Description
Messgruppe, bestehend aus einem Stromwandler und einem Spannungswandler. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Mess- gruppe; bestehend aus einem Stromwandler und einem Spannungswandler.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Stromwandler und der Spannungswandler als selbständige Messtrans- formatoren mit Niederdruck-Giessharz-Isola- tion ausgebildet sind, wobei in die Giessharz- Isolation des Stromwandlers metallische Steuereinlagen eingebettet sind,
die zwecks Erhöhung der elektrischen Festigkeit- der 1lochspannungswicklung des Spannungswand- lers bei stossartiger Beanspruchung mit ent sprechenden Anzapfungen der Hochspan nungswicklung des Spannungswandlers ver bunden sind.
Der Spannungswandler kann als einsäuf- ger Stummelwandler oder zweisäulig mit ge schlossenem Eisenkern ausgebildet sein.
Mindestens an einem der beiden Messtrans- formatoren kann die Isolation der Hochspan- nungswicklung zugleich als Aussenisolator für Freiluftaufstellung ausgebildet sein.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schematisch im Längsschnitt dargestellt.
Die gezeigte Messgruppe besteht aus einem Stromwandler 1 und einem Spannungswand ler z. Beide Wandler sind auf einem gemein samen Unterteil 3 montiert. Die Hochspan rungsisolation 4 der Hochspannungswicklung 5 des Stromwandlers 1 enthält metallische Einlagen 6, welche im Durchführungsteil des Stromwandlers 1 zylinderförmige Flächen bil den und im untern, ringförmigen Teil als zy- lindrische Ringflächen ausgebildet sind.
Die Enden dieser Kondensatoreinlagen 6 sind als in Schirmen des Durchführungsisolators ver laufende Kreisringe 7 ausgebildet.
Auf der dem Spannungswandler 2 zuge kehrten Seite :des Stromwandlers 1 sind die Ringe 7 mit Anschlussbolzen 8 versehen, wel che aus dem Isolator herausragen und mittels Verbindungsstücken 9 mit entsprechenden Anschlüssbolzen 10 des Spannungswandlers verbunden sind.
Der Stromwandler 1 weist zwei Eisen kerne 11 auf, welche mit je einer nicht .ge zeigten Sekundärwicklung versehen sind.
Der Spannungswandler 2 ist als einsäuli- ger Stummelwandler ausgebildet. 12 ist der Eisenkern, 13 die Niederspannungswicklung und 14 die aus Teilspulen bestehende Hoch spannungswicklung.
An den Stellen 15 sind die einzelnen Teilspulen. mittels der durch die Aussenisolation 16 hindurchgeführten An schlussbolzen 10 sowie der Verbindungsstücke 9 mit den Anschlussklemmen der Kondensa- toreinlagen 6 des Stromwandlers 1 verbun den.

The invention consists in that the current converter and the voltage converter are designed as independent measuring transformers with low-pressure cast resin insulation, with metallic control inserts being embedded in the cast resin insulation of the current converter,
which, in order to increase the electrical strength of the 1-hole voltage winding of the voltage converter, are connected to corresponding taps of the high-voltage winding of the voltage converter in the event of sudden loads.
The voltage converter can be designed as a single, stubby converter or as a two-column converter with a closed iron core.
At least on one of the two measuring transformers, the insulation of the high-voltage winding can also be designed as an external insulator for outdoor installation.

The measuring group shown consists of a current transformer 1 and a voltage transformer z. Both converters are mounted on a common lower part 3. The high-voltage insulation 4 of the high-voltage winding 5 of the current transformer 1 contains metallic inserts 6 which bil the cylindrical surfaces in the bushing part of the current transformer 1 and are formed in the lower, annular part as cylindrical annular surfaces.
The ends of these capacitor inserts 6 are designed as circular rings 7 running in the shields of the bushing insulator.
On the side facing the voltage converter 2: of the current converter 1, the rings 7 are provided with connecting bolts 8, which protrude from the insulator and are connected by means of connecting pieces 9 to corresponding connecting bolts 10 of the voltage converter.
The current transformer 1 has two iron cores 11, which are each provided with a secondary winding not .ge showed.
The voltage converter 2 is designed as a single-column stub converter. 12 is the iron core, 13 is the low-voltage winding and 14 is the high-voltage winding consisting of sub-coils.
The individual sub-coils are at points 15. by means of the connection bolts 10 passed through the outer insulation 16 and the connecting pieces 9 with the connection terminals of the capacitor inserts 6 of the current transformer 1.
