Safety device for gas firing systems. The invention relates to a safety device for gas firing systems with several, separately. Combustion points arranged from one another and connected to a common main gas valve, each combustion point being provided with an ignition safety device, which acts on the main gas valve in such a way that the latter is only opened when an auxiliary flame is burning in each ignition safety device, but already when it goes out a single auxiliary flame is closed.
In a known safety device of the type mentioned, each focal point has a flame safety device which has a common expansion liquid. act on the main gas valve. Here at the expansion liquid should only have the expansion required for keeping the main gas valve open when all ignition flames are burning.
The required amount of expansion fluid now has the effect that the volume reduction of the expansion fluid that occurs when an ignition flame is extinguished only takes effect slowly, so that the main gas valve is only closed with a considerable delay. This disadvantage renders the known device unusable in most cases, since the danger of blow-off generally occurs irjit the greatly delayed closing of the main gas valve.
The known device also sits because of the lines to be laid between the individual burners and the main gas valve for the expansion fluid a cumbersome structure and is sensitive and expensive. In addition, a very precise coordination of the individual pilot flames is required in this known device so that they burn with completely the same flame. As soon as one pilot flame burns stronger than the others for whatever reason,
When a normally burning pilot flame is extinguished, the volume reduction that occurs cannot cause the main gas switch to close, since the more powerfully burning pilot flame evaporates a correspondingly larger amount of the expansion fluid, so that the volume reduction is adjusted and the opening pressure is maintained.
Furthermore, a safety device of the type mentioned with a membrane-controlled main gas valve is known in which the individual ignition fuses are connected to control gas lines leading from the back pressure chamber to the control pressure chamber of the membrane-controlled main gas valve parallel to each other.
In this case, the ignition safeguards are designed in such a way that, when the ignition flame has gone out, they let the control gas flow through to the control pressure chamber of the main gas valve without being throttled, so that the main gas valve is closed.
When the pilot lights are burning, the control gas line to the control pressure chamber of the main gas valve is closed by the ignition safety devices and the gas is sucked out of the control pressure chamber through a special nozzle so that the main gas valve is opened. If an ignition flame goes out, the control gas line is opened again at this point, so that the pressure of the downstream pressure chamber affects the control pressure chamber of the main gas valve and can close it.
This known safety device has the disadvantage that it can only be used for systems that are provided with a membrane-controlled main gas valve.
The invention is now characterized by the fact that all ignition fuses in the ignition gas line are connected in series in such a way that each ignition fuse controls a gas supply to the subsequent ignition fuses and only the auxiliary flame in the last position in the ignition sequence to the main valve controlling ignition fuse acts,
so that when any of the auxiliary flames go out, the gas flow to the auxiliary flame located at the end of the ignition gas line is interrupted and the main gas valve is closed. This safety device initially has the advantage that it is not tied to a main gas valve designed in a certain way, but can be used for different types of main gas valves.
A preferred embodiment of the safety device designed according to the invention is relatively simple and insensitive and works reliably without additional shut-off valves in the burner line. since it is not possible to open the main drain valve prematurely through incorrect operation when starting up the system.
Furthermore, the flow and nozzle cross-sections of the ignition safety devices have only a minor influence on the operation of the device, so that they can be produced without abnormally high accuracy and mutual coordination or calibration of the nozzle bores etc. is not required . It is therefore also not possible to impair the reliable response by subsequently narrowing or expanding a nozzle bore.
In contrast to this embodiment, a further shut-off valve is required in the already mentioned known devices with membrane main gas valves: wipe the connection point of the control gas line to the back pressure chamber and the main burner so that the gas is not released when the system is started up. can flow to the main burners before the pilot lights are lit.
However, there is the possibility that when the system is started up by opening the switch that affects the additional shut-off valve prematurely, the gas will flow to the main burners even before all the pilot flames are lit, as long as the main gas valve is opened by hand. In such a case, dangerous deflagrations can occur when the pilot lights are subsequently lit. This known device also has the disadvantage that the transverse flow sections of the individual ignition fuses must be precisely matched to one another, since z. B.
Even small differences in the size of the pilot nozzles can interfere with the reliable operation of the entire device. It can therefore also happen that if the ignition gas nozzle is enlarged due to improper cleaning of the ignition gas nozzle, when the relevant ignition flame is extinguished, so much gas can still flow through the extended ignition gas nozzle that sufficient closing pressure cannot build up in the control pressure chamber of the main gas valve. so that the main gas valve is not closed.
