L'objet de la présente invention est un instrument pour l'entretien des dents.
Il est connu de nettoyer les dents à l'aide d'une brosse et de produits antiseptiques.

La fig. 3 montre, séparées les unes des au- tres, les trois pièces dont il est constitué.
L'instrument représenté à la fig. 1 se compose d'un corps en deux pièces 1 et 2 et d'un rnallehe tubulaire 3.
La pièce 1, qui peut tre en métal ou par exemple en une matière synthétique quelconque mais dure, présente la forme d'une petite auge, dans laquelle est emboîtée la pièce 2, creuse et réservant sur une face une ouverture rectangulaire 2', par laquelle peut s'échapper de l'eau introduite dans l'ensemble par le trou du manche tubulaire.
Le bord 4, délimitant l'ouverture 2'est souple, c''est-à-dire élastiquement déformable.
Il peut tre venu d'un bloc avec l'ensemble de la pièee 2, faite alors de mme matière, ou au contraire tre rapporté sur la portion ereuse de cette pièce. La matière souple choisie peut tre un caoutchouc très mou, voire mme un caoutchouc mousse, ou encore une matière syn- thétique présentant la souplesse voulue.
La fig. 2, qui montre une partie des dents 5 d'une mâchoire inférieure, représente également l'instrument de la fig. 1 appliqué laté- ralement contre les dents, tandis qu'un tube de caoutchouc 6 relie le manche 3 à une conduite d'alimentation d'eau sous pression.
En exereant une poussée contre les dents en direction de la flèche 7, on écrasera suffisamment le bord de l'ouverture rectangulaire de l'instrument pour lui faire adopter le profil de la dentition, en sorte que l'eau sous pression ne pourra s'échapper que par les interstices séparant les dents. Elle le fera en formant des jets 8 particulièrement aptes à nettoyer ces interstices.
La fig. 3 montre une manière particulièrement simple de réaliser l'instrument.
Le corps de ce dernier, désigné par 1, est constitué d'une petite auge en métal embouti, présentant un trou 9 à l'une de ses extrémités, tandis que l'autre pièce 2 est en une matière élastique moulée, épouse la forme de cette auge et présente en bout un trou 10 suscep- tible de coïncider avec le trou 9 après emboi- tage dans l'auge 1.
Il suffit alors d'enfiler l'extrémité 3'de diamètre correspondant du manche 3 dans les trous 9 et 10 en coïncidence pour maintenir le tout assemblé.
D'un démontage facile, cette construction permet de nettoyer l'instrument sans la moindre difficulté.

The instrument shown in fig. 1 consists of a two-piece body 1 and 2 and a tubular rnallehe 3.
The part 1, which can be made of metal or for example of any synthetic material but hard, has the shape of a small trough, in which is nested the part 2, hollow and reserving on one side a rectangular opening 2 ', by which can escape from the water introduced into the assembly through the hole in the tubular handle.
The edge 4, delimiting the opening 2 is flexible, that is to say elastically deformable.
It can come as a unit with the whole of the part 2, then made of the same material, or on the contrary be attached to the erous portion of this part. The flexible material chosen can be a very soft rubber, or even a foam rubber, or else a synthetic material having the desired flexibility.

Easy to dismantle, this construction allows the instrument to be cleaned without any difficulty.
