Gesteuerte Wasserablassvorrichtung an Wasserturbinen.
Controlled water drainage device on water turbines. The invention relates to a controlled water drainage device for water turbines with a guide apparatus controlled by a speed regulator, in which a closing organ is actuated by the piston of an associated servomotor.
Such water drainage devices can be used, for example, to limit the pressure surge in turbine systems connected to pipelines or to avoid surge formation in low-pressure flow power plants when a closing movement of the diffuser is triggered by the speed controller.
The purpose of the invention is to make controlled water drainage devices of this type be operationally more reliable. For this purpose, in a water drainage device built according to the invention, the closing movements of the turbine guide apparatus triggered by the speed controller of the water turbine cause the adjustment of a displacement piston, which acts on a liquid and via this on a control element arranged separately from the servomotor of the closing organ, which controls the and outflow of pressure medium in or out of the cylinder of this servo motor is controlled.
Furthermore, when the piston of this servomotor is moved, an auxiliary piston firmly connected to the closing element causes an outflow of liquid from the space delimited at the end faces of the displacement piston and the control element into an auxiliary piston taking cylinder and, connected with it, a return of the control element influenced by a spring.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is illustrated in a simplified Dar position.
In the figure, A denotes the speed controller of a water turbine, of which only a few details are drawn. The speed controller A, of which most of the parts are housed in a housing-1, has a centrifugal pendulum 26, which acts on the control valve of a device 25, not shown. To the latter, the pressure line 33 of an oil from a chamber 11 of the housing 1 sucking Prunpe 27, also a control line 31 and a drain line 32 are connected. Furthermore, 28 designates a ver adjustable, hollow regulating piston which surrounds part of a fixed cylinder 281.
and which a spring 30 seeks to push downwards. Through the control line 31 pressurized oil can pass through an orifice throttle valve 13, 14, 16 into the cavity 282 of the piston 28, the oil pressure trying to adjust this piston against the action of the spring 30 upwards. The piston 28 acts via a rod 291 on a lever 29 which sits firmly on the regulating shaft 2 of the water turbine. On this shaft 2 is also firmly seated a lever 3, to which a displacer piston 4 is articulated via a rod 31. This works. a liquid filling a space 7 of a cylinder 71.
The space 7 is bordered at the front bottom by the top piston 5 of a two more Kol ben 8, 9 having control member and at the top by the piston 4 at the front. The lowermost piston 9 of this organ delimits a space 6 at the top.
40 denotes the drainage device, which has a longitudinally displaceable closing cone 18 as a closing element, for which a water inlet connection 181 also serves as a seat when this cone 18 has been moved into the closed position by the piston 21 of a servo motor having a housing 23. The control organ 5, 8, 9 is arranged separately from this servo motor. Rigidly with the servo motor piston 21, and thus also with the end cone 18, an auxiliary piston 20 is connected, which defines a space 24 together with a cylinder 22. This is through a line 241 with the space 7 in connec tion, and a space 19 of the servomotor cylinder 23 is through a line 242 with a space between the two control pistons 8, 9 in connection.
The piston 9 be the connection between the Lei device 242 and a line 243 opening into the chamber 11, while the piston 8 controls the connection between a line 244 and the line 242 branching off from the pressure line 33 of the pump 27. 38 denotes a built-in diaphragm in the line 244. The orifice throttle valve 13, 14, 16 is through a Lei device 37 with the space 6 below the Kol ben 9 in connection. 101 denotes a line which connects the chamber 11 with the space 7 when a check valve 10 built into this line 101 is in the open position.
So that slow regulating movements can not act on the water drain device 40, a diaphragm 34 is installed in a line 102 bypassing the check valve 10, through which some of the oil enclosed in space 7 can escape or some oil can flow into this space. The parts described work together as follows: Assume that the speed controller A direct z. B. as a result of a completed discharge of the water turbine a closing movement of the nozzle of this turbine 1 a.
The consequence of this is that the control valve of the device 25 allows pressure oil to flow over from the space 282 through the line 31 into the discharge line 32 so that the spring 30 can now move the piston 28 downwards and the regulating shaft 2 as a result in closing Moved senses and the displacement piston 4 is pushed into the liquid contained in space 7. The control member 5, 8, 9 associated with the discharge device 40 is also pushed downwards, so that the piston 9 releases the flow of liquid from the space 19 of the housing 23 through the lines 242 and 24 'into the chamber 11.
The water pressure on the end cone 18 is now able to adjust it in an opening sense, so that approximately the same amount of water will flow out through the outlet device 40 that the diffuser set by the speed controller A prevents from flowing into the turbine. This relationship is established by the fact that when the closing cone 18 is moved in the opening direction, the auxiliary piston 20 moves to the right, causing an outflow of liquid from the space 7 through the line 241 into the space 24 of the cylinder 22.
Because of this withdrawal of liquid from the space 7, a spring 72 is able to lift the control element 5, 8, 9, whereby from a certain point on the piston 9 the flow of liquid from the space 19 prevents. As soon as the latter has occurred, the piston 8 allows pressurized oil to flow over through the lines 244 and 242 into the space 19 of the housing 23, so that the closing cone 18 is slowly returned to its closed position. This is how it exists.
Guarantee that no water flows uselessly through the drainage device 40 and yet an impermissible pressure surge or a surge is avoided. If, on the other hand, the turbine experiences an increase in load, the closing cone 18 remains in its closed position. The displacement piston 4 is now raised, but the control element 5, 8, 9 does not experience any further upward displacement, so that the auxiliary piston 20 also remains in its position.
When the piston 4 is raised from the chamber 11, the space 7 is refilled with oil through the line 101, since the check valve 10 opens when the piston 4 is raised.
If, contrary to expectations, the closing cone 18 does not open in the event of a rapid closing movement of the diffuser, the throttle valve 13, 14, 16 reduces the adjustment speed of the regulating piston 28 by now displacing fluid from the piston 9 from the space 6 through the line 37 after the space above half of the piston 14 of the throttle valve ge reached, so that the pin 13 of this valve is pushed into the aperture 16. As a result, the oil passage through the line 31 is partially blocked so that, despite the control valve of the device 25 being in the open position, the oil from the space 282 can only escape slowly and therefore the speed controller A can only slowly escape the control apparatus able to close.
A large downward movement of the control organ 5, 8, 9, which is able to influence the Blen dendrosselventil 13, 14, 16 in the above sense, but only occurs when the closure cone 18 does not open, that is, the piston 20 is not pulled off brought about by liquid from the space 7.
It can be seen from the above that the high operational reliability sought is largely achieved in the case of the design according to the invention which is described.