In addition, the suction nozzles in the ignition fuses must be made very small in this known device. Otherwise, especially with a large number of burners, the closing pressure that occurs in the control gas line when a pilot flame is extinguished can be extracted by the suction nozzles. However, very narrow gas nozzles are known to have the disadvantage that they are easily clogged, which in the known device has the consequence that the start-up time is undesirably delayed.
The safety device according to the invention is well suited for both gas firing systems with a few as well as those with many burners, since the device works reliably even with a large number of main burners, while the previously known safety devices of this type with an increasing number of main burners and thus the ignition fuses also an increasing uncertainty in the ZVoperation of the device occurs.
On the drawing four exemplary embodiments of the invention are illustrated in a schematic representation and explained in the following description. 1 shows a gas release system with a main gas valve controlled by a heat-sensitive element, FIG. 2 shows a system with a main gas valve controlled by a mine, FIG. 3 shows a system with an electro-magnetically controlled main gas valve and FIG. 4 shows a system according to FIG. 3,
In which, however, the pilot lights are each secured by an electromagnetic valve.
The essentially corresponding parts of the illustrated exemplary embodiments are provided with the same reference numerals.
According to FIG. 1, the gas supply line 1 opens into a valve housing 2 in which the open end of the gas supply line is designed as a valve seat. This valve seat is dominated by a main gas valve body 3, which is loaded in the closing direction by a spring 4 and controlled by a bimetal thermostat 5 arranged on the valve housing by means of a valve spindle 6. On the valve housing 2, the burner line 7 is closed, from each of which via a shut-off valve 8 from the main burner 9 are branched.
Before the main gas valve, the ignition gas line 10 branches off from gas supply line 1, which is also connected to the burner line 7 by means of a branch line 11. At the junction between the ignition gas line 10 and the branch line 11, a manually operated switching valve 12 is arranged, which after actuation automatically returns to the position in which it establishes the connection between the ignition gas line 10 and the burner line 7 and- the connection between the ignition gas line and the gas supply line 1 terminates.
In addition, a special shut-off valve 13 or the like is provided in the ignition gas line, which can be arranged either in the vicinity of the main gas valve or in the vicinity of the burner and is used to shut down the system.
The ignition gas line 10 opens first into the housing 14 of an ignition fuse for the main burner 9 in the ignition sequence in the first place and in the gas flow direction of the Brennerlei device 7 in the last position. The housing 14 of the ignition fuse is closed by a bimetal disc 15, which is provided with a Ignition flame nozzle 16 is provided and a shut-off valve body 17 controls.
The continuation 10 'of the ignition gas line connected to the housing 14 of the ignition fuse is designed as a valve seat at its open end located in the housing 14, which is dominated by the shut-off valve body 17. The ignition gas line 10 ′ leads to the housing 14 of the ignition fuse for the next burner 9.
From this fuse; formed in the same way as the ignition fuse already described. is, another continuation IV of the ignition gas line is branched off, which again leads to the ignition protection of the next burner.
If the next burner 9, as in the illustrated embodiment, is already the last burner in the system, the ignition gas line 10 "no longer opens into a special ignition fuse as in the other burners, but into a simple ignition flame nozzle 18, the ignition flame associated with it The burner 9 ignites and at the same time heats the bimetallic strip 5. The device described in Fig. 1 operates as follows: Fig. 1 shows the system in operation.
If the system is to be switched off, the ignition gas line 10 is shut off by the shut-off valve 13 so that all ignition flames of the ignition fuses and also the ignition flames of the ignition flame nozzle 18 are extinguished. The thermostat 5 is then no longer heated and bends accordingly so that the spring 4 closes the main gas valve, whereby the gas supply to the burners 9 is also interrupted. To start up the system, the shut-off valve 13 must first be opened.
The switchover valve 12 is then set in such a way that the ignition gas line 10 is connected to the gas supply line 1, the branch line 11 being shut off by the switchover valve 12. In this position, the switching valve 12 must be held by hand for a short time. The ignition gas now first flows to the housing 14 of the ignition fuse for the burner 9 located at the outermost point in the IIa-Liptgasströmungsdirection. The gas emerges here immediately through the ignition gas nozzle 16 so that the ignition flame can be lit.
The pilot flame heats the bimetal disc 15, which opens the shut-off valve 17 so that the pilot gas can flow on through the line 10 'to the next ignition fuse. There, too, the gas immediately flows out of the ignition gas nozzle 16 so that the ignition flame can be lit and the heated bi-metal disc 15 then opens the shut-off valve 17.
In the manner described, the ignition gas flows one after the other to all of the ignition fuses connected in series in the ignition gas line, with each ignition fuse controlling the gas supply to the next ignition fuse. At the last point of the ignition gas line is the ignition flame nozzle 18.
As soon as the preceding ignition safety device has opened its shut-off valve 17, the ignition flame at the ignition flame nozzle 18 can also be lit. This pilot flame he warms the bimetallic strip 5, wel cher under the influence of the Flam menwärme bends and the main gas valve 3 opens against the action of the spring 4.
The switching valve 12 is now released, whereupon it automatically returns to the position shown in FIG. 1, that is, the ignition gas line 10 connects to the burner line 7 via the branch line 11 and the connection between the ignition gas line 10 and the gas ignition line 1 is shut off . The gas supply to the ignition safety devices now takes place from the burner line 7. Simultaneously is. the gas supply to the main burners 9 is also established once the main gas valve 3 has been opened.
If the shut-off cocks 8 of the burners 9 are open, all the burners 9 receive gas and are lit by the associated pilot flame. If the shut-off cocks 8 are closed, the burners 9 can be put into operation in any number and in any order by opening the cocks 8. Likewise, it is also possible to switch off the burners 9 that have been put into operation by means of the taps 8. If any ignition flame of the system now goes out, the result is that the shut-off valve 1.7 of the relevant ignition fuse is closed and the gas supply to all of the ignition fuses following in the ignition sequence is shut off.
In this way, the gas supply to the pilot flame nozzle 18 is also interrupted, so that its pilot flame also goes out. When an ignition flame goes out, regardless of where it occurs in the system, the ignition flame of the ignition flame nozzle 1.8 is always forced to go out, so that the bi-metal thermostat 5 is no longer heated and the spring 4 closes the main gas valve. As a result, the gas supply to the burners 9 and also to the ignition safety devices is blocked, so the entire system is put out of operation. The system can then be switched on again in the manner already described.
It is. it can be seen that the system described is simple and insensitive that it is also suitable for a large number of burners without impairment of the reliable operation of the device. and that differences or 'iahtx-related' changes in the pilot flame strength can in no way impair the operational safety of the system.
The system according to FIG. 2 of the drawing is provided with a diaphragm-controlled main gas valve body 3. This main gas valve body 3 dominates the open end of the burner line 7, which is designed as a valve seat and protrudes into the valve housing.
The main gas valve body 3 is arranged on a membrane 19, which divides the valve housing into a pressure chamber 20 and a control chamber 21, which are connected to one another by a throttle 22 in the membrane. The ignition gas line and the ignition fuses are arranged and designed in the same way as in the exemplary embodiment. according to Fig. 1.
The switching valve 12 and the shut-off valve 13 are, however, arranged in FIG. 2 in the vicinity of the burner system, so that the system regardless of the z. B. remote arrangement of the main gas valves near the burner system. can be put into operation.
In addition, the auxiliary flame to be ignited at the nozzle 16 of the bimetallic disks 15 and the auxiliary flame of the nozzle 18 located at the last point in the ignition sequence of the gas line serve only as a specialist flame. The pilot flames used to ignite the burners 9 are separated from the continuations 10 ', controlled by the valves 17 of the ignition fuses, by means of special pilot flame lines 23.
10 "etc .. branches off the pilot flame line, as can be seen in detail in FIG. 2. This ensures that the pilot flames can be kept small, so that the thermal stress on the bimetal disks of the ignition fuses is also low, while the pilot flames are a each desired length can be obtained.
The last point of the ignition sequence to the pilot flame of the nozzle 18 acts on a heat-controlled valve which is formed out in essentially the same way as the heat-controlled valves of the ignition fuses of the system. The bi-metal disk 15 is not provided here with a gas nozzle, but with a heat sensor 24, which is heated by the guard flame of the nozzle 18 and transfers the flame heat to the bimetal disk 15.
Furthermore, the shut-off valve body 17 dominates the open end of a control gas line 25, which protrudes into the housing 14 of the ignition fuse and which is connected to the control chamber 21 of the main gas valve. The side of the housing 14 is also connected to a vent line 26 opening into a nozzle, the gas nozzle z. B. is directed against the pilot flame belonging to the unit in question. A special shut-off valve 27 can also be arranged in the control gas line.
