Elektromagnetischer Stellungsmelder.
Electromagnetic position indicator. The invention relates to an electromagnetic position indicator with two selialtstellen and one fault position.
The known position indicators of this type use a mechanical restoring force for turning the movable system into the fault position. With such position indicators. take when the moving system is turned into one of the switching positions, the electrical torque and the mechanical restoring torque increase in the same direction, which results in the following disadvantages: The electrical torque in the switching positions must be relatively large, since it has to overcome the mechanical restoring torque.
The mechanical return torque, however, must not fall below a certain value in order to ensure a clear fault position. With a low supply voltage, the electrical torque can sometimes be weak in order to be able to turn the movable system into the end position.
To avoid these disadvantages, the position indicator according to the invention has a permanent magnet, in whose field an armature pulling the rotatable system of the position indicator into the fault position is arranged. This can be designed as a separate return anchor connected to the rotatable system of the position indicator. However, one element of the rotatable system can also serve as a back anchor.
The armature can be arranged in a magnetic circuit which has a permanent magnet and two pole shoes. Instead of a permanent magnet with pole shoes, there can also be several permanent magnets with a return through the air.
In order to achieve a clear Feh lerstellung it is advisable to design the opposite parts of the armature and the pole shoes or the magnets in the shape of a knife.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in perspective, namely: FIG. 1 shows a position indicator according to the invention in a simplified illustration and FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 variants of the position indicator according to FIG.
According to Figure 1, the rotatable system of the position indicator shown comprises the signal disc 1, the axis 2 and the two armatures 3 and 4, which are intended to bring the position indicator in one of the two switching positions 5; in the drawn error position they are located between these switch positions. To achieve a switching position one of the solenoids 7, ä is excited, one of the rods 9; 10 serves as a magnetic return circuit.
With the axis 2, a separate return anchor 11 is connected. In the fault position shown, this closes the circle formed by the permanent magnet 12 and the pole pieces 13. The reset torque reaches the maximum value in the vicinity of the fault position and then, given a suitable shape of the armature and the pole shoes, decreases rapidly with an increasing angle of rotation, so that the rotation system tilts into the switching positions 5, 6.
The permanent magnet does not need to be processed, only the pole pieces made of softer material.
According to Figure 2, the coils with the magnet 7, 8 cooperating armature 4 'of the rotating system: the position indicator to the same as a return armature 11'. As such, however, another element of the rotatable system can be used, for example the signal disk 1 or part of the same.
3 shows another form of the edge-shaped, opposite parts of the pole shoes 13 ″ and of the armature 11 ″.
According to FIG. 4, the armature 11 ″ is arranged between two permanent magnets 12 ′ with a return flow through the air. Here, too, the opposite parts of the permanent magnets 12 ′ and of the armature 11 ″ are designed in the shape of a chordal edge.
