Elastische Kupplung.
36 an geordnet.
Elastic coupling. The invention relates to an elastic coupling of two coaxial shaft ends. The invention consists in that at one of the two shaft ends at least two rollers mounted parallel to the coupling axis are provided, which are supported on a leaf spring mounted at both ends in the other shaft end, the bending of the leaf springs in both directions of rotation the coupling takes place on the same side.
The leaf ladders mounted at both ends are expediently arranged between the rollers and the coupling center, so that the centrifugal forces acting on the leaf springs when the coupling rotates support the spring forces. The leaf springs mounted at both ends are advantageously arranged in such a way that they are additionally supported when the maximum torque is transmitted.
The arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that due to the bending of the leaf springs in both directions of rotation of the coupling on the same side, the maximum permissible stress on the leaves can be relatively high.
In the drawing, the coupling according to the invention is shown in two embodiments, for example.
Fig. 1 shows a coupling from the front, partly in section, Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows the Coupling corresponding to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, but in the loaded state, FIG. 4 shows another coupling, FIG. 5 is a section along the line VV of FIG Fig. 4.
The roller carrier 1 is with the shaft. End 2 firmly connected and has the two pins 3 and 4, on which rollers 6 and 7 6 and 7 <by means of sleeves 5 / B> are rotatably mounted, parallel to the coupling axis in which the axis of the part 1, 2 lies. The rollers 6 and 7 are formed by the shoulder 8 , the safety ring 9 and the expanding ring 10 prevented from sliding in the longitudinal direction. Instead of being on sleeves, the rollers 6, 7 could also be mounted on roller bearings, for example needle bearings.
The housing 12 is connected to the shaft end 13f est which is biaxial to the shaft end 2 and has the diametrically opposed inserts 14 and 15, which by means of the visual housing 16 B> are attached to the housing 12. The inserts 14 and 15 are provided with recesses 17-20, in which the leaf springs 21 and 22, each consisting of several leaves, are embedded . When the clutch is unloaded, the leaf springs lie parallel to each other at a distance from one another.
The side lines that border the recesses 17 - 20 between. The projections 23 and 24 of the inserts located on the leaf springs are rounded. The Deekel '25 is attached to the housing wall 27 by means of screws 26 and is against the roller carrier by means of the seal 2.8 1 sealed. Before C start-up, the coupling is filled with an appropriate quantity of lubricating oil. When the clutch is released, the roller journals 3, 4 are located above the longitudinal center of the leaf springs 21, 22-.
When a torque is transmitted, the two shafts 2, 13 rotate against each other, for example in the direction of the arrow, whereby the rollers 6, 7 move their position according to FIG . 3 change with simultaneous bending of the springs 21, 22.
The least stressful stress on the springs 21, 229 can be limited in a simple manner by choosing their above-mentioned mutual spacing so that they rest against one another when the greatest deflection occurs and they support one another , as shown in Fig. 3. It can be seen that the springs are deflected inward regardless of whether the clutch rotates in one direction or the other.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, there are three rollers 30, 31, 32 with their pins 33, 34, 3 , 5 offset against each other by r20P. the roller carrier 36 arranged. According to this arrangement, the inserts 3, 8, 39, 40 are also installed in the housing 3 # 7 offset by 12011 relative to one another. The leaf springs 43, 44, 45, which interact with the rollers 30, 31, 3.2 are embedded in the recesses 41, 42 of the inserts.
In this embodiment, where more than two leaf springs forming the sides of a polygon are used, a centric to the coupling axis on an ordered, cylindrical part 46 of an appropriate diameter can be provided as a limit stop.
In the exemplary embodiments shown, the roller journals 3, 4, respectively. 33, 34, 35 cantilevered on the roller carrier 1 resp. 36 arranged. For the transmission of larger torques, the roller carriers can also be designed so that the roller journals. be stored on both sides. If the spring leaves are to be given a considerable pre-tension at zero torque, assembly can be made easier by designing the roller pin as an eccentric, which is rotated by 1800 for example after assembly and so biases the leaves.