The Vorrich device of Fig. 2 works as follows: Fig. 2 shows the system in operation. To turn off the system, the ignition gas line 10 is blocked by the shut-off valve 13 so that all the guard and ignition flames go out in the order in which they are arranged. As a result, the heat sensor 24 is no longer heated by the associated pilot flame, so that the cooling bimetal disc 15 closes the control gas line 25 by means of the valve body 17.
The. through the nozzle 22 into the control chamber 21 gas can no longer give way through the vent line 26 ent. A pressure equalization therefore takes place between the pressure chamber 20 and the control chamber 21 via the throttle 22, so that the main gas valve 3 is closed by the spring 4. This interrupts the gas supply to the entire system. The entire system can also be switched off by shutting off the control gas line by means of the shut-off valve 27.
Here lead. First of all, all the pilot and pilot flames are still in operation until the pressure increase in the control chamber 21 closes the main gas valve 3. This means that the main burners and the pilot lights go out at the same time. Is it a hunt in which the main gas valve and the burner are far apart, e.g.
B. are arranged in different rooms, so it is useful to see both the stopcock 13 and the stopcock 2 7 vol-. This arrangement allows the system to be put out of operation either near the burner or near the main gas valve.
If the system is to be put back into operation, the stop cocks 1.3 and 27 must first be open. The ignition gas line is then with. Using the switching valve 12 brought into connection with the gas supply line 1, whereupon the ignition fuse located in the first place of the ignition sequence receives gas. and the pilot flame on the nozzle can be lit without further information. The ignition fuses are then put into operation in the same way as in FIG. 1.
The pilot flames emanating from the pilot flame lines 23 ignite themselves actively on the manually lit guard flames. The pilot flame of the nozzle 18, which is at the last position in the ignition sequence, now heats the heat sensor 24 so that the heated bimetal disc 15 opens the shut-off valve body 17. The gas can now flow out of the control chamber 21 through the vent line 26 so that the negative pressure then effective on the underside of the membrane 19 opens the main gas valve 3.
The switchover valve 12 is then released and then automatically connects the ignition gas line 10 to: the burner line 7. At the same time, the main burners 9 receive gas and can be put into operation in the same way as in FIG.
If the pilot flame goes out at any ignition fuse of the system, the corresponding shut-off valve is closed by the relevant bimetal disk 15, so that the gas supply drove to all subsequent ignition fuses, and thus also to the pilot flame of the nozzle 18 is interrupted. As soon as the heat sensor 24 is no longer heated, the connected bimetal disc 15 cools down and closes the control gas line 25 by means of the shut-off valve body 17.
The control chamber 21 can now no longer be vented, so that the main gas valve is closed in the manner already described be. As a result, the gas supply to the entire system is shut off, whereupon the system must be switched on again in the manner already described.
3 of the drawing shows a safety device with a solenoid valve excited by thermostats as the main gas valve. The main gas valve body 3, which is loaded in the closing direction by a spring 4, dominates here the open end of the burner line, designed as a valve seat, on the valve body 3 a valve rod 28 is attached, which is axially displaceably guided in a guide bushing of a housing 29.
Inside the housing 29 an anchor plate 30 is attached to the Ven tilstange. Opposite the armature plate 30, an electromagnet 37 is arranged in the housing 29, which is guided in the housing 2 by means of a disk 32 versehiebbax. A pressure pin 33 protruding from the top of the valve housing 2 is attached to the electromagnet 31 and is guided displaceably in the upper part of the housing 2 by means of a piston-like reinforcement 34. At the lower end of the pressure pin 33, a valve body 35 is arranged, which cooperates as an auxiliary valve with the lower end 36 of the guide bore 37, designed as a valve seat, for the piston-like reinforcement 34.
By means of the pressure pin 33, the electromagnet 31 can be displaced against the action of a spring 38 arranged in the housing 29 up to the armature plate 30. In the upper edge of the housing 29 openings 39 for the passage of gas are seen before. A gas line 40 branches off from the burner line 7 in the housing 2 and opens into the guide ring bore 37 of the piston 34. Offset to this, a second gas line 41 is closed to the Füh approximately bore 37, which is connected to the ignition gas line 10.
From the ignition gas line 1.0, a special ignition flame line 42 branches off for each burner 9 of the system, each of which ends in an open ignition flame nozzle. The ignition safeguards are designed in the same way as in FIG. 2, so that the flames at the nozzle 16 of the timing disks 15 and the flames at the nozzle 18 at the end of the ignition sequence serve as a guard flame.
