Bei den bisher bekannten Schuhen mit Lüftungseinrichtungen gehen die Lüftungskanäle sowohl durch die Lauf-wie auch die Brandsohle hindurch, was den Nachteil mit sich bringt, dass der Strassenstaub, Schmutz und auch Wasser bis zum Fuss gelangen kann. Beim Gegenstand der Erfindung wird diesem Übelstand dadurch begegnet, dass die Lüftungskanäle nur zwischen der Laufsohle und einer die Brandsohle tragenden dünnen Grundsohle liegen und in erhöhter Lage knapp neben dem Absatz ins Freie führen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes wiedergegeben, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 den Schuh in teilweisem Schnitt durch die Laufsohle, Fig. 2 eine Draufsieht auf die Laufsohle und Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch dieselbe.
Der für diesen Zweck verwendete Schuh unterscheidet sich von den gebräuchlichen nur dadurch, dass die die Brandsohle 2 tragende Grundsohle 1, um die Lüftung zu fördern, zweckmässig schwach gehalten wird. Auf der Grundsohle 1 ist eine Laufsohle 3 befestigt, die aus Leder, Gummi oder ähnlichem Material besteht und auf der der Grundsohle 1 zugekehrten Seite einen bis zu dieser reichenden, ringsum verlaufenden Rand 4 aufweist. In dem von diesem Rand umschlossenen vertieften Raum 6 der Laufsohle sind Tragstege 5 angeordnet, die ebenfalls bis zur Grundsohle 1 reichen und so Kanäle bilden, die einerseits von der Laufsohle und anderseits von der Grundsohle begrenzt sind und in welchen die durch den Schlitz 7 von aussen eintretende Luft zirkulieren kann.
Der über dem Schlitz 7 angeordnete Keil 8 bezweckt die Zuführung der Luft einerseits in den Vorderteil des Schuhes, anderseits zum Fersenteil. Dadurch, dass die Laufsohle beim Auftreten des Fusses etwas gegen die Grundsohle gepresst wird und so die Luftkanäle verengt, beim Heben des Fusses aber, infolge ihrer Elastizität wieder von ihr entfernt wird, entsteht jeweils in den Lüftungskanälen ein Vakuum, wodurch immer frische Luft eintreten kann. Hiedurch wird die Grundsohle des Schuhes und somit auch die Fusssohle gekühlt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Schuh mit Lüftungseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Leder, Gummi od. dgl. bestehende Laufsohle an der der Grundsohle zugekehrten Seite mit ins Freie mündenden Vertiefungen versehen ist, welche den Zutritt von Kühlluft zur Unterfläche der Grundsohle zulassen.

In the previously known shoes with ventilation devices, the ventilation channels go through both the running and the insole, which has the disadvantage that the road dust, dirt and also water can get to the foot. In the subject matter of the invention, this disadvantage is countered in that the ventilation channels are only located between the outsole and a thin base sole carrying the insole and lead into the open in an elevated position just next to the heel.

The shoe used for this purpose differs from the usual ones only in that the base sole 1 carrying the insole 2 is expediently kept weak in order to promote ventilation. On the base sole 1, an outsole 3 is fastened, which consists of leather, rubber or similar material and on the side facing the base sole 1 has an all-round edge 4 that extends up to the base sole 1. In the recessed space 6 of the outsole enclosed by this edge, support webs 5 are arranged, which also extend to the base sole 1 and thus form channels that are delimited on the one hand by the outsole and on the other hand by the base sole and in which the slot 7 from the outside incoming air can circulate.
The purpose of the wedge 8 arranged above the slot 7 is to supply the air to the front part of the shoe on the one hand and to the heel part on the other. The fact that the outsole is pressed slightly against the base sole when the foot steps on it and thus narrows the air ducts, but is removed from it again when the foot is lifted due to its elasticity, a vacuum is created in the ventilation ducts, which means that fresh air can always enter . This cools the base sole of the shoe and thus also the sole of the foot.
PATENT CLAIMS:
