Description

Spinning malts. The subject of the present invention is. a spinning melt, which is characterized by the fact that @ it consists of a stable, oily substance, water and at least one phosphoric acid salt with. <lthylenox @ # d implemented. aliphatic amine with more than 6 carbon atoms produced emulsion consists.

It has been shown that water, mineral oil or a liquid fatty acid and an amine phosphate of the type described above, emulsified with one another, result in an excellent spinning nose.

The result is stable, white emulsions of excellent usability.

Through a suitable choice of the abovementioned phosphates, the properties of the spinning malts can largely be adapted to the particularities of the intended use from case to case, . Example 1: 5 to 7.0 parts by weight of the primary phosphoric acid salt obtained by reacting 1: 11o1 with stearylamine. 5 to 15 moles of ethylene oxide obtained amine with 90 to 9:

  > Parts by weight of liquid fatty acids such as olein, mixed well. and mixed with 100 parts by weight of water in a stirrer. The result is a permanent white emulsion. Instead of the primary amine phosphate, the secondary amine sodium phosphate, which can be obtained by neutralization with sodium hydroxide solution, can also be used.

Example 2: 5 to 10 parts by weight of the dinatrite phosphate of an amine, which is obtained by reacting 1 1M1 coconut fatty acid amine (alkylamine, which is derived from the fatty acids contained in coconut fat, by adding the carboxyl group of the fatty acids the radical -CH9NH2 is replaced) with 3 to 7 1M1 of ethylene oxide, 90 to 95 parts by weight of spindle oil (3--1:

B120 C) mixed and stirred well with 100 parts by weight of water. The result is a stable white emulsion that does not show any oil cream.
