid kante tragenden Tragorgan versehen ist, das von einer am genannten Kopfstüek vorgese henen Schutzumrandung umgeben ist.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeielmung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes veransehaulieht.
Fig.1 ist ein Vertikalsehnitt durch den Schneidkopf des Rasierapparates, und Fig. 2 ist eine Oberansieht zu Fig. 1.
In Fig. ist a ein hohles, pilzförmiges Kopfstücl, das auf das eine Ende des gleich zeitig einen Handriff bildenden Gehäuses eines hier nur in strichpunktierten Linien angedeuteten, elektrisehen Kleinmotors aufge setzt ist. Das äussere Ende dieses Kopfstüekes a ist als Schutzkamm a1 mit ringförmig an geordneten Zähnen ausgebildet. Im Kopf- stüek selbst ist mittels zwei Kugellagern b eine Drehwelle c drehbar gelagert, die mittels einer Kupplung d mit der Welle des genannten Kleinmotors gekuppelt ist.
Auf den äussern Ende der Antriebswelle c sitzt ein zweiteiliges Tragorgan das einen zur Aufnahme einer scheibenförmigen Sehneidklinge e dienenden Tragteller f und ein diesem zugestelltes scheibenförmiges Un- terlagstüek g aufweist, in welchem zwei ein ander diametral gegenüberliegende Löcher g1 vorgesehen sind. Die beiden Teile f und g bil den zusammen eine Umfangsnut h, in wel cher ein geschlitzter Stahlfederring i liegt. Die Schneidklinge e wird mittels einer Deck scheibe j auf dem Tragteller f gehalten.
Diese Deekscheibe j ist mit zwei Stiften k versehen, die durch entsprechende Löcher in der Klinge e und im Tragteller f hindurch in die Löcher g1 des Unterlagestückes g hineinragen und seitliche Kerben aufweisen, in denen der Fe derring i liegt, wodurch die Deckscheibe j und damit die Schneidklinge e in ihrer Lage gesichert sind. Durch die Rotation der Dreh welle c wird das Tragorgan und die in die sem aufgelegte Schneidklinge e in Umlauf versetzt.
Die kreisförmige. Schneidkante die ser Schneidklinge ist, .wie aus den Fig. 1 und 2 hervorgeht, vom Zahnkranz des Schutz kammes a1 umgeben, wodurch verhindert wird, dass man sieh beim Rasieren schneidet. Anderseits sind die Zähne dieses Schutzkam mes so profiliert. und die zum Halten der Sehneidklinge dienenden 'Teile so angeordnet, da.ss die Barthaare beim Rasieren unmittelbar auf der Hautoberfläche abgeschnitten wer den, so dass ein absolut glattes Ausrasieren möglich ist, selbst auch, wenn trocken rasiert wird.
Die Schneidklinge könnte gegebenenfalls auch dadurch auf dem Tragteller f gehalten werden, dass dieser magnetisch ist und die Klinge an sich anzieht. Die Deckscheibe j würde sieh in diesem Falle erübrigen. Vor teilhafterweise wäre aber dann der Tragteller mit zwei in die Löcher der aufgelegten Klinge eingreifenden Mitnehmerstiften versehen.
Anstatt eines Elektromotors könnten auch Antriebsmittel anderer Art in einem gleich zeitig als Handgriff dienenden Glehäuses un tergebracht sein, wie zum Beispiel ein aufzieh barer Federmotor. Schliesslich könnte die als ringförmiger Schutzkamm ausgebildete Schutzumrandung zum Beispiel auch von einem ununterbrochenen Ringwulst gebildet sein.
Safety razor. The present invention relates to a safety razor with a housing that also serves as a handle and contains drive means and a hollow head piece placed on the latter, in which an auxiliary shaft connected to the drive means is mounted.
This safety razor is characterized according to the invention in that this auxiliary shaft is provided at its outer end with a support member which carries the razor blade with a circular cutting edge and which is surrounded by a protective border provided on the said headpiece.

In Fig. A is a hollow, mushroom-shaped head piece, which is set up on one end of the housing, which is at the same time forming a handle, of a small electric motor, indicated here only in dash-dotted lines. The outer end of this head piece a is designed as a protective comb a1 with annularly arranged teeth. In the head piece itself, a rotary shaft c is rotatably mounted by means of two ball bearings b, which is coupled to the shaft of the said small motor by means of a coupling d.
On the outer end of the drive shaft c sits a two-part support member which has a support plate f serving to receive a disc-shaped cutting blade e and a disc-shaped support piece g attached to it, in which two diametrically opposed holes g1 are provided. The two parts f and g bil the together a circumferential groove h, in wel cher a slotted steel spring ring i is located. The cutting blade e is held on the support plate f by means of a cover disk j.
This Deek disc j is provided with two pins k, which protrude through corresponding holes in the blade e and in the support plate f through into the holes g1 of the washer g and have lateral notches in which the spring ring i is, whereby the cover disc j and thus the cutting blade e are secured in their position. Through the rotation of the rotary shaft c, the support member and the cutting blade e placed in this are put into circulation.
The circular. The cutting edge of this cutting blade is, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, surrounded by the ring gear of the protective comb a1, which prevents you from cutting when shaving. On the other hand, the teeth of this protective chamber are so profiled. and the parts used to hold the cutting blade are arranged in such a way that the whiskers are cut off directly on the surface of the skin when shaving, so that an absolutely smooth shave is possible, even when shaving dry.
The cutting blade could possibly also be held on the support plate f in that it is magnetic and attracts the blade to itself. The cover disk j would be superfluous in this case. Before geous enough, however, the support plate would then be provided with two driver pins engaging in the holes of the applied blade.
Instead of an electric motor, drive means of a different type could also be accommodated in a sliding housing that also serves as a handle, such as a windable spring motor. Finally, the protective border designed as an annular protective comb could also be formed, for example, by an uninterrupted annular bead.
