Fig. 16 veranschaulicht schema tisch eine solche Anordnung.
Method and device for the simultaneous twisting and stretching of a fiber strand. It is known to twist and stretch roving at the same time, using wire-generating elements, such as rotary tubes,
crossed belts or cylinders operated. With these known Vorriehtungen see (lie rotation to ztt a clamping point or a clamping line of a Druel @ zvlinderpaares continues.
In other known methods, needle fields are used in which the fibers are held during the warpage and parallelized.
The invention now relates to a method for the simultaneous twisting and stretching of a fiber strand, which is characterized by the fact that the fiber strand during the feeding process is given a wire which is allowed to jump into a retaining element in which the fibers are passed their entire length can be held in a smooth frictional engagement, in that the fiber strand experiences a cohesion.
The invention also relates to a device for performing the method. E <B> s </B> lc <inside advantageously real or valley view wire c i @ zeu "-ende devices and various rear organs are used, if these only allow the wire to jump in.
The invention is illustrated on the drawing of @, erseliedenen exemplary embodiments.

Fig. 9 and 10 illustrate the same., As Fig. 7 and 8, by changing the stel ment of the retaining organ relative to your wire-giving organ.
Fig. 11 is a schematic representation of a spinning machine with. Na.d-elfeld.
Fig. 12 illustrates, also schematically, another possible embodiment, in which the return element acts as a stretching element in a drafting area and also as a drawing-in element in another drafting area.
13 and 14 show other embodiments with a retaining element arranged in the draft zone in cooperation with hyperboloid cylinders or three-head cylinders. 15 schematically shows the holding organ in a double function.
16 shows a self-actuator with. multiple function of the restraint organ.
1 to 5 illustrate some possible embodiments, as the fiber strand is issued during the delay, a wire that is allowed to jump into a retaining member, held in the fibers over a full length in a resilient Rei environment engagement; in that the fiber strand experiences a cohesion.
While so far with all known devices, by means of which the fiber strand to be treated is given rotation, where it acts linearly or flatly on the retaining organs, for example clamping or pressure cylinders, the fiber strand is retained in the clamping zone of the retaining element - organs is tightly compressed, where the individual fibers can be subjected to stress until they break. Here, the wire given to the fibers during the delay is allowed to jump into a spatially effective retention organ,
in order to achieve a consolidation of the fiber structure at the point of greatest stress and largely to avoid thread breaks.
A spatially acting retaining organ is understood to mean such an organ, which ent neither with the individual fibers of a fiber strand through flexible frictional engagement. retention means provided specifically for this purpose or through frictional engagement of the fibers with one another over their entire length without them being subjected to strong surface pressures, as in known devices.
The spatial restraint effect mediated by such organs has the consequence that the twisting of the fiber caused by a real or false wire-producing organ does not suddenly find its limit at a clamping point or a clamping line and thus the already high fiber stress on this Digit further increased, but
that the twist continues directly into the three-dimensionally acting retaining organ and strengthens the individual fibers in the state of warpage. The wire jumps, that is, directly into the back organ in which the fiber strand is held together.
Fig. 1 shows a needle roller 1 as a three-dimensionally acting Rüeklialt- organ., In which a warped Licher fiber strand? in the direction of the arrow n, while the fiber rod from the other side through some (not shown for the sake of clarity) real or false wire-producing organ rotating tubes, I-li perboloiclzi linder, rotating head cilinder, crossed ribbons or rollers,
Nitschelwerke - issued wire, symbolized as a screw line 3, see up to the needle system 4, which ensures the spatial retention of the individual fibers, continues, with other Z'4-orten, jumps into the spatially acting retention organ.
Fig.? shows a flat needle field consisting of individual needle bars 5 as a spatial hold-up organ, into which the (false) wire placed in the fiber strand 2 through the rotating tube 6 jumps, as can be seen schematically at 7, so that the fibers over their entire length in. naeligiebigem sequential engagement are held.
While the individual fibers of the fiber strand 2 in the cases of FIGS. 1 and 2 spatial retention. By looping or frictional engagement with the needle system of the roller 1 or the needle bars 5, the spatial control effect in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 is due to the frictional engagement of the individual fibers with one another given.
