Power lift with hydraulic drive, in particular for agricultural use
Work equipment attached to tractors.
The invention relates to a power lift with hydraulic drive, in particular for work equipment attached to agricultural tractors, in which a pump has one suction and pressure line with control means and two working lines with pressure-actuated shut-off valves with one Working cylinders are connected. This power lift should make it possible, if it is used to drive implements attached to agricultural tractors, to raise or lower the implement with simple movements, to let the pump work in idle mode and also to hold the implement or to release it for any movement .
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the shut-off valves are connected to two control elements via a control line in such a way that the first control element connects the pressure line to a working line and the control line in one working position, but the pressure line to the second working line in a second working position and the control line connects, the other working line being connected to the suction line and the second control element, if it is not influenced from the outside, having no influence, and in the rest position the first control element has a pressure and suction line Short-circuit line as well as the two working lines connects to one another,
while the second control element, when the first control element is in the rest position, connects the control line to the pressure line in a working position and to the suction line in another working position.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it :
Fig. 1 is a schematic picture of the hydraulic drive in the working position,
Fig. 2 the control members in a different position of the working position,
3 shows the hydraulic drive in the rest position,
4 shows the control members in a second position of the rest position.
The system to be described is, for example, attached to an agricultural tractor, i.e. a motor vehicle that is primarily used to pull vehicles and mobile work equipment, but also often carries directly attached work equipment.
A pressure line 2 is connected to a pump 1, as well as a suction line 4 via a container 3. These two lines lead to the housing 15 of a rotary valve! 6th
This rotary valve has at the point where the pressure line 2 opens, an annular groove 7, from which two grooves 8 and 9 branch off along opposite surface lines. The groove 8 is longer than the groove 9.
Furthermore, a longitudinal groove 10 (FIG. 3) and an inwardly leading bore 11 extend from the annular groove 7 in an axial plane perpendicular to the plane of the grooves 8 and 9. Parallel to this bore and in the same radial plane in which the end of the groove 9 also lies, the rotary slide 6 contains a further bore 12 (FIG. 3t).
A second annular groove 13 is attached to the rotary valve 6 in such a way that it is connected to the suction line 4. A longitudinal groove 14 extends from this annular groove and is coaxial with the groove 9, and two longitudinal grooves 15 and 16 (FIG. 3) which are as long as the longitudinal groove 14 in the axial plane perpendicular to the plane of these grooves.
A rotary slide 17 is inserted coaxially into the rotary slide 6. It contains a longitudinal bore 18 which, in all positions of the rotary valve, is connected to the annular groove 13 through a transverse bore 19 and bores 20 in the rotary valve 6. This longitudinal bore opens into the end space 21 of the Ge housing 5, in which the Leekiquid coming in from the rotary valves collects. A radial bore 22 branches off from the longitudinal bore 13 and lies in the radial plane of the bore 12. On the opposite side in the twist slide 17 there is a longitudinal groove 23 which extends between the radial planes of the bores 11 and 12.
Die'Teile 6, 1'7 form the two control elements.
A working line 24 extends from the housing 5 between the pressure line and the suction line, so that it lies in the area of the grooves 8, 14 and 15. Another working line 24 extends from the opposite point.
The working line 24 leads via a valve 26 to a working cylinder. This valve consists of a valve chamber 27 which contains a valve seat 28, a shut-off body 39 with a conical tip 30 and a piston 31, and a cylinder 32 which receives this piston and which also contains a closing spring 3 | 3. The upper part of the cylinder 32 is connected to the end space 21 of the housing 5 by a leakage oil line 34, and a transverse line 35 opens into the lower part of the cylinder.
A valve 36 of the same construction is inserted into the working line 25. It consists of valve chamber 37 with valve seat 38, shut-off body 39 with cone tip 40 and piston 41 and of cylinder 42 and compression spring 43. The upper part of cylinder 42 is connected by a Leeköl line 44 to the same part of cylinder 32, the lower part to the Cross line 35. A control line 45 leads from this cross line to the housing 5 and opens there in the region of the groove 9 and bore 12. The valves 26, 36 form shut-off valves.
The working cylinder 46 contains a piston 47 with a piston rod 48 to which the working device (not shown) is articulated.
This connection to the working device can consist in the fact that the piston rod is articulated to a crank arm that sits on a shaft provided with lifting arms. These lifting arms are directly connected to the implement, which can be a plow, for example. The crank arms and lifting arms can be arranged in such a way that - as is assumed in the present example - the implement lowers when the piston is raised.
A line 49 leads from the housing 5, starting in the area of the groove 10, via a throttle valve 50 to the suction line 4. A direct connection between the pressure and suction lines is established by the line 51. An overflow valve 52, which consists of a cylindrical closing body 513 with a conical tip 54, which slides in a cylinder 55, is switched into this line. This cylinder contains a closing spring 56 and is connected to the line 51 through an opening 57.