The pilot flame of the nozzle 18 simultaneously heats a thermocouple 43 which is connected to the coil of the electromagnet 31 by means of a line 44. As long as the thermal element 43 is heated, the rlektromagnet 31 is supplied with power and holds the armature plate 30 in the position shown in FIG. 3 and thus the valve 3 in the open position. The operation of the whole device is as follows: Fig. 3 shows the system in Betriebszu stood. To switch off the system, the ignition gas line 10 is shut off by means of the shut-off valve 13.
As a result, all the pilot flames in the system go out, including the pilot flame at the nozzle 18, so that the thermocouple 43 is no longer heated. This has the consequence that the electromagnet 31 is no longer excited and releases the armature plate 30, so that the valve body 3 is pressed by the spring 4 into its closed position. This shuts off the gas supply to the entire system. To restart it is not necessary in this system that the shut-off valve 13 is brought into the open position. The shut-off valve should therefore initially remain in the closed position.
The push button 33 is now pressed down against the action of the spring 38 until the electric magnet 31 is seated on the armature plate 30. In this position, in which the auxiliary valve 35, 36 is open and the gas line 40 opening into the bore 37 is closed, the push button is held for a short time. In this setting, the gas can flow from the gas supply line 1 through the openings 39, the opened auxiliary valve 35, 36, the guide tube 37 and the gas line 41 to the ignition gas line 10.
The pilot flame lines 42 therefore receive gas so that the pilot flames are ignited immediately. can be. If the shut-off valve 13 is now opened, the nozzle 16, which is in the first position in the ignition sequence, also receives gas, whereupon the relevant pilot flame ignites at the associated pilot flame that is already burning.
The shut-off valve 13 can of course also be opened before the auxiliary valve 35, 36 is opened, so that the nozzle 16, which is in the first position in the ignition sequence, receives gas immediately and ignites the relevant pilot flame when the associated pilot flame is ignited becomes. The further activation of the pilot flames he then follows automatically in the same manner as in Fig. 2. As soon as the pilot flame of the nozzle 18 burns in the embodiment of FIG excited.
The electromagnet 31 then holds the anchor plate 30 so that the push button 33 can be released, whereupon the spring 38 lifts the electromagnet 31 into the position shown in FIG. 3. Since the anchor plate 30 is now held by the electromagnet 31, the main gas valve body 3 is also lifted into its open position against the action of the spring 4.
At the same time, the auxiliary valve 35, 36 is closed, while the piston 34 releases the gas line 40, so that the ignition gas now flows through the gas line 40, the guide bore 37 and the gas line 41 to the ignition gas line 10. In addition, the burners 9 also receive gas through the burner line 7. The burners 9 can be put into operation or switched off by opening or closing the taps 8.
If any pilot flame in the system goes out during operation, the gas supply to all subsequent pilot flames and thus also in any case to the pilot flame of the nozzle 18 is interrupted, so that the heating is interrupted, as is readily apparent from FIG .the thermocouple 43 stops. The electromagnet 31 then no longer holds any current and releases the armature plate 30, whereupon the main gas valve body 3 is pressed into its closed position by the spring 4.
This interrupts the gas supply to the entire system, which means that the system is put out of operation.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the electromagnetically controlled main gas valve corresponds completely to that of FIG. 3, so that a further detailed description of this part is not necessary. According to FIG. 4, however, the individual ignition fuses of the system are each secured by a special electromagnetic valve.
These solenoid valves are similar to the main gas valve 1. Of the solenoid valves of FIG. 4, only the structural features that differ from those of the solenoid valve of FIG. 3 are therefore described in more detail below.
First of all, in the main gas valve housing of FIG. 4, an ignition flame duct 45 is connected to the gas line 41, which ends in an open gas nozzle at which the ignition flame for the burner 9 located first in the gas flow direction of the burner line is formed.
The ignition gas line 10 is branched off from the gas supply line 1 in front of the main gas valve and initially opens into the housing 2 of the solenoid valve for the first or second position in the ignition sequence.
Ignition safety device located at the last point in the direction of gas flow of the burner lead. In this solenoid valve, a pilot flame line 46 is connected to the gas line 41 of the housing 2, at the end of which a pilot flame nozzle 4 7 for lighting the associated main burner 9 and a pilot flame nozzle 48 for heating a thermocouple 43 belonging to the unit in question are arranged.
When the valve body 3 is open, the ignition gas flows through the continuation 10 'of the ignition gas line to the next following electromagnetic valve, as can be readily seen from FIG. The series connection of all solenoid valves or ignition fuses of the system takes place in the same way.