In Fig. 3 and 4 runs. the fiber strand 2 to be treated enters in the direction of the arrow b into a cylinder 9 provided with a rectangular cross-section having a circumferential groove 8 and is in the groove 8 by the side walls 10, 11 and the groove bottom 1? held.
and guided, while a circumferential disc 13 that resists the fiber strand 1 from above closes the groove 8 over its full width, so class .der fiber strand 2 within the of the walls 10, 11, 12 of the groove or of the arc of the disc 13 umschlosse nen space is held and guided so that the individual fibers can be pulled apart by friction without being clamped.
Jump into this hold room. the twist 3 introduced into the thread by a wire-generating device (not shown) just as in the examples described above.
There is a similar spatial retention effect due to the frictional engagement of the fibers of a fiber strand. achievable @dureh funnel-like Ge forms, as they are commonly known as compressors in the spinning mill.
An example of this is shown in FIG. 5, in which the fiber strand ″ passes through a twisting element 14- in the direction of arrow c, while the twist 3 of the fiber strand caused by a wire-producing organ (not shown) is from the other side in the spatial retention organ 14 penetrates. Also in this case learns. the thread the desired cohesion.
In the pi-. 6 to 16, the internally twisted fiber strand is shown as a smooth line, while those strand parts that are under twist can be recognized by meandering lines. Fig. 6 shows. an externally acting retaining organ in the form. a needle roller 15 in a carded yarn ring spinning mill in cooperation. With. your well-known fake wire-making rotating tube 16.
The fiber strand winding 17 rests on the unwinding rollers 18 and 19, and the strand 20 to be spun is withdrawn via the roller 18 from the draw-in roller 15 with spatial retention effect and it moves through the wire that re-enters the needle system and the rotating tube 16 granted to the fiber strand, the ge desired solidification in order to reach the spindle via the übli chen stretching cylinder 21, 22 (not provided).
When on one and the same: machine fiber material. If you want to process with different pile lengths, you can use one of the options described below.
Depending on whether the fiber stack is longer or shorter, the path traversed by the fiber strand on the three-dimensional retaining element can be. be made longer or shorter. FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate this using the example of a needle roller. The needle roller 23 in Fig. 7 has a smaller diameter than the needle roller 24 in Fig. B.
In the first case, the fiber strand 25 therefore runs through an arc that is smaller in length than in the second case, so that different fiber lengths can also be processed depending on the choice of the roller diameter. Of course, the same effect of enlarging the looping arch in the case of roller-shaped retaining elements can also be achieved in other ways than by replacing a roller with a smaller diameter for one with a larger diameter, e.g.
B. by shift environment a Lind the same roller in the lateral or vertical direction, as indicated in Fig. 7 by the arrows d and e. Such displacements of the roller change the looping arc of the fiber strand ges '25 on the roller circumference inevitably.
For the purpose of adapting to different fiber lengths, the three-dimensionally acting retaining member can be arranged in its position variably Lich opposite the wire generating member: as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 clearly show.
While the needle roller 26 in the arrangement according to FIG. 9, in which it serves as a feed roller of a drafting system, into which the twist generated by the rotary tube 27 he runs into, set in further distance s from the rotary tube 27 and the machine thus län for processing Geren fiber material is set up., the same roller 26, caused by lateral displacement, is closer to the wire-giving member 27 in the case of FIG. 10, namely in the Ent distance s', which is smaller than the distance s. This means that shorter fibers can be spun on the machine than with the arrangement according to FIG. 9.
The fibers must always be held in flexible frictional engagement over their entire length by the retaining organ 26. A further adaptation to the fiber character can be achieved by varying the embedding density of the individual fibers of a fiber strand in the spatial effect of the backing organ . becomes.
This changes. The frictional engagement of the individual fibers with the retaining elements of the retaining organ changes, and the degree of penetration of the twist from the wire-generating organ into the fiber strand located in the retaining organ changes, so that this length, depending on the type and texture. the individual fibers that make it up can always be treated in such a way by choosing suitable embedding densities that it experiences the necessary cohesion.
Different embedding densities can be achieved with needle bodies as a spatially acting backrest Janen by setting the needles more densely or changing their thicknesses or both. In other spatially acting Rfickhaltorganen, z. B. emery or corundum disks or strips, you can achieve different-borrowed embedding thicknesses by appropriate choice of the grain size of such Seheiben or strips.