The rotary valve 17 is held in place in the rotary valve 6 and ge conditions unintentional rotation secured by resilient detents, not shown. He carries a handle 58 at its outer end, with which the slide 17 can be adjusted against the slide valve 6, the rotary slide valve 6 has a handle 59.
If the rotary slide valve is in the position according to FIG. 1, that is to say the slide 6 is in the first working position, and the pump supplies pressure fluid, it flows through the pressure line 2 and the groove 8 into the work line 24. Simultaneously it passes through the Annular groove 7 and groove 9 in the control line 45, the cross line 35, the valve chambers 27 and 37 and lifts the shut-off bodies 29 and 39 by pressing on the pistons 31 and 41.
The pressure fluid therefore flows through the valve chamber 27 to the working cylinder 46 and lifts the piston 47. The liquid displaced by this flows through the work line 23, the valve chamber 37, groove 14, annular groove 13 and suction line 4 from. The working device is lowered.
If you put the rotary slide 6 with the help of the handle 59 to the second working position according to FIG. 2, the slide 17 is also pressed, the control line 45 remains under pressure, through the annular groove 7 and the groove 8. The same groove flows the pressure fluid now in the working lines 25; since the valves 26 and 36 are open, it moves the piston 47 downward, lifts the implement and pushes the displaced liquid via the working line 24, groove 14 and suction line 4 back to the container.
During these processes, the position of the rotary slide valve 17 has no influence; it is only taken along by its resilient detents during the rotary movement of the rotary slide valve 6.
If the rotary slide 6 is in the rest position, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pressure line 2 is connected to the suction line 4 via the groove 10, the short-circuit line 49 and the throttle valve 50.
In this way, the pumped liquid circulates with a pressure in lines 2, 49 and 4, which only depends on the setting of the throttle valve 510. If the rotary slide valve 17 is in the position according to FIG. 3, it connects the control line 45 via the bores 20 with the annular groove 13 and the suction line 4.
The liquid in this line is pressureless; the control line 45, the cross line 35 and the cylinders 32 and 42 are therefore also depressurized. The springs 33 and 43 therefore press the shut-off bodies 29 and 39 onto the seats 28 and 318, the working lines 24 and 25 are closed and the working piston 47 and with it the working device are held in their position.
The upper ends of the lines 24, 25 are connected to one another via the slides 6, 17 via the parts 15, 13, 116. If the rotary slide 17 is turned into the position of FIG. 4, the rotary slide 16 maintaining its position, it connects the bores 11 and 12 of the rotary slide 6 with the aid of its groove 23. In this way, liquid now has below that determined by the throttle valve 50 Pressure from the pressure line 2 access to the control line 45. This pressure is sufficient to raise the blocking element 29 and 39; the valves 26 and 36 are thus opened.
The working lines 24 and 25 are connected to one another via the grooves 15 and 16 and the annular groove 13; the working device can therefore move freely, take the piston 47 with it and push the liquid back and forth through the working lines. In the rest position of the rotary slide valve 16, it only depends on the rotary slide valve 17 whether the valves 26 and 36 are open.
However, this only applies as long as the pump supplies hydraulic fluid; if it is not driven, for example, the valves 26 and 36 close and the implement is held.
The leakage liquid from the cylinders 32 and 42 comes through the leakage oil line 34 into the end space 21 and from there, together with the leakage oil from the rotary valve, goes through the longitudinal bore 18, the transverse bore 19 and the bores 20 to the suction line 4.
If for any reason the pressure in the pressure line 2 rises extraordinarily, for example when the working piston 47 has reached its end position, the pressure relief valve 52 opens. Its closing body 53, which slides with its non-control side as a piston in the cylinder 52, becomes pressed to the right, the liquid flows past its tip 54 to the suction line 4. The conical shape of this tip and the cylindrical shaft adjoining it largely prevent the oil from foaming.
In the cylinder 55 there is liquid which is displaced by the closing body 53 during the opening stroke. It can only escape through the relatively narrow opening 57 and only slowly flow in again through this opening when the valve is closed. The movement of the closing body 53 is dampened in such a way that it does not start vibrating.
The grooves and channels in the rotary valve and its housing can also be arranged differently, they were only placed in one plane for reasons of clarity. The same type of actuation can also be implemented with other control elements, such as flat slides or valves, which then have to be connected accordingly. The entire valves and control elements can be accommodated together in a common housing in a small space, it also being possible to arrange valves within the rotary slide valve. The purpose is to place the axes of the shut-off valves a perpendicular, the axes of the other valves with the associated lines parallel to the axis of the rotary valve.
