beiden Arbeitskontaktklemmen unten sitzen.
Push-button switches, as they are, for. B. for the control of contactors
or the like are used, usually have a contact arrangement with four terminals,
two of which are electrically connected by the movable switching bridge.
Here, two 'contacts form the normally closed contact and the other two form the normally open contact.
Since the switchover is usually effected by a single movable contact bridge
is and therefore rest and work contact, seen in the longitudinal direction of the push button,
must be superimposed, this arrangement means that the terminals in
the height are staggered in such a way that the two normally closed contact terminals at the top and the
both normally open contact clamps at the bottom. Such a graduation of the terminals is
however, particularly disadvantageous for the appropriate design of the housing; if
want to encapsulate the snap fastener element in a dust-tight and pressure-proof manner.
In order to avoid this disadvantage of the usual pushbutton switches
proposed according to the invention, the contact points of the working and the normally closed contact
to be arranged in one plane of the housing and the push button plunger with two of each other
to provide separate moving contact pieces located on different levels.
It is possible here to use the four necessary contact pieces including their
Terminals to be designed completely alike, thus reducing the structure of the push button
is simplified significantly. The device is advantageously made so that
the terminals are also in the same plane as the contact points. To the
The contacts and the connecting terminals can be used for further simplification
Metal parts lie in the contact plane of the two housing parts of the push button.
This makes it possible to reduce the contact surfaces between the two housing parts
Convenient to machine, resulting in the exact fit you want both flawlessly
for holding the contact parts as well as for a gap-free lying on top of one another
of the two housing parts can be achieved. The contact parts are shaped so that
they anchor themselves in the walls of the push button housing. Of course it could
the metal parts are also firmly connected to the housing parts. Since all terminals are in
lying on one level, one achieves a very simple housing design
low construction of the push button element, since its minimum dimensions are now exclusively
on the size of the clamp and its air gaps against the outer housing walls
is determined with the omission of the other push button designs with staggered
Terminal arrangement still within the existing distance. Execution
according to the invention also has the advantage that the normally open and normally closed contact
have separate, mutually insulated contact bridges, whereby the double interruption
the contact points remains fully effective. In the drawing is an embodiment
of a push button according to the invention, namely Fig. i shows the side view,
partially in section, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the
lower part of the case.
The housing of the push button consists of the lower part i and the upper part
2. The push-button button 3, which is loaded by the spring 4, is guided in the upper part
is. The push button is also held by a guide neck 5,
which is connected by screws 6 to the base plate 7, whereby the entire
Press button is held together. Located on the lower part of the push button button 3
the plunger 8, which is equipped according to the invention with two jumpers 9 and io
which are located in different planes on the ram.
Metallteile.
Man erhält
In the contact plane of the two housing parts i and 2 are located
now the metal parts i i, namely two such on each side of the housing
Metal parts. These metal parts form the contact points inside the housing,
namely according to FIG. 2 on the right side of the plunger, the break contacts and on
the working contacts on the left. At the outside ends of these metal parts
ii the terminals 12 for connecting the wires are attached, so that these too
Terminals lie in one plane, in the same plane as the contact points
and also in the plane of contact of the two housings as easily
can be seen, the break contacts are connected to one another by the bridge io,
namely in that the contact plunger by the spring 4. in the raised position
is held. If you then press the pushbutton down, the normally closed contact is activated
interrupted and closed by the switching bridge 9 of the normally open contact. You get
So in this way a push button with a very simple structure and small dimensions.
