Rotationstiefdruckmasebine.
Rotogravure printing machine. In printing machines, in which, for reasons of the printing process applied to them, such as in gravure printing after completion of the printing process, the forme cylinder with the printed image is taken out of the machine and a forme cylinder with a new one for each new printing process Printing forme is brought into the machine, the machine is set up so
that the forme cylinder and, if necessary, the paint scraper (squeegee) can easily be removed from the machine and reinserted into the machine.
The forme cylinder is stored in horizontal slots that are open to one end of the machine side walls and the bearings are clamped by locking pieces pushed into the slots at the side, as is usually the case with the bearings, in order to protect them from the damaging influences during image form production to undergo, withdraws from the forme cylinder axis and pushes it back onto the axis when bringing the forme cylinder.
The parts that were not to be removed were placed on the floor when the forme cylinder was dismantled, which, however, brought with it the risk of spoiling and the laborious and time-consuming cleaning and washing out that resulted from it.
In order to eliminate these disadvantages, the machine is characterized by the fact that the parts on the machine which are subjected to removal when the forme cylinder is replaced can be safely stored away from dirt.
The invention makes it possible that the removed parts also remain with the printing unit to which they belong.
<B>. </B> In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the printing of a rotogravure printing machine. The figures show: FIG. 1. A section through the printing mechanism transversely to the forme cylinder, the pressing pieces of the bearing pulled out of the bearing slot, FIG. 2 a section transversely through the D- > jerk, the forme cylinder seen from the front,
Fig. 3 shows a horizontal section along the horizontal slot in the machine side wall.
In the machine walls <B> 1 </B> and 2, the forin cylinder <B> 3 </B> runs with its steering knuckles 4 and <B> 5 </B> in bearings <B> 6 </B> and <B > 7 </B>, which are embedded in horizontally right slots <B> 9 </B> or <B> 10 </B> open towards the front side <B> 8 </B> of the machine walls are. The machine wall <B> 1 </B> is used for operation and the machine wall 2 is used to drive the forming cylinder. The bearings <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> are in the Machine walls <B> 1 </B> and 2 in the position in which the printing process takes place, held by locking pieces <B> 11 </B> and 12, respectively.
The locking pieces are provided with guide rails <B> 13, </B> 14, <B> 15 </B> and <B> 16 </B> on the side.
On the outside of the machine walls <B> 1 </B> and 2 there is <B> each </B> a lug <B> 17 </B> or <B> 18 </B> in which < B> each </B> an arm <B> 19 </B> or 20 with Fülirungsnuten 21 and 22 is swiveled ge lurking.
The arms <B> 19 </B> and 20 are aligned in such a way that they can be pivoted to the front side <B> 8 </B> of the machine walls <B> 1, </B> 2 and the locking piece <B> 11 </B> in the slot <B> 9 </B> on the swivel arm <B> 19 </B> and the locking piece 12 in the slot <B> 10 </B> on the swivel 'arm 20 can be pulled. The path of the closure piece can be limited by a pin <B> 23 </B>.
Arranged on the inside <B> each </B> of one of the arms <B> 19 </B> and <B> '0 </B> is a saddle 24 or <B> 25 </B>, which is used for Hanging the bearing <B> 6 </B> or <B> 7 </B> is used.
On the cross member <B> 9-6 </B> of the base frame <B> 27 </B> there are two tabs 28 and <B> 29 </B> with brackets <B> 30 </B> and <B> 31 </B> in which the squeegee, estell <B> 32 </B> with its pin <B> 33 </B> or 34 is placed. In this way, the pins are protected from contamination in the bores.
The procedure for removing the forme cylinder from the machine is as follows: The squeegee frame <B> 32 </B> is lifted out of its support, which is moved laterally during operation of the machine, and with its pins <B> 33 </B> and 34 into the bores <B> 30 </B> or <B> 31 </B> of the straps <B> 28 </B> and <B> 29 </B> are parked. A carriage (not shown) is then moved into the machine in front of the end face <B> 8 </B> of the machine walls <B> 1 </B> and 2.
The arms <B> 19 </B> and 20 are pivoted in front of the end faces <B> 8 </B> and the locking pieces <B> 11 </B> and 12 from the slots <B> 9 </B> and <B> 10 </B> pulled out and allowed to slide with the guide strips <B> 13 </B> and 14 into the guide grooves 21 and 22.
The swivel arms 19 and 20 are now swiveled sufficiently to the side, as shown in Fig. 3 with a dashed line, and the forme cylinder with its axle legs 4 and 5 </ B> Rolled onto the trolley on rails. The bearings <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> are then pulled off the steering knuckles and hung on the saddles 22 and <B> 23 </B>. The carriage with the forme cylinder can now be driven out of the machine. The Porm cylinder is introduced into the machine in the reverse order.
