Hammer with electric drive motor. The invention relates to a hammer drill with a support part, electric drive motor, gear, hammer mechanism, a hammer mechanism housing and additional exchange parts. Since hammers are required for a wide variety of operating conditions, the manufacturers of such hammers have so far been forced to produce numerous models for different types of current, impact strengths and working methods, which led to a disproportionately large amount of manufacturing and storage costs. There was also considerable expense in keeping the replacement parts available for these numerous types.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the hammer parts are combined into groups and these are dimensioned and attached to one another in such a way that at least one of these groups can be expanded as a whole and replaced by a group that satisfies other operating conditions.
An embodiment of a hammer according to the invention is shown in the drawing, partly in section, with lifted parts and adjacent replacement part groups.
A support part 1 forms a group of individual parts that are the same in all compositions and represent the core of the hammer. Its housing contains a crankshaft 2, its bearings 3 and 4, a gearbox bearing 5 and an engine bearing 6. Furthermore, a handle 7 and a switch (not shown), which a cable 8 connects to a power source and which connects to a lever 9, are attached to the support part is moved.
As a drive, a universal motor 10 is attached to the support part, which is suitable for all types of electricity in the usual networks. It be available from a housing part 11, which complements the supporting part on its side to form a closed housing and a bearing 12 and 13 contains brushes. It is determined by precise Pas solutions on the support part so that the bearings 6 and 12 are aligned and can accommodate the rotor 14 of the universal motor. A Ständerwieklung 15 is attached to the inside of the housing part 1.1. Like the brushes 13, it is connected to the switch of the hammer in a manner not shown. Instead of the universal motor 10, a high-frequency motor 20 can also be attached to the support part 1.
It is surrounded on its outside by a housing part 2.1, which has the same connection as the housing part 11. It contains a bearing 29 which, together with the bearing 6, accommodates the motor rotor 24. A field winding 2.5 is also if placed inside the housing part 21 and connected to the switch of the hammer. The housing part containing this winding and the bearing 22 does not completely surround the motor, but is only added to a closed housing when it is assembled with the other groups of parts of the hammer drill.
Both motors 10 and 20 have a ver elongated shaft 16 and 26, which is guided in the bearing 6 and carries a pinion 17 and 27 at its end. The motors are fastened to the support part with screws 18 and 28, respectively.
On the side of the support part 1 opposite the motor, space is provided for a transmission gear. It consists, for example, of gears 30 and 31 on a shaft 32 and a gear 33 which is attached to the crankshaft 2. The Ge gear is covered by a hood-like housing 34 which carries a second handle 35 and a bearing 36. This housing 34 is fastened with screws 37 on the housing of the support part 1 and has so much space in its interior that gearboxes that have been put together differently can be accommodated. Such a different transmission consists for example of the gears 40 and 41 on a shaft 42 and a gear 43, which can be placed on the crank shaft 2 in place of the gear 33. The shafts 32 or 42 run in the bearings 5 and 36.
Depending on the required force or speed ratios, one of these gears or another, just as suitable, is used. The pinion 17 or 27 drives the gear 30 or 40, the gear 31 or 41 seated on the same shaft rotates the gear 33 or 43 and thus the crankshaft 2. This shaft eccentrically carries a pin 44 and a connecting rod 45 hinged to it the other end protrudes from the support part and moves the hammer mechanism going back and forth. The housing of the support part 1 has an eye 46 through which the connecting rod passes to the outside and can be used in wel Ches hammer mechanism housing of various types. One such is, for example, a housing 50 for drive parts for drilling with moving the tool and flushing the borehole.
It contains a Bol zen 51 on which the connecting rod 45 engages and the ends of which are inserted into a sleeve 52. This moves a device 53 Umsetzv with the aid of bolts 54 which slide in inclined grooves 55. The transfer device rotates a tool holder 56 in an unspecified manner. The tool holder is supplied with a rinsing agent via a bore 57 in the housing 50, which rinsing agent passes through a bore 58 of the tool holder 56 into an exchangeable tool 59.
A against the above replaceable hammer mechanism housing without relocating and flushing device is the housing 60. It also fits into the eye 46 of the support part housing, but has a smaller diameter than the housing 50; as it does not contain a pod. For this reason, it has a bolt 61 which is shorter than the bolt 51 and at its front end a simple holding device 62 for an exchangeable tool 63.
A striking mechanism is attached inside the striking mechanism housing 50 or 60. It consists of a slider 70 which receives the piston pin 51 or 61, a spring 71 and a hammer 72. Both ends of the spring 71 are held in thread-like grooves 73 land 74 of the clleitstüekes 70 and the hammer 7 2 and therefore connect these parts to a vibratory system.
Instead of the described hammer mechanism, another hammer mechanism can be used in the same hammer mechanism housing, which is suitable for example for weaker blows. It consists of a slide 80, a spring 81, which is weaker than the spring 71, and a lighter racket 82. The spring 81 is fixed in grooves 83 and 84 of the slide 80 and racket 82 ..
The mode of operation of the anti-blow device is known; the slider 70 or 8'0 moved back and forth by the connecting rod 45 via the bolt 51 or 61 sets the hammer 72 or 82 in oscillation with the aid of the spring 71 or 81 so that it strikes the tool 63 or the tool holder 56.
On the description of the structure and the mutual coordination of the parts and groups to each other, which can be referred to as a modular system. In addition to the groups described (motor 20, gear 40-43, striking mechanism housing 60-62, striking mechanism 80-82), other groups with the same connection dimensions can also be provided, which allow the hammer to be adapted to other operating conditions, for example to others Frequencies of the current, different numbers of blows, different impact strengths, different types of flushing, etc. It is also possible to remove parts or parts in need of repair from a hammer.
Groups, for example the striking mechanism or the motor, should be replaced by the same groups from an otherwise differently composed hammer, whose mode of operation is currently not required. In the meantime, the removed part can be repaired or replaced. This modular system also greatly simplifies storage and delivery of spare parts.
