Satz von Konstruktionsbestandteilen.
Die vorliegende Zusatzerfindung betrifft eine Weiterentwicklung des Satzes von Kon struktionsbestandteilen gemäss dem Patentan sprneli des Hauptpatentes.
Der erfindungsgemϯe Satz von Konstruktionsbestandteilen, dessen einer Bestandteil ein mit Spitze versehener Stab ist, zeichnet sich aus durch mindestens einen mit wenigstens einer Pflugschar versehenen Arm, durch lIittel. zum lösbaren Befestigen des Armes am genannten Stab sowie durch eine am obern Ende des Stabes angeordnete Kurbel zum Drehen des Stabes, damit bei in die Erde eingesteekter Spitze des Stabes die Erde durch Er zeugung kreisförmig verlaufender Rillen mit Hilfe der Pflugschar gehäufelt werden kann.
Ausführungsbeispiele von Einzelheiten des Krfindungsgegenstandes sind in der beigefügten Zeiehnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 die Seitenansieht eines aus Bestand- teilen des Satzes zusammengesetzten Gerätes zum Häufeln in Gebrauchslage.
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 das mit der Spitze versehene Ende eines stabformigen Bestandteils anderer Ausbildung,
Fig. 4 eine Ausführungsvariante des zum lösbaren Befestigen des Armes mit der Pflugsehar am Stab dienenden Bestandteils, wobei der Stab nur mit strichpunkticrten Linien angedeutet und der Arm nur teilweise dargestellt ist,
Fig. 5 eine gegenüber Fig. 1 geänderte Nusbildungsform des Armes mit zwei Pflug- scharen,
Fig. 6 und 7 zwei verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten der Pflugschar.
Das in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Gerät ist aus Konstruktionsbestandteilen zusammengesetzt, welche Teile eines Satzes bilden, der nicht vollständig gezeigt ist, jedoch alle im Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes erwähnten Merkmale aufweist. Mit 1 ist ein Stab bezeich- net, der aus einem Rohr gebildet ist und am einen Ende eine Spitze 2 aufweist. In einigem Abstand von der Spitze 2 ist der Stab 1 mit einer Querstange 5 versehen, auf welche mit dem Schuh aufgetreten werden kann, wenn die Spitze 2 in den Erdboden eingesenkt werden soll. Am obern Ende des Stabes 1 ist eine Kurbel 60 angeordnet, die mit einem Zapfen 61 in das Innere des rohrformigen Stabes 1 hineingesteekt ist.
Die freie Stirnseite dieses Zapfens 61 ist mit einer Quernut 62 versehen, in welche ein den hohlen Innenraum des Stabes 1 durchsetzender Stift 63 eingreift. Der Handgriff 64 der Kurbel ist vorzugsweise drehbar am Kurbelarm 65 gelagert.
Mit 66 ist ein Kreuzkopf bezeichnet, der aus zwei mit ihren Längsaxen rechtwinklig miteinander verbundenen Rohrstiieken 67 und 68 besteht, die je mit einer Stellsehraube 69 bzw. 70 versehen sind. Das eine Rohrstück, 67, ist zur Aufnahme des Stabes 1 bestimmt, der gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 passend in dieses Rohrstüek eingeschoben werden kann. Die eine Stirnseite des Rohrstiiekes 67 ist mit mehreren Kerben 71 versehen, während am Stab l ein radial nach auben vorspringender Ansatz 72 vorhan- den ist, weleher wahlweise in eine der Kerben 71 hineingreifen kann. Das andere Rohrstüek, 68, des Kreuzkopfes 66 dient zur Aufnahme eines Armes 73.
Das eine Ende desselben ist rechtwinklig abgebogen und trägt eine Pflug- schar 74, welche durch eine dreieckige Platte gebildet ist.
Zum Gebraueh des besehriebenen Gerätes als Häufeler wird die Spitze 2 gemma3 Fig. 1 in den Erdboden eingesteckt und nachher der Stab 1 mittels der Kurbel 60 gedreht. Die Pflugsehar 74 arbeitet dann eine kreisförmig verlaufende Furche in den Erdboden ein unter Bildung eines konzentrisch um den Stab b angeordneten Häufchens. Wenn das Gerät vom Erdboden weggenommen ist, kann zum Beispiel in dem durch die Spitze 2 gebildeten Loch ein Pflänzling gesetzt werden. Die er zeugte Furche dient zur Aufnahme von D ngemitteln, insbesondere Jauche, die nicht unmittelbar mit dem Pflänzling in Berührung kommen soll.
Es ist aber auch möglieh, im mittleren Loch eine Stange anzubringen und in der kreisförmig verlaufenden Rinne Kletterpflanzen wie Bohnen oder Erbsen zu sÏen.
Mit Hilfe des Kreuzkopfes 66 ist der Arm 73 in versehiedene Lagen bez glich des Stabes 1 befestigbar, so dass beispielsweise mit einem und demselben Gerät näher oder entfernter vom Zentrum verlaufende Furchen erzeugt werden können.
Gemma, ¯ Fig. 3 ist der Stab 1 mit einer Spitze 2a versehen, die schraubenlinienförmig verlaufende Z ge 75 aufweist. Beim Drehen des Stabes 1 arbeitet sich eine solche Spitze 2a selbsttätig in den Erdboden hinein.
