Automatic watch. The subject of the present invention is a watch with an automatic winding mechanism, with at least one oscillating mass mounted outside the center of the movement and a frame serving to store parts of the automatic opening, which is characterized in that this frame is cut laterally at at least one point , wherein the incision is used for the passage of the oscillating mass and the incised part for fastening a bridge.
The bridge attached to the cut part can be a cover bridge which can serve to support an axis of a switchgear of the automatic elevator.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows the plan view of part of the automatic winding mechanism of the watch, with the cover bridge removed, FIG. a section along the line A-B-C-D-D in Fig.1, Fig. 3 is a partial section along the line III-III in Fig.1. Fig. 4 the top view of the whole watch with the automatic winding.
The frame 1 of the automatic elevator shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has two circular recesses 2 and 3, which lie in the longitudinal axis of the frame and are arranged symmetrically to the center of the gesture. The parts 4 and 5 remaining between the two recesses are much smaller Stepped depth. The frame 1 is cut laterally at the points 6 and 7, so that two bearing blocks -8 and 9 arise at these points, under each of which there is an incision 10 'and 11 in the form of a horizontal circular groove.
These millings 2 and 3 as well as the incisions 10 and 11 form the oscillating path for two oscillating masses 1'2 and 13 which are mounted in the frame axis and symmetrically to the frame center. The oscillating masses sit firmly on an axis 14 or 15, which axes are mounted on the one hand in the frame base la and on the other hand in the cover bridge 16 by means of stone bearings. The two bearings of the axis 14 are denoted by 17 and 18, while those of the axis 15 are not shown in the drawing.
On the axis 14 sits a pinion 19, which is both with the intermediate drive 20, and with the upper .Schaltrad 21 in engagement. The intermediate drive 20 sits loosely on the sleeve 22 pressed into the cover bridge 16 and is secured in the axial direction by the screw 23. The axis 15 of the oscillating mass 131 has a corre sponding pinion 24, which is only with the upper ratchet 21 in engagement.
The intermediate drive 2'0 in turn meshes with the lower 'ratchet wheel 2'5, which together with the upper ratchet wheel 21 sits loosely on the pin 26, which is firmly connected to the transmission shaft 2'7. The diameter of the lower ratchet wheel is slightly smaller than that of the upper ratchet wheel, and both wheels run together partially in the already mentioned step-shaped recess of the frame 1 tim. The underside of the upper ratchet wheel 21 rests on the top of the ratchet wheel 25, and both wheels are men together in the axial direction by a rib 28 on the underside of the cover bridge 16 and a rib 2:
9 secured on top of the Ge stand and limited in their axial play. The two ratchet wheels 21 and 25 are constructed in exactly the same way, apart from their outer diameter. Both brackets sit loosely on their shaft - Lund are thin compared to their diameter, i.e. the ratio of thickness to diameter is less than 1:15. Both ratchet wheels 21, 25 have a circular central recess 30 with an undercut edge 31.
In this recess of each ratchet wheel, there is space for the bearing plate 312, which sits firmly on the pin 26. The bearing plate 32 has a bearing socket 34 in which a switching lever 35 is pivotably mounted in a plane parallel to that of the bearing plate and the bottom 316 of the corresponding ratchet wheel and rests flat on the bottom 36. The (switching lever 35 consists of an extension 37, a switching part 3, 8, a: beak 39 and an extension 40.
The free end of the bearing extension 3 7 is rounded and enters the bearing socket 3.1, the rounding of which corresponds to the derjeni gene of the free end of the bearing extension 3 7. The shift lever 3.5 has an outer cylindrical surface 41, the radius of curvature of which corresponds to that of the undercut Ran of 31 of the recess 30. In the position shown of the shift lever 35, the surface 41 and the edge of the recess meet at point 43 together. The arrangement is chosen so
that the meeting point 43 lies laterally to the left of the plane laid by the geometric axis of the ratchet wheel and the pivot axis of the shift lever within the bearing socket of the bearing plate. Furthermore, the plane through the contact point 43 and the pivot axis of the shift lever intersects the friction cone at the contact point. This has the consequence that the ratchet wheel 21 or 25, if it is different from that shown in FIG. Position is rotated starting in the direction of arrow X, takes the shift lever, see finit this ver jammed and rotated over this the bearing plate 32, the pin 26 and the shaft 2'7.
The jamming can, without it being necessary per se, be ensured by the spring 44, which spring is in a part that has protruded since. 4'5 of the bearing plate 32 is attached, see from the inside supported against the extension 40 and the rear end of the shift lever, at 43, holds against the edge of the Atisnung, even when the ratchet wheel in the direction of the arrow Y cles is twisted.
Rotates from the depicted. If the ratchet wheel 21 or 25 is set counterclockwise (arrow Y), it slides past the switch love, since the spring holds the surface 41 against the edge 3, 1, but without causing a blocking in this case. It can be seen from this that when the switching wheel is rotated in the direction of the arrow Y, the rotation is transmitted to the shaft 2'7, when it is rotated in the direction of the arrow Y, it is not.
The spring 44 prevents the shift lever from being swiveled measurably out of the locking position when the shift wheel is rotated in the direction of arrow Y, so that when the rotation begins in the selective direction, locking occurs immediately.
The rotation of the visual oscillating mass 12 in any sense is transmitted once directly via the crack 19 to the holding wheel 2, 1 and the other valley indirectly via the ridge 19 and the intermediate drive 20 to the ratchet wheel 25.
In this way, the two vision wheels are set to rotate in opposite directions, so that, regardless of the direction of rotation of the swinging mass 1 "2, one of the vision wheels rotates in such a direction that the movement of the visual weight over the shaft 27 , the Ritze] 49 and the ratchet wheel 50 is transferred to the barrel shaft 53.
The other oscillating mass 13 mediates its rotation directly via the pinion 2'4 of the ratchet wheel 21, from where it is transmitted to the second ratchet wheel 25 via the pinion 19 and the intermediate drive 20, so that the two ratchet wheels are here by the two synchronized oscillating weights are set in a counter-1 <iufire rotation.
Through the two. identically designed ratchet wheels 21 and 25, their rotations are always transferred in the same sense to the shaft 27, which is supported on the one hand in the cover bridge 7.6 attached to the incised ends 8, 9 and on the other hand in the frame 1 and on its over the Frame 1 protruding free end which carries scratch 149, which the latter is in engagement with the large wheel 513.
The large wheel 50 is attached to the square:) 2 of the barrel shaft 53, the latter on the one hand in the barrel bridge 54 and on the other hand, together with the small wheel 51, which is not shown in connection with the manual winding in the base plate 55: is stored. The barrel itself is labeled 56. To ensure a precise adjustment of the engagement between the pinion 49 and the large ratchet 50, it is sufficient on the.
Underside of the frame 1 a single foot 57 and a corresponding bore 58 on the barrel bridge 54, the axis of which lies in a vertical plane with that of the pinion 49 and the large ratchet wheel 5: 0, so that the adjusting foot lies on a straight line passing through the centers of the ratchet wheel and the pinion, as can be seen from FIG. Such a training is particularly advantageous for very small clocks, where it is difficult to attach a large number of feet.
The spring house bridge 54 is attached to the frame 1 by means of the screws 59 (FIG. 4), while the screws 60: and the feet @ 61 of the fastening or adjustment of the cover bridge 54 on the base plate 55 are used.
