Bucket for hydraulic machines. The invention relates to a shovel for hydraulic machines such as water turbines, pumps, ship propellers.
This blade has a blade and at least one blade plate which is made in one piece with the blade.
The transition from the blade to the blade plate is rounded off by a groove for reasons of strength. As a result, the root profile of the airfoil is locally borrowed. The streamlines of the flow acting on the blades are displaced at the points where the foot profile is thicker, and high local excess velocities and thus negative pressure peaks occur, in particular on the suction side of the profile. These places are therefore particularly vulnerable to cavitation.
The invention now aims to create a blade shape in which the Auftre th such vacuum peaks and thus the disadvantages mentioned with respect to the occurrence of cavitation are avoided. This purpose is achieved according to the invention in that the blade at the transition to the blade plate has a groove on at least one side, which continues gradually tapering beyond S S the blade plate with increasing distance from the blade plate.
Such a gradually tapering continuation of the fillet now has the effect that the blade profile also has a steady shape in the direction of the flow in the vicinity of the blade plate, avoiding locally limited thickenings. This avoids sharp deflections of the flow, which result in high negative pressure peaks.
Since the lowest pressures occur on the suction side of the profile, it is particularly useful to design the blade in such a way that the blade on the suction side at the transition; to the shovel plate has a groove which continues gradually Lich tapering beyond the shovel plate with distance from the shovel plate. is.
A favorable effect is already achieved if the fillet is only continued in the direction towards the leading edge of the blade. is. A further improvement results when the fillet is continued in the direction against the leading edge and in the direction against the trailing edge of the airfoil. Particularly smooth transitions in the profile forums are achieved if the fillet is continued up to the leading edge, or up to the leading edge and up to the trailing edge of the blade.
In the accompanying: drawings are shown from exemplary embodiments of the invention. They show: Fig.l a. A view of the rotor blade of a Ka.plan turbine, FIG. 2 a section through the blade along the line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a section through the blade along the line III-III in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 to 7 different execution forms, with a section through the blade and view against the blade plate.
The blade shown in Fig. 1 consists of a blade 1, a blade plate 2 and a pivot 3. The suction side of the blade is facing the viewer and the pressure side facing away from the viewer. The blade has a stepping edge 4 and a trailing edge 5. The transition from the blade 1 to the blade plate 2 is rounded off by a groove 6. This fillet is on the shovel plate also gradually tapering continues and extends to the entry edge 4 and the exit edge 5 of the blade blade. The blade 1 thus has a groove on the suction side at the transition to the blade plate 2, which is continued gradually tapering beyond the blade plate with increasing distance from the blade plate.
The section through the blade along the line II-II shows a course according to FIG. 2. The fillet 6 forms the gradual transition from the blade to the blade plate on the suction side of the 'blade. On the pressure side, the transition is formed by a groove 7.
The outside of the plate on the A side through the shovel laid section along the line III-III is shown in Fig. 3 represents. On the suction side of the profile, the fillet 6 can also be seen in this section; but it is smaller than the swing plate. The groove 7 forming the transition from the blade to the blade on the pressure side, on the other hand, is not continued as far as the section III-III, so that the blade does not have any rounding at this point on the pressure side. With 8 a part of the impeller hub into which the blade is inserted is designated.
The blade 1 thus has a groove 6 on the suction side at the transition to the blade plate 2, which is continued gradually tapering beyond the blade plate with increasing distance from the blade plate.
In Figs. 4 to 7, the blade blade is again indicated by 1 and the blade plate with. The groove on the pressure side at the transition to the Sehaufelteller again has the reference number 7. 6Ú, 6ê, 6s and 64, on the other hand, denote various embodiments of the groove on the suction side. In the case of the blade shown in FIG. 4, the fillet 6Ú is only continued in the direction towards the leading edge 4 of the blade blade. The fillet 62 according to FIG. 5 is continued in the direction towards the entry edge 4 and towards the exit edge 5. The fillet 6 of the blade shown in FIG. 6 is continued up to the inlet edge 4 and the fillet 64 of the blade shown in FIG. 7 up to the inlet edge 4 and up to the outlet edge 5.
In the examples, the fillet on the pressure side is not continued beyond the blade plate.
Guide vanes and rotor blades of hydraulic machines can be formed in the manner according to the invention. Shovels which have a shovel plate at both ends of the blade can be designed according to the invention on the side of one or the other or both plates. This applies in particular to guide vanes or rotor blades of tubular turbines.
