Description
Gerät zur Sterilisation und Sterilhaltung von Gegenständen, insbesondere medizinischer Instrumente.
Es ist bekannt, dass mit UYJStrahlen Bäk- terien und Sporen getötet werden können.
Eine Schwierigkeit in der Anwendung dieser Kenntnis besteht darin, dass der keimfrei zu machende Gegenstand während einer gewissen Zeit von allen Seiten bestrahlt werden muss.
Das ermöglicht das vorliegende IGerät, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass in einem Ge hälse ein für UV-Strahlen durchlässiger Träger für die zu sterilisierenden und steril zu haltenden Gegenstände zwischen einem ersten Reflektor und einer UV-Strahlungsquelle mit wenigstens einem zweiten Reflektor angeordnet ist.
Der Träger für die zu sterilisierenden und steril zu haltenden Gegenstände kann eine Quarzplatte sein oder ein Gitter mit einer den zu sterilisierenden Gegenständen entsprechenden Maschenbreite.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Gerätes.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt.
Das Gehäuse 1 besitzt einen Klappdeckel 2, dessen innere Seite verspiegelt ist. Im Innern befindet sich die UV > Lampe 3 mit den Reflektoren 4 und 5. Am Boden ist die Schublade 6, die innen als Spiegel ausgebildet ist.
Etwas weiter oben ist das Gitter 7 angebracht.
Auf ihm liegt ein zu bestrahlender Gegenstand 8.
Einige Strahlen treffen direkt von oben auf den Gegenstand 8, andere werden an den Reflektoren 2, 4 und 5 reflektiert und fallen auf die Seitenfläche, wieder andere gelangen auf den Reflektor 6 und bestrahlen den Gegenstand 8 von unten. Mit dieser Anordnung, bei der die Strahlen mehrheitlich schief von einem Reflektor auf den andern reflektiert werden, ist es also möglich, den Gegenstand allseitig keimfrei zu machen und : keimfrei zu halten.
PATENTANSPRUCH:
Gerät zur Sterilisation und'Sterilhaltung von Gegenständen, insbesondere medizinischer Instrumente, mittels UV-Strahlung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Gehäuse ein für UV-Strahlen durchlässiger Träger für die zu sterilisierenden und steril zu haltenden Gegen- stände zwischen einem ersten Reflektor und einer UV Strahlungsquelle mit wenigstens einem zweiten Reflektor angeordnet ist.
UNTERANSPRÜGHE:
1. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der'Träger ein Gitter ist.
2. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger eine Quarzplatte ist.
3. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Reflektor und die UV-Strahlungsquelle so angeordnet sind, dass die Strahlen mehrheitlich schief auf den ersten Reflektor auffallen.
4. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Reflektor als Schublade ausgebildet ist.

It is known that UYJ rays can kill bacteria and spores.
A difficulty in applying this knowledge is that the object to be sterilized must be irradiated from all sides for a certain time.
This is made possible by the present device, which is characterized in that a carrier, permeable to UV rays, for the objects to be sterilized and kept sterile is arranged in a neck between a first reflector and a UV radiation source with at least one second reflector.
The carrier for the objects to be sterilized and kept sterile can be a quartz plate or a grid with a mesh width corresponding to the objects to be sterilized.

The housing 1 has a hinged cover 2, the inner side of which is mirrored. Inside is the UV lamp 3 with reflectors 4 and 5. On the bottom is the drawer 6, which is designed as a mirror on the inside.
The grid 7 is attached a little further up.
An object 8 to be irradiated lies on it.
Some rays impinge directly on the object 8 from above, others are reflected at the reflectors 2, 4 and 5 and fall on the side surface, while still others reach the reflector 6 and irradiate the object 8 from below. With this arrangement, in which the majority of the rays are reflected obliquely from one reflector to the other, it is thus possible to make the object sterile on all sides and: to keep it sterile.
PATENT CLAIM:
Device for sterilizing and keeping objects sterile, in particular medical instruments, by means of UV radiation, characterized in that in a housing a carrier permeable to UV rays for the objects to be sterilized and kept sterile between a first reflector and a UV Radiation source is arranged with at least one second reflector.
SUBCLAIMS:
1. Device according to claim, characterized in that the carrier is a grid.
2. Device according to claim, characterized in that the carrier is a quartz plate.
3. Device according to claim, characterized in that the second reflector and the UV radiation source are arranged so that the majority of the rays fall obliquely on the first reflector.
4. Apparatus according to patent claim, characterized in that the first reflector is designed as a drawer.
