Zentralweiche fiir Rohrpostanlagen.
Fig. 4 einen mit zwei Stahlbändern armierten Filzstreifen,
Fig. 6 eine Zentralweiche gemäss Fig.
Central switch for pneumatic tube systems.
In pneumatic tube systems, especially those in which an electrical scanning of the adjustable target identification on the pneumatic tube jacks takes place, Zentralwei ehen are sometimes necessary, which are driven through by all cans. These central points have several incoming routes that open into a collecting pipe that has access to a plurality of outgoing routes via Weiehen. The individual points of the central switch are electrically controlled by the scanning points upstream of the central switch according to the target identification of the pneumatic tube carriers.
Be known central switches have the disadvantage that the bushes passing through the switch tongues not only touch the control surfaces with the felts, but also with the sensitive contact devices on the tongues themselves or on the guide surfaces a. bounce. Strong knocking noises indicate an uncontrollable tumbling of the cans, by which they are heavily stressed and affected.
The invention is based on the object of designing the guidance of the pneumatic tube sleeves in the central switch so that the sleeves are prevented from tumbling and the sleeves rest exclusively with the travel felts on the guide members. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the pneumatic post sleeves are guided within the central switch by means of round rods. The round bars are expediently arranged in pairs, the guidance being carried out by two pairs of round bars in 4-point guidance. The guidance on the switches is preferably carried out in 3-point guidance on the one hand by a pair of round bars and on the other hand by the switch tongue.
In order to ensure safe guidance at the points at which the individual incoming travel lines of the central switch converge in a collecting pipe, rigid felt strips, suitably reinforced with steel strips, can be provided to support the guidance of the bushings.
The invention is explained below on the basis of the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. Show it :
1 shows a central switch with two incoming and two outgoing travel lines and a so-called missing line arranged between the latter,
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the lower part of a central switch according to FIG. 1 with the outgoing strands,
Fig. 3 shows schematically a pneumatic tube post seen from above in a double-paired round rod guide,
4 shows a felt strip reinforced with two steel bands,
5 shows a central switch with four incoming and four outgoing travel lines and one missing line,
6 shows a central switch according to FIG.
1 with the turnout magnets.
In the example according to FIG. 1, two drive lines lead into the central switch at the top.
Both tracks are initially continued in the central switch by guide devices 17 and 18 formed from two pairs of round rods. While the outer guide organs 1 and 2 unite in the middle of the Zentralweiehe to form a cage-forming manifold 34 formed from four round bars, the inner guide organs end in felt strips 11 and 12, which are reinforced with steel bands for rigidity. Such a felt strip 15 with the steel strips 16 is shown separately in FIG. In the collecting tube 34, the tube passing through mail sleeves are again guided in 4-point guidance (see FIG. 3) by two pairs of round rods.
At the switch tongues 30 and 31, which are shown in their normal position, the outer guide organs diverge again. If no switch tongue has been adjusted because the bushing has not been scanned for some reason, the bushing passes out of the collecting tube into the missing strand in the middle. The two switch tongues serve as guide elements for the gland.
The round rod pairs 39 and 40 are provided for safe introduction into the missing strand.
If the left switch tongue 30 has been turned over, the bushing passes from the collecting tube into the guideway 9, which in turn is formed from two pairs of round bars 1 and 5, and from there into the left outgoing travel line. When the bushing is passed along the folded switch tongue 30, on the one hand the switch tongue itself and on the other hand the outer pair of round bars 1 serve as a guide element. Similarly, when the switch tongue 31 is folded over, the guide is designed to drive into the right-hand outgoing drive line.
The central switch is covered by metal sheets. The points along the round bars indicate the attachment of the round bars to the sheet metal cladding. The contacts on the outgoing lines and the missing line are intended to indicate travel contacts that are actuated when driving through the bushings and B. return the switch blades to their normal position.
In Fig. 2 the lower part of the central switch shown in Fig. 1 is shown perspelitivisch. 3 and 4 denote the outer round rod guiding organs, 7 and 8 the inner round rod guiding organs on the switches. 32 and 33 are the two switch blades.
With 41 d the brackets are designated, which are used to attach the round rod guide members to the sheet metal cladding. The curve guidance can also be seen from this figure, which is chosen so that the pins only touch the round bars with their driving felt.
Fig. 5 shows a central switch according to the invention with four incoming and four outgoing routes and the one in the middle below. arranged missing strand.
Accordingly, four switch tongues are provided, which are arranged so that the tips 23 of the lower switch tongues can protrude into the gaps of the upstream switch tongues, creating an uninterrupted guide path, as can be seen from the dashed position of the left switch tongues. The reference numerals 19 to 21 and 35 to 38 can be seen easily from the explanation of FIG. 1.
FIG. 6 also shows a central switch according to FIG. 1 with the arrangement of switch magnets 24 for controlling the switch tongues.
The movable magnetic core 26 is pulled back via a fork piece 28 rotatable at point 27 by a tension spring 29, which is common for both fork pieces of the two switch magnets, when the magnet after actuation z. B. the pipe contact 25 is de-energized.
