Device for the automatic control of the movement of organs going back and forth. The invention relates to a device for automatically controlling the movement of organs going back and forth according to size and direction. For the implementation of the control, the use of the vote of an electrical bridge has already been proposed, the tuning resistor is connected to the organ to be controlled. The invention is based on this proposal and has the aim of perfecting the device in such a way that feed paths of arbitrary and mutually independent sizes can be set in advance. This possibility is z.
B. in connection with turret lathes of great practical importance, where it depends on the exact adherence to the feed paths for the individual tools and of course on avoiding unnecessarily long distances. In such cases, it must be possible in particular to set feed paths of different sizes for the individual work steps.
The aim pursued is achieved according to the invention in that, in addition to the tuning resistor, several independently adjustable resistors are provided for building the bridge, which are always operated one after the other in a certain sequence with the help of a step-wise actuated, depending on the switching of the organ to be controlled switched on in the bridge with the switching mechanism working in advance.
According to a particularly expedient further development of the device according to the invention, it is proposed that the individual resistances to be switched on in a certain sequence only for the control of the. To use advance paths of the organ going back and forth and to supplement these individual resistances with an additional, the return movement of the said organ, mastering the setting resistance, which relays in each case by means of a relay effecting the switching of the movement of the organ going back and forth is brought into place of the resistance switched on in the previous flow.
The object of the invention is illustrated in the drawing in an exemplary Ausfüh approximately.
The dominant part of the device shown in the drawing consists of an electrical bridge that contains a variable resistor 1 and one of the resistors 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 each. The resistors are expediently designed as potentiometers with a rotatable sliding contact. The potentiometers 2 to 6 are expediently provided with a setting scale graduated in millimeters. The variable Wi clerstand 1 is in some way connected or coupled to the organ whose back and forth movement is to be controlled in terms of size and direction.
The setting resistors 2, 3, 4 and 5 are used to set the pre-running movement for four consecutive work processes in a certain order. Resistances 2 to 5 can be set independently of one another, which means that different advance paths can be set for the individual successive operations.
The variable resistor 6 dominates the return of the organ to be controlled and is switched on after each forward movement., The bridge contains in each case, the variable resistance 1 and also one of the resistors 2 to 5 when the organ to be controlled is advanced and the one to be controlled when moving back Organ the resistor 6: The bridge is fed by a power supply unit 7, which is connected to the network via the switch 8. The bridge is in turn connected to an amplifier 9, the output of which leads via the rectifier 10 to the thyratron 11. The thyratron 11 is also connected to the power supply unit 7. The windings 12a, 12b of the changeover relay 12 are located in its anode circuit.
The windings 12a and 12b are assigned switches 13a and 13b, which are switched on alternately. In addition, two push-button switches 14a and 14b are provided on the relay 12, which allow an arbitrary triggering of a switching pulse of the relay regardless of the respective position of the relay or the switches 13a and 13b.
The changeover relay 12 has two Wech selkontakte 15a and 15b. The contact 15a is used to turn on the setting resistor 6 when building the electrical bridge for the return movement and after this movement has ended again off th. The contact 15b dominates the reversing contactor 16 of the working motor 17, which drives the organ to be controlled and for before forward and backward run is set up. The reversing contactor 16 is equipped with two alternately switched work coils 18a and 18b.
The contactor actuated by the coil 18b is provided with an additional contact 19. The power supply to the contactor 16 is provided by the power supply unit 7, specifically via a switch 20, which is only closed when the device is put into operation - and opens automatically as soon as the working cycle has ended. The alternating construction of the electrical bridge takes place automatically and is controlled by a shift drum 21, which carries a number of contacts that in a certain position of the shift drum with fixed contacts a, b, c, d, e to Get cover.
The contacts of the shift drum are closed to a ring contact f reaching over the circumference of the drum, which is stronger 9 on the fixed contact e and the changeover contact 15a on the United. On the other hand, the ring contact f is connected to one of the setting resistors 2 to 5 via one of the fixed contacts a, b, c, d, e each time the organ to be controlled moves forward. In the reverse movement of the organ to be controlled, the last-mentioned connections are interrupted; it is rather the Schleifkon clock of the setting resistor 6 on the order switching contact 15a to the amplifier 9 is connected.
The setting resistors 1 to 6 are connected in parallel to the power supply unit 7. The bridge circuit is completed by the connection line between the sliding contact of the resistor 1 and the amplifier 9 when the organ to be controlled flows forwards and backwards.
The shift drum 21 is operated by a step switch mechanism 22, which in turn is set in motion with the aid of the magnet 23. In the circuit of the magnet 23 is a push button switch 24. The circuit of the magnet 23 is also closed after the initiation of a duty cycle by the motor contactor 16 via the contact 19 each time the organ to be controlled or its drive motor 17 is switched to advance.
The power supply unit 7 is provided with a signal lamp 25, which is switched on by a delay switch, not shown, it follows. The delay switch blocks commissioning for the duration of the heating-up time of the tubes used in the circuit.
The device shown is. turned off in the event that the organ to be controlled, z. B. the tool carrier of a turret lathe bank, executes four different forward movements during the work cycle. The start-up is carried out in such a way that first the switch 8 of the power supply unit 7 is closed and the signal lamp 25 is waited for. Then the push button 24 is actuated so that the stepping mechanism 22, 23 brings the switching drum into the first working position, in which, in addition to the resistor 1, the setting resistor 2 is switched into the bridge.
Simultaneously with the transfer of the shift drum 21 into the first working position, the contact 20 is closed, so that the coil 18a. of the contactor 16 switches on the motor 17 to run forward.
The setting resistor 2 is set so that the coordination of the bridge is achieved when the sliding contact of the resistor 1 connected to the organ to be controlled is shifted after the desired forward stroke. When the forward stroke ends, the coil 12a of the relay 12 is excited via the thyratron 11, so that the contacts 15a and 15b are switched.
The switching of the contact 15b has the consequence that the coil 18b of the contactor 16 switches the drive motor 17 to reverse and causes the contact 19 to close. Through this contact 19, the switching drum is switched by the stepping mechanism 22, 23 by one step (detailed circuit not shown in the drawing), whereby the setting resistor 3 is provided for the construction of the elec trical bridge. In order to switch the contact 15a has the consequence that the setting resistor 6, which dominates the return movement of the organ to be controlled, is switched on in the bridge.
At the same time as the switch contactor 16 is switched, the contacts 13c and 13b assigned to the relay 12 also change their position, so that the next switchover from return to advance is effected by the coil 12b of the relay 12. After the end of the return, the setting resistor 3 is switched on in place of the setting resistor 6 in the bridge, which dominates the second forward movement.
In a similar way he follows the switch to the third and fourth forward movement and the subsequent return movements. In the last switching step of the switching drum 21, the contact 20 is also opened, so that the motor 17 remains at rest when the contactor 16 is then switched over. , The provided on the switching relay 12 push button contacts 14a and 14b offer the opportunity to set the organ to be controlled inde pendent of the respective position of the order switching relay to forward and reverse.
Incidentally, the gradual changeover via the shift drum 21 can be used at the same time to carry out further circuits that are to be carried out when switching the drive motor to forward or reverse. In a turret lathe z. B. the shift drum can be used to len the tool carrier to adjust or preselect the ge appropriate feed speed for the respective tool.
