Zugmittelwechselgetriebe.
Traction gear change gear. There are traction means change transmission with between's conical pulley pairs running train medium known in which the axially displaceable ble conical pulleys are automatically pressed against the train medium by a circumferential force of the train by means of directly proportional force. For this purpose, the torque of the shaft concerned with the help of pressure rings, z.
Axial force generated by, for example, cam tracks is also transmitted as an axial force to the other pair of conical disks, specifically by means of pairs of transmission levers that also serve as control levers. Since .der Kegelschei ben such transmission levers are arranged on both sides, the levers lying on the same side of the cone discs with the interposition of a pivot lever with part of the control device, for.
B. are connected to one of two pieces displaceable in opposite directions on a control spindle. This two-sided arrangement results in unclear, because 'not completely manageable power relationships, so that increased security must be provided in order to achieve a practically usable design, which leads to higher reactive forces and thus higher losses and lower efficiency.
Like extended trials. have shown, these disadvantages can be eliminated according to the invention by the fact that only on one side of the conical disks pressure rings of the type mentioned and by a pivot lever with a part of the control device that is immovable in the respective setting position connected transmission lever:
of the type mentioned are arranged, while on the other side a directly on one, immovable in the respective setting position part of the Re gel device, attacking, the neighboring th conical disks supporting control lever is provided. In order to then distribute the torque generated on only one conical disk of each pair by means of a pressure ring to both conical disks evenly, means can be provided to transmit the torque from the first conical disk to the second.
There are two possibilities: The pressure rings can either be rotatably but axially displaceable on the supporting shafts of the conical washers and the two conical washers of each pair can be placed on a thin, rotatable but immovable sleeve on their shaft, in .that they engage with a serration.
But it is also possible that the inputs and. Do not attack output torque on the support shafts mentioned on the pressure rings rotatably and axially displaceably mounted on these shafts and both conical pulleys of each pair are rotatably connected to their shaft.
Since the supporting transverse forces of the conical disks are extremely high compared to the waves, has. it is suitable for the first case in which the conical disks and shafts do not rotate with it.
are connected to each other for that; Trouble-free operation of such gears has proven to be very important to achieve the smoothest possible movement between the conical disks and the shafts. For this reason, it is advisable to mount the tapered disks on the shafts by means of rolling elements, which is otherwise not usual because of the very small relative movements at the bearing points.
In the drawing, two AusTüh- run.gsformen of the subject of the invention are shown, for example, each in a partially horizontally cut floor plan.
The transmission of Fig. 1 has two Wel len 100 and 200, on which conical disks ben 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 rotatably and axially arranged v veriehlich. are. Between the two cone pulley pairs a z. B. designed as a V-link chain traction means 5. The one on one side of the transmission. lying conical disks 2 and 4 are supported via ball bearings 8 and 9 on support rings 10 and 11, which are carried by two control levers 6a and 6b forming a double lever.
The control levers can be pivoted in the usual way about a piece 23 which can be displaced on the thread 22c, an adjusting spindle 22, and attack with one end on a piece 25 which can be displaced on the thread 24a of a regulating spindle 24. The devices for turning .der adjusting spindle 22 and the rule spindle 24 are not. drawn..
The tapered pulleys 1 and 3 on the opposite side are supported on pressure rings 12 and 13. The pressure rings 12 and 13 transmit the torques occurring on them by means of balls 14, which lie between the inclined surfaces of the support rings and the hubs of the Keg.elsehei- ben 1 and 3, to these two cones, which at the same time creates an axial corresponding to the inclination of the inclined surfaces force is generated.
The pressure rings 12 and 13 are held by support rings 18 and 26 via ball bearings 17, on which one arms of transmission levers 15a, 15b and 16a, 16b engage, which are threaded around a thread on the Ge '220. Of the adjusting spindle 22 .ufig to the piece 23 slidable piece 27 are pivotably mounted. The other arms of the transmission levers 1.5a, 15b and 16a, 16b are connected to support rings 28 and 29 "which act on the cones 3 and 1 via ball bearings 30 and 31.
The transmission love 15a, 150 and 16a., 16b are extended via their articulation axes on the support ring 18 or support ring 29 and verbun by a pivot lever 32 with a piece 33, which is opposite to the piece 25 ver slidable on the thread 2.1 b usually spindle 24 is seated.
Both the control levers 6a, and 6b, as well as the transmission levers 15a., 15b and 7.6a, 16b are used in a known manner to control the speed ratio of the two gear shafts by rotating the control spindle 24 to move the pieces in the respective setting position 25 and 33 displaced in opposite directions to each other and thereby pivoted the levers about their axis mounted on the pieces 23 and 27. will.
Under the -V effect of the torque introduced on the shaft 100 arises. an axial thrust acting on the conical disk 1 in the direction of the conical disk 2 and at the same time a reaction axial thrust in the opposite direction, which is received by the support ring, g 18 and via the transmission jack 115a, 15b on the support ring, which forms a double lever 28 of the conical disk 3 is transmitted.
On the other hand, the torque on the shaft 200 generates an axial thrust acting on the conical pulley 3 in the direction of the conical pulley 4, while at the same time the associated oppositely directed reaction axial thrust is absorbed by the support ring 26 and also via the a transmission lever 16c., 16b forming a double lever is transmitted to the support ring 29 of the conical disk.
The torques tire directly on the shafts 100 and 200 and are transmitted to the conical pulley 1 and 3 by the pressure rings 12 and 13, which are rotatably mounted on the shafts by means of wedges 34, but axially differently. In order to distribute these torques to the other conical disks 2 and 4, the conical disks of each pair sit on a sleeve 19 mounted on the associated shaft, in which the conical disks engage by means of serrations 19a. So that the traction mechanism can run on the smallest possible circle radius, the sleeve 19 is made very thin-walled and tightly encloses the shaft.
The use of the serration 19u also contributes to the diameter reduction in Lund also enables a short overall length. In the axial direction, the sleeves 19 are by snap rings! 20 sets that their hold. have in the wave. Outside the sleeve 19, the conical plates are mounted on the shafts 100 and 200 by means of roller bodies 35.
The embodiment of FIG. 2 has essentially the same design as that of FIG. 1, and there are those with. Fig. 1 referred to Zugszahlen over matching parts with the same Be. The only difference is that the means for introducing and directing the torques are designed differently. In this case, the two shafts 100 and 200 are not used for introducing or discharging the torques, but only for the transmission within the transmission.
For this purpose, the conical disks 1, 2, 3 and 4 are non-rotatably connected to the shaft 100 or 200 by means of wedges 36, so that the torques exerted on the conical disks 1 and 3 through these shafts and 4 are distributed. The two press rings 12 and 13 are loosely mounted on shaft 100 and 200, respectively. The torque from a shaft 7.01 bnv is applied to the pressure ring 12 on the shaft 100 or from this ring. transmitted to this shaft by a gear 21, which engages in a toothing 37 of the pressure ring 12.
With. A shaft 201 is firmly connected to the pressing device 13, through which the torque is fed in or diverted.
