(Fig.2a und 2b.)
Ventilated summer shoe. The subject of the invention is a ventilated summer shoe, which is characterized in that on the one hand the lower side of its upper sole has grooves, and on the other hand the upper sole is provided with perforations going through from top to bottom, each perforation opening into one of the grooves, whereby the air circulation is enabled. With the Soinmersehuli according to the invention it is achieved that the foot, which is in direct contact with the perforated upper sole, is continuously ventilated from below.
so that free evaporation to the outside and the prevention of heat build-up in the area of the foot are guaranteed. is what leads to a strong reduction in foot sweat and at the same time contributes to the hygiene of the foot.
In this way, the disadvantageous influence of Tunimi outsoles. On sensitive feet can be largely eliminated. The drawing shows examples of the eri'indiin @; sr-einässen object: I fig. 1 shows a shoe with an upper sole 1, which has the transverse grooves 2 and the perforations 2a. Furthermore, the upper leather is provided with a perforation 3 over the entire circumference of the shoe immediately above the upper edge part of the upper sole, in the area of which the upper leather is reinforced with a band 4 .
2a and 2 ″ show two different manufacturing variants of the upper sole provided with transverse grooves, in which two cases the upper sole is formed from two partial soles. In all three cases the perforations 2a are arranged in such a way that each of them opens into one of the transverse grooves.
Natural leather with a thickness of around 5 mm is best for the perforated upper sole. However, the upper sole can also be made from two or more thinner soles which, when glued together, also have a thickness of approximately 5 mm.
(Fig.2a and 2b.) The transverse grooves have a height of approx. 3 mm and a width of approx. 5 mm, are spaced at intervals of approx. 5 mm from one another and can be approx. Two-thirds or even over the entire length The sole surface must be distributed, but the grooving always ends about 20 mm in front of the sole ends. The grooves can run in different directions. The cross direction is. but the most beneficial. The grooves are always formed on the lower surface of the upper sole, which is also always net angeord between the upper and the outsole.
The midsole has a thickness of only 2-3 mm if it is provided with a rubber outsole.