Fing. 11 shows the surrounding back organ in the form of a flat needle field composed of individual needle bars 28, as is known in intersecting ...
The needle field, whose embedding distance and density for the purpose of adapting to the natural fiber types in: varies as described. can be works with. a wire-giving organ, for example a rotary tube 29, which is arranged between the needle field and the Ausspinnzylin.dern 30, 31. As can be seen, in this case, too, the (false) wire generated by the rotary tube 29 in the thread 32 jumps into the spatially we kende Rüekhaltorgan 28 of the roving strand 33 a.
Serves. in the case of FIG. 11 a flat needle field as a retaining element in the draft field, as shown. Fig. 12 a needle roller 34 with the same function: This roller works here with an endless band 35, wel Ches partially covers the roller from below and ensures that the incoming fiber strand 36, the (wrong) wire in the example . has, the required spatial embedding in the needle roller 31 takes place.
This spatially acting Rüeklialtorgan 31, 35, which serves as the intake organ of a drafting field, works with a rotary cylinder 37 together.
Fig. 12 provides. but also an example of a different functionality of the spatially acting backrest organ 31, 35.
At 38, a further needle roller is shown as an example of a space-loving back-holding orga.n, which at this point serves as the intake organ @ of a draft field, the stretching organs of which are organs 34, 35 and in which the @ dralitg-elrencle organ 39 works.
The roving 40, which from a bobbin dl or how dureli the dotted line 4? indicated, that -13 from S S can be drawn from a can, experiences a structural stabilization as soon as it is drawn in, which looks on the one hand on the quality of the finished yarn and on the other hand on the draft continuity.
(Avoidance of thread brewing) has a favorable effect.
Were. up to now only false wire-producing rotary tubes have been mentioned as examples as wire-producing organs, so Vorriehtungen that produce real wire are also suitable. 13 and 14 form examples of this.
In FIG. 13, the spatial backbone-giving organ 44 is arranged in the drafting area of a drafting system, which is essentially formed by the intake cylinders -15, .16 and the hyperboloid cylinders 47, -18. The latter give real wire to the roving 49, which jumps into the backing element -11.
Fig. 1-1 shows a similar example that differs from that of Fig. 13 only in that, instead of the hyperboloid cylinder, a rotary head 50 with cylinders 51 rotating around its central axis as a real wire in the roving 49 generating organ is selected.
In F! -. 15, three functions are combined in the three-dimensionally acting retaining element 52 in the form of a needle roller, namely once the roller serves as a support or unwinding element for the roving lap 53, and on the other hand as a stretching element for the draft zone between the lap 52 and the recorded fiber strand and, thirdly, at the same time as the intake element of the drafting field with the front pressure cylinders 54,
which on the other hand are (real) wire issuing organ at the same time, because the cylinders 54 .sich rotate around the vertical central axis of the rotary head 55 in which they are rotatably mounted. For the sake of clarity, the rotary drive of the rotary head 5.5 is just as little represented in the drawing as the drive of the other wire-generating organs described so far. He may be a well-known one, e.g. B. an inevitable or non-positive, a Stu fenantrieb or a stepless.
Due to the uniform cohesion of the Fa dens achieved during the delay, a significant simplification of the entire Streekwerkes or. Machine construction is achieved. The machine is clearer, easier to operate, takes up less space and. is therefore also more economical than machines of other types.
: Possibilities: for function combinations there are numerous in spinning technology. Among them. The arrangement of a spatially acting back holding organ in wagon spinners is particularly advantageous. (Self-Actors) to be mentioned. Fig. 16 illustrates schematically such an arrangement.
The drawn off from the fiber strand winding 57 stored on the drive drum 56 fiber strand 58 runs into the spatial we kende Rüekhaltorgan in the form of a needle roller 59, in which from the other side of the real wire from the spindle 60 jumps. In this case, the needle roller that spatially retains the fiber strand during the draft is the intake element of the drafting field.
Experiments have shown that the yarn of excellent quality spun in self-actuators according to FIG. 1.6 was superior to yarn of the same type spun differently.
The illustrated embodiments allow faster work and by using high drafts. in order to. a significant increase in performance compared to other processes.
