Fig. 1 ist ein Axialschnitt durch den Cxriff.
Valve spindle provided with a handle. The subject of the invention is a valve spindle provided with a handle, in which the end of the valve spindle protruding from the valve has radially outwardly protruding teeth that do not exceed the spindle diameter, and that into the bore in the handle hub provided for receiving the valve spindle end inside protruding teeth are incorporated, which have the same pitch as the teeth of the valve spindle so that they fit into the gaps between the latter,
where the handle can be placed in any position over the teeth of the spindle end dureli axial displacement and thus connected to the spindle end for rotation of the spindle.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing.
Fig. 1 is an axial section through the handle.
Fig.? shows the section along the line II-II in FIG. 1 through the toothed end of the spindle and the hub of the handle.
The spindle 1 of the valve is on one side from your nieht dargestell th valve on the drawing and carries. at the end radially standing teeth 2 and tooth gaps 3, the NEN for coupling the spindle 1 with the handle 4. The free edge 5 of the spindle end is sawn off conically, and a groove 6 is arranged behind the teeth in such a way that the teeth at the spindle end can be produced by pushing, rolling and the like.
Further back, a groove 8 is screwed in at a short distance 7 from the teeth on the spindle, into which an adjusting screw 9 in the handle hub engages to hold it firmly against axial displacement of the handle on the spindle end. The adjusting screw 9 is arranged at such a distance from the Clrlff that, when the valve is in the closed position, the protective screw head is covered over by the protective sleeve 10 of the valve.
The teeth at the end of the spindle, the tips of which must not overlook the spindle diameter, can have a smaller diameter than the diameter of the spindle and the teeth can have any shape. A pointed shape is expediently used for the teeth.
Teeth are also machined into the bore of the hub of the handle, with the same pitch as the teeth of the spindle, so that they fit into the gaps between the latter. Hiedurcli, the handle can be axially lifted in any position over the teeth of the spindle and finitely connected to the spindle for the purpose of rotating the same.
The bore in the hub of the handle for receiving the toothed part of the spindle has a larger diameter in front of and behind the toothed part, such that the pusher tool for producing the teeth of the hub can exit freely.