From the solenoid valve of the ignition fuse located at the penultimate position in the ignition sequence, the continuation 10 "of the ignition gas line leads to the pilot flame nozzle 18, which heats the thermal element 43 belonging to the main gas valve. The device according to FIG. 4 operates as follows: FIG illustrates the operating position of the system.
To switch off the shut-off valve 13 is closed, whereby the ignition gas supply to the system is interrupted. This causes the flame to rise so that the heating of the thermocouple 43 belonging to the main glass valve also stops and the main gas valve body 3 shuts off the gas supply to the burner line 7 in the manner already described. When switching on again, the shut-off valve 13 must first be opened. will.
Then the ignition fuse located first in the ignition sequence (in FIG. 4 the first ignition fuse from the right) is put into operation. For this purpose, the solenoid 31 is pressed against the armature plate 30 and the push button 33 for a short time at the associated solenoid valve with means of the push button 33. held in this position.
Now the gas flowing from the ignition gas line 10 into the valve housing 2 can flow through the openings 39, the opened auxiliary valve 35, 36, the guide hole 37 and the gas line 41 to the ignition flame line 46 so that the associated ignition flames and pilot flames can be lit at the nozzles 47, 48. The pilot flame of the nozzle 48 heats the thermocouple 43 belonging to the unit, so that the electromagnet 31 is energized and holds the anchor plate 30: The push button 33 is then released, whereupon the spring 38 lifts the electromagnet 31 with the anchor plate and also the Valve opens.
At the same time, the auxiliary valve 35, 36 is closed and the gas line 40 is opened by the piston 34, so that the gas supply to the pilot flame line 46 via the gas line 40, the guide bore 37 and the gas line 41 is maintained.
The ignition fuse located first in the ignition sequence is thus put into operation and the ignition fuse located next in the ignition sequence is connected to the ignition gas supply via the ignition gas line 10 '. now all ignition fuses in the system are put into operation in the order in which they were arranged in the manner already described.
As soon as the ignition fuse located in the penultimate position in the ignition sequence is switched on, the nozzle 18 also receives gas via the ignition gas line 10 ", whereupon the pilot flame can be lit at the nozzle 18, which heats the thermocouple 43 of the main gas valve. The main gas valve can now be opened immediately, since its electromagnet is already being supplied with power by the associated thermocouple.
The push button 33 of the main gas valve is thus pressed down and released again immediately, whereby the solenoid 31 lifts the armature plate 30 and thus the main gas valve body 3 into the open position shown in FIG. 4, the pilot flame line 45 is initially via the opened auxiliary valve 35 , 36 and then connected from the burner line 7 via the gas line 1.0 to the gas supply, whereupon the pilot flame of the line 45 is ignited at the pilot flame of the nozzle 18.
At the same time, the main burners 9 on the burner line are connected to the gas supply, so that when the shut-off cocks 8 are open, the burner flames are lit on the associated pilot flames.
If any pilot flame in the system goes out, the thermocouple belonging to the relevant ignition fuse is no longer heated, so that the sheet metal solenoid valve of the relevant ignition fuse shuts off the ignition gas line. The ignition gas supply to all subsequent ignition safety devices of the system and thus also to the nozzle 18 is thus interrupted.
The thermocouple 43 of the main gas valve is now no longer heated, so that the electromagnet 31 releases the armature plate 30 and the spring 3 pushes the main gas valve body 3 into its closed position. As a result, the gas supply to the burners 9 is shut off, so that all burners 9 of the system go out.
In such a case, all those ignition fuses that are in front of the extinguished pilot flame in the ignition sequence also continue to operate, since the ignition gas supply via the ignition gas line 10 is not interrupted. When the system is put back into operation, only the ignition fuses that have been switched off need to be put back into operation and the main gas valve opened, while the shut-off valve 13 needs to be closed to shut down the system as a whole.
In FIG. 3, the shut-off valve 13 can also be arranged in the vicinity of the main gas valve in front of the first ignition flame line 42 in the ignition gas line 10. This Anord voltage is useful when 13 operating difficulties arise in the arrangement of the shut-off valve shown in FIG. th can. In this case, however, the shut-off valve 13 must always be opened first to start up the system.
Furthermore, in the examples according to FIGS. 2 and 4 of the two auxiliary flames provided, one can be omitted entirely and the other can be designed as an ignition flame. The means of the individual exemplary embodiments can also be largely interchanged with one another. So z. B. the systems of Fig. 1 and 2 are provided with ignition fuses according to Fig. 4, while in the position of Fig. 4, a main gas valve according to FIGS. 1 and 2 can be used.
