Method and device for repairing sewers. Sewer canals, which are not accessible, have been dug out and replaced with new canals if their soil was badly damaged by corrosion. The old canals are dug and new ones laid. naturally cumbersome and correspondingly expensive. Even in accessible sewers, it has been a matter of course to repair the corrosion damage to the bottom of the sewer.
The purpose of the method according to the invention is to repair sewer ducts which are damaged by corrosion on the ground, so that in the case of inaccessible ducts, digging out the ducts and laying new ducts is unnecessary and the old ducts can continue to be used. In addition, repairing canals that can be walked on should be made easier.
According to the method according to the invention, a concrete dispensing device is pulled through a piece of sewer to be repaired after it has been cleaned by means of brushes and through this concrete is introduced into the sewer piece, which is pressed onto the sewer floor by a pressing member.
The present invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention, which has a concrete dispensing device intended to be pulled through a sewer channel and a pressing member which is designed so that it picks up the concrete introduced into the sewer by the concrete dispensing device press on the trunking floor.
An embodiment of the fiction, according to the method is explained below with reference to the drawing, on which an embodiment of an apparatus for performing the method is shown.
Fig. 1 shows a (cross-section through the lower half of a sewer with a corrosion-damaged floor, Fig. 2 shows the same cross-section after the repair of the floor, Fig. 3 shows in longitudinal section a piece of a sewer with two shafts th during cleaning by means Brushes, Fig. 4 shows the same longitudinal section during the repair of the channel,
Fig. 5 is a longitudinal section through the cylindrical housing of the concrete pump, Fig. 6 is a partial section to Fig. 5, Figs. 7 and 8 are cross sections according to the lines VII-VII and 7 respectively.
VIII-VIII of Fig. 6, Fig. 9 is a plan view of Fig. 6 without pipe 31, Fig. 10 is a longitudinal section through the piston of the concrete pump, Fig. 11 is a longitudinal section through the pressing member, Fig. 12 is a plan view to FIG. 11, and FIGS. 13, 14 and 15 are cross sections along the lines XIII-XIII and XIV-XIV and XV-XV of FIG. 12.
In Fig. 1, the channel of a non-accessible sewer line is shown with 1. The waste water flows on the bottom of the channel 1 and branch channels can open into the upper part of the channel. Over time, depending on the nature of the sewage, the sewer floor is damaged by corrosion, as shown at 2 in FIG.
In order to repair this damage, a channel piece 4 (Fig. 3) between tween two shafts 5, 6 is initially cleaned in a manner known per se by pulling brushes 7 through while wastewater flows through. The brushes 7 have on the lower side of the drawing voltage not visible elongated bristles, through which the damaged area is cleaned particularly well.
After this cleaning, according to Fig. 4, the flow of wastewater through the channel piece 4 is interrupted by a closure 8 inserted into the upper channel piece in the flow direction and a bypass 9 is connected, by means of which the wastewater, if necessary, by means of a pump 10 into the channel piece 4 following duct section is passed.
A concrete pump, which consists of a cylindrical housing 11 and a piston 12 and can be pulled through the channel piece by means of a pulling element 14 guided over rollers 13, is introduced into the channel piece 4. A pressurized water line 15 is connected to the cylindrical housing 11, which is connected to a pump 16. At the other end of the cylindrical housing 11, a nozzle 17 is provided through which the cement 18 present in the housing can be pushed out by the action of the pressure fluid on the piston 12.
The pressure of the pressure fluid is set in such a way that a certain amount of concrete is pressed out through the nozzle 17 for a certain quality of the concrete and a certain speed of movement of the concrete pump. This pressed out concrete is pressed onto the bottom of the channel by a pressing member 19. The pressing member 19 is connected to the cylindrical housing 11 by a pulling member 20 so that it is pulled along by this.
A rotatable coupling (not shown) is present in the pulling element 20 in order to prevent the pressing element from being twisted by the pulling element. The exact description of the design and mode of operation of the concrete pump and the pressing member is given below with reference to FIGS. 5-15.
As can be seen from Fig. 5-9, the cylindrical housing of the concrete pump is composed of two parts 12 'and 12 ", with a sleeve 21 attached to part 12', into which the end of part 12" can be pushed and by means of the Screws 22) can be releasably connected. A rubber ring 23 is used for sealing and is held in place on the edge of the sleeve 21 by two ring halves 25 connected to one another by screws 24 (FIG. 8).
Skids 28 attached to rings 27 are pushed onto the sleeve 21 and onto a cover 26 closing off the housing part 12 ″ at the rear. The cover 26 has an eyelet 29 for connecting the pulling element 1.1. There is an opening on part 12 ′ of the cylindrical housing 30, in which, according to FIG. 6, a pipe 31 can be inserted through which concrete can be poured into the housing.
The opening 30 can be closed by a cover 32, which is held in place by means of a bracket 33 fastened by screws 34. A nozzle 17 'is attached to the end of the housing part 12', which is removable and replaced by another nozzle 17 "(FIG. 6) can be.
The piston 12 of the concrete pump shown in FIG. 10 has on a hollow axis 35 two two-part disks 36, 37 which are arranged at a distance from one another and which each carry a rubber sealing ring 38 and 39, respectively. The inside of the sealing rings 38, 39 is connected to the piston side, on which the fluid pressure acts, through channels 40, 41 in the disks 36, 37 and through the cavity of the axle 35, so that the fluid pressure from the inside onto the sealing rings 38, 39 acts and these rings firmly against the inner wall of the cylindrical housing 12 presses.
Another rubber sealing ring 42 is held between the disk 36 and a disk 43, which is pressed against the disk 36 by a screw 44 screwed into the axis 35. This multiple sealing of the piston prevents the pressure fluid acting on the right side of the piston from reaching the left side of the piston and being able to mix with the concrete located there.
The pressing member shown in Fig. 11-15 has a housing 45, the front and rear each having an eyelet 46 and 47 for attaching a tension member and on which a cover plate 48 is removably attached. On the same, two bolts 50 are guided vertically displaceably in guide bushes 49. A compression spring 51 acts on each of these bolts 50, and the axis 52 of a roller 53 is mounted on the two bolts. As can be seen from Fig. 4, this roller 53 is intended to rest against the ceiling of the channel piece 4 and thereby press the housing 45 against the channel bottom.
In the housing 45 rubber guide ribs 54, 55, 56 and 57 (FIG. 11) are set on both sides, which are held in place by plates 58 (FIG. 15). These guide ribs strive to guide the concrete placed on the channel floor towards the center of the floor. This prevents the concrete from moving upwards to the side. In the housing 45 is a z. B. made of lead weight 60 attached, which prevents the pressing member from twisting.
In the rear part of the housing 45 there are holes 61 at the bottom through which liquid escaping from the concrete can pass.
The concrete layer 3 shown in Fig. 2 can be applied in several passes of the concrete pump with press member, different concrete compositions can be used for the sub-layers. If desired, aggregates can also be added to the concrete.