Der in Fig. 4 dargestellte Kreuzkopf 66a weist eine zusätzliche Pflugsehar 76 auf, die sich seitlich an den Stab 1 bzw. dessen Spitze 2 anlegt. Beim Drehen des mit der Spitze 2 in den Boden eingesteekten Stabes 1 bildet die Pflugsehar 76 eine trichterförmige Ausneh- mung um den Stab 1, welche das Setzen von Pflanzen erleichtert und später noch eine Vertiefung zum Begiessen der Pflanzen bildet.
Der in Fig. 5 gezeigte Arn) 73a unterscheidet sich von demjenigen gemäss Fig. 1 dadurch, dass er zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Pflugscharen 74 und 74a trÏgt. lIit Hilfe eines solehen Armes lassen sieh in einem Arbeitsgang gleiehzeitig zwei zueinan- der konzentrisch verlaufende Furchen erzeu- gen, deren innere zum Beispiel zur Aufnahme von Samen und deren äussere zur Aufnahme von Düngemitteln dienen kann. Es könnten gegebenenfalls aucli mehr als zwei Pflugseharen vorhanden sein.
Die Pflugseharen selbst müssen nicht in jedem Falle dreieekförmig sein. Gemäss Fig. 6 besteht die Pflugsehar 74b aus einer Platte von ovaler Form, während sie gemäss Fig. 7 durch eine Platte von wenigstens annähernd halbkreisförmiger Gestalt gebildet ist.
Die Kurbel 60 könnte gemäss einer nicht gezeichneten Ausführungsform mit dem Stab 1 auch aus einem Stüek bestehen.
Der Satz von Konstruktionsbestandteilen kann gleichzeitig mehrere Arme 73 mit ver schieden geformten oder mit unterschiedlicher Anzahl von Pflugseharen 74 aufweisen. Es können diese Arme dann wahlweise mittels des Kreuzkopfes 66 am Stab 1 angebracht werden, je naeh der Form der Furchen und Häufchen, die man zu bilden beabsichtigt.

The device shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is composed of structural components which form parts of a set which is not shown in full, but which has all the features mentioned in the claim of the main patent. 1 designates a rod which is formed from a tube and has a tip 2 at one end. At some distance from the point 2, the rod 1 is provided with a cross bar 5, which can be stepped on with the shoe when the point 2 is to be sunk into the ground. At the upper end of the rod 1, a crank 60 is arranged, which is plugged into the interior of the tubular rod 1 with a pin 61.
The free end face of this pin 61 is provided with a transverse groove 62 in which a pin 63 penetrating the hollow interior of the rod 1 engages. The handle 64 of the crank is preferably rotatably mounted on the crank arm 65.
With 66 a cross head is designated, which consists of two tubular pieces 67 and 68 connected to one another at right angles with their longitudinal axes, each of which is provided with an adjusting screw 69 and 70, respectively. One pipe section, 67, is intended to receive the rod 1, which can be inserted into this pipe section in accordance with FIGS. 1 and 2. One end face of the tubular piece 67 is provided with a plurality of notches 71, while a radially outwardly projecting shoulder 72 is present on the rod 1, which projection 72 can optionally reach into one of the notches 71. The other tubular piece, 68, of the cross head 66 serves to receive an arm 73.
One end of the same is bent at right angles and carries a plow share 74, which is formed by a triangular plate.
To use the described device as a ridger, the tip 2 is inserted into the ground as shown in FIG. 1 and then the rod 1 is rotated by means of the crank 60. The ploughshare 74 then works a circular furrow in the ground, forming a heap arranged concentrically around the rod b. When the device has been removed from the ground, a plantling can be set in the hole formed by the tip 2, for example. The furrow he created is used to take up fertilizers, especially manure, which should not come into direct contact with the seedling.
But it is also possible to attach a pole in the middle hole and to sow climbing plants such as beans or peas in the circular groove.
With the aid of the cross head 66, the arm 73 can be fastened in different positions with respect to the rod 1, so that, for example, one and the same device can be used to produce furrows running closer or further away from the center.

The crosshead 66a shown in FIG. 4 has an additional plow blade 76 which rests laterally on the rod 1 or its tip 2. When the rod 1, which is inserted into the ground with the tip 2, is rotated, the plow hair 76 forms a funnel-shaped recess around the rod 1, which facilitates the setting of plants and later forms a recess for watering the plants.
The arn) 73a shown in FIG. 5 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that it carries two plowshares 74 and 74a arranged at a distance from one another. With the help of such an arm, you can simultaneously create two concentric furrows in one working step, the inner furrows of which can be used, for example, to take up seeds and the outer ones to take up fertilizers. The plow blades themselves do not have to be triangular in every case. According to FIG. 6, the plow blade 74b consists of a plate of oval shape, while according to FIG. 7 it is formed by a plate of at least approximately semicircular shape.
According to an embodiment not shown, the crank 60 with the rod 1 could also consist of one piece.
The set of structural components can simultaneously have several arms 73 with differently shaped or with different numbers of plow blades 74. These arms can then optionally be attached to the rod 1 by means of the cross head 66, depending on the shape of the furrows and piles that one intends to form.
