  Dispositif pour rassembler les rameaux d'un cep de vigne.



   L'invention   a    pour objet un dispositif pour rassembler les rameaux d'un cep de vigne, caractérisé par un échalas présentant une série de trous sur sa longueur, et par un jeu de liens constitués chacun par un fil d'acier recourbé dont les extrémités sont repliées en forme de crochets permettant de fermer le lien autour des rameaux   d'un    cep après queue lien a été passé dans l'un des trous de   1'échalas.   



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme   d'exécution du dispo-    sitif faisant l'objet de l'invention.



   Le dispositif représenté comprend un échalas   1    constitué par un fer profilé en forme de double T. Dans l'âme de ce fer est ménagée une série de trous 2 régulièrement espacés.



   Le dispositif comprend en outre un jeu de liens 3 constitués chacun par un fil d'acier recourbé en forme de cercle ouvert..



  Les extrémités de ce fil. sont repliées pour   former des crochets    4 qui permettent, étant donné l'élasticité du fil d'acier, de fermer le lien autour des rameaux 5   d'un    cep après l'avoir introduit dans l'un des trous 2 de   1'échalas.   



   Le jeu de liens peut comprendre un nombre quelconque de liens dont les dimensions peuvent différer   d'un    lien à l'autre.



   Dans une autre forme d'exécution, au lieu d'être recourbés en forme de cereles, les liens peuvent être recourbés de façon à former, une fois fermés, un ovale   ou un rec-      i ; angle.   



   Au lieu d'être constitué par un fer en forme de double T, l'éehalas pourrait être constitué par un fer cornière, par un fer en
U, en forme de simple T, ou par un fer rond.



   De préférence, le fer constituant   l'éehalas    est protégé contre l'oxydation par goudronnage, étamage, vernissage ou imprégnation.



  Les liens seront de préférence en fil d'acier inoxydable.



   Lors de   l'utilisation du dispositif repré-    senté, on enfile le nombre désiré de liens 3 dans les trous 2 de   1'échalas,    puis on les ferme autour des rameaux 5. Ces liens pourront.   facilement être déplacés d'un    trou à l'autre suivant les besoins, ou être amenés en position de non-emploi, telle que représentée en pointillé sur le dessin, afin de faciliter les soins à donner à la vigne. Dans d'autres forme6 d'exécution, au lieu d'être en fer, l'échalas pourrait être en bois ou en matière synthétique agglomérée.
 



   REVENDICATION :
 Dispositif pour rassembler les rameaux d'un cep de vigne, caractérisé par un échalas présentant une série de trous sur sa longueur, et par un jeu de liens constitués chacun par un fil d'acier recourbé dont les extrémités sont repliées en forme de crochets permettant de fermer le lien autour des rameaux   d'un    cep après que ce lien a été passé   dans l'un    des trous de l'échalas.

   The subject of the invention is a device for bringing together the branches of a vine, characterized by a stakes having a series of holes along its length, and by a set of links each consisting of a curved steel wire whose ends are bent in the form of hooks to close the tie around the twigs of a vine after the tail tie has been passed through one of the holes in the echalas.



   The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device forming the subject of the invention.



   The device shown comprises a support 1 consisting of a profiled iron in the form of a double T. In the core of this iron is formed a series of holes 2 regularly spaced.



   The device further comprises a set of links 3 each consisting of a steel wire bent in the form of an open circle.



  The ends of this wire. are bent to form hooks 4 which allow, given the elasticity of the steel wire, to close the tie around the branches 5 of a vine after having introduced it into one of the holes 2 of the echalas.



   The link set can include any number of links, the dimensions of which may differ from link to link.



   In another embodiment, instead of being curved in the shape of cereles, the links can be curved so as to form, when closed, an oval or a rec- i; angle.



   Instead of being constituted by an iron in the form of a double T, the aehalas could be constituted by an angle iron, by an iron in
U, in the shape of a simple T, or by a round iron.



   Preferably, the iron constituting the aehalas is protected against oxidation by tarring, tinning, varnishing or impregnation.



  The links will preferably be of stainless steel wire.



   When using the device shown, the desired number of ties 3 are threaded into the holes 2 of the echalas, then they are closed around the branches 5. These ties may. easily be moved from one hole to another as needed, or be brought to a non-use position, as shown in dotted lines in the drawing, in order to facilitate the care to be given to the vine. In other embodiments, instead of being made of iron, the pole could be made of wood or of an agglomerated synthetic material.
