Fig. 2),
Safety device for gas firing systems. The invention relates to a sealing device for gas firing systems, according to claim and sub-claim 3 of the main patent.
According to the claim of the main patent, the device is with. several burning points arranged separately from one another and connected to a common main gas valve%, see, each burning point being provided with an ignition fuse, which act on the main gas valve in such a way that the latter only opens.
if an auxiliary flame burns in each ignition fuse., but is closed when a single auxiliary flame is released, whereby all ignition fuses in the ignition gas line are connected in series so that each ignition fuse controls a gas supply to the subsequent ignition devices and only the auxiliary flame in the last position in the ignition sequence acts on an ignition safety device that controls the main gas valve,
so that when one of the auxiliary lamnias is released, the gas flow in the auxiliary flame at the end of the ignition gas line is interrupted and the main gas valve is thus closed.
According to sub-claim 3 1e5 is the main patent. the main gas valve is an electro-magnetic valve excited by a thermal current, with an auxiliary flame as auxiliary flame of the ignition fuse located at the end of the ignition gas line heating a thermocouple which supplies the excitation current for the electro-magnetic valve.
The inventive concept that has been further developed compared to your main patent is that the ignition gas line is connected to the gas supply line by means of an auxiliary gas line and an auxiliary ignition valve is interposed in this connection, which in its one end position connects the ignition gas line to the gas supply line and thereby closes the gas supply the nozzle that shuts off the thermocouple,
in the other end position, however, the Zündgaslei device connects to the nozzle and blocks the auxiliary gas line leading to the gas supply line.
In this way, in one embodiment of the invention, it is achieved that the system can also be put into operation by just one operator when the burners are removed from the main gas valve.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the invention. 1 shows a gas firing system in which the auxiliary ignition valve 50 is in the operating position, and FIG. 2 shows a section of FIG. 1 with the auxiliary ignition valve in the ignition position. The gas supply line 1 opens into the valve housing 2 of the main gas valve,
which consists of a solenoid valve excited by thermal current. The main gas valve body 3, which is loaded in the closing direction by a spring 4, dominates. formed as a valve seat, protruding into the valve housing 2 open end of the burner line 7. From the burner line 7, the main burner 7 branches off with the respective interposition of a shut-off valve 8 from.
Is on the valve body 3. a valve rod 28 attached, which is guided axially displaceably in a guide sleeve of a housing 29 .. Inside the housing 29, an anchor plate 30 is fastened to the valve rod. Compared to the armature plate 30, an electromagnet 31 is arranged in the housing 29, which is guided in the housing 29 by means of a disk 32 displaceable. On the electromagnet 31 a protruding from the Ven valve housing 2 push pin 33 is fastened, which is slidably guided by means of a piston-like reinforcement 34 in the upper part of the housing 2.
At the lower end of the pressure pin 33, a valve body is angeord net, which cooperates with the lower end 36 of the guide bore 37 designed as a valve seat for the piston-like reinforcement 34 as a auxiliary valve. By means of the pressure pin 33, the electromagnet 31 can be displaced against the action of a spring 38 angeord designated in the housing 29 as far as the armature plate 30. In the upper edge of the housing 29 openings 39 are provided for the passage of gas. From the Brennerlei device 7, a gas line 40 is branched off in the housing 2, which opens into the guide bore 37 of the piston 34.
Offset to this, another gas line 41 is connected to the guide bore 37, the gas line 10 in connection with the ignition. stands.
From the ignition gas line 10 is. first for each burner 9 of the system a special pilot flame line 42 branched off. Each of which runs into an open pilot flame nozzle. A shut-off valve 13 is provided in the ignition gas line 10 before or after the ignition flame lines 42. Following the last inclination of an ignition flame line 42, the ignition gas line 10 opens into the housing 14 of an ignition fuse which is located on the last of the burners 9 branched off from the burner line 7.
The upper end of the housing 14 of the ignition fuse is closed off by a bimetallic disc 15 which is provided with a flame nozzle 16 and controls a shut-off valve 17. This shut-off valve 17 dominates the open end. the ignition gas line 10 protruding into the housing 14.
The continuation 1.0 'of the ignition gas line is. branches off from the housing 14 of the above-mentioned ignition fuse and opens into the housing 14 of the next-following ignition fuse designed in the same way. From this fuse is. Another continuation 10 ″ of the ignition gas line branches off, which again leads to the ignition protection of the next burner 9.
Is. the next burner 9 is already the last burner of the system in accordance with the illustrated embodiment, so the ignition gas line 10 ″ no longer opens into a special ignition fuse, but into a simple heating flame nozzle 18 which heats a thermocouple 43 a line 44 with the coil of the electromagnet 31 in connection.
As long as the thermocouple 43 is heated, the electromagnet 31 is excited in a manner known per se, so that it holds the armature plate 30 and thus also holds the main gas valve 3 in its open position.
An auxiliary gas line 49 is branched off from the ignition gas line 10 ″ between the Heizflainmendüse 18 and the ignition fuse located in front of it, which opens into the gas supply line 1 upstream of your main gas valve in its one end position connects the lines 10 ″ and 49 to one another and thereby shuts off the heating flame nozzle 18 from the gas supply (see FIG. 2),
In the other end position, on the other hand, the ignition gas line 10 "connects to the heating flame nozzle 18 and shuts off the auxiliary gas line 49. The auxiliary ignition valve 50 must be located near the main gas valve so that the push button 33 of the main gas valve and the auxiliary ignition valve 50 come from one point The main burners 9 and the associated ignition fuses, on the other hand, can be arranged at any distance from the main gas valve.
The operation of the device described and illustrated is. as follows: Fig. 1 shows the system in Betriebszu stood. To turn off the entire system, the ignition gas line 10 can be shut off by means of the shut-off valve 13. As a result, all of the pilot flames on the ignition safety devices and thus also the pilot flame on the nozzle 18 go out.
This stops the heating of the thermocouple 43, so that the electromagnet 31 is no longer excited and the anchor plate 30 lets go. The valve body 3 is now pressed into the closed position by the spring 4, so that the entire gas supply is shut off, that is to say, the entire system is put into the idle state. The elimination can of course also in another way, for. B. be done by interruption of the excitation circuit for the elec tromagnet 31 of the main gas valve.
To switch the system on again, the auxiliary ignition valve 50 is first switched to the position shown in FIG. drawn posture set. The ignition gas now flows from the gas supply line 1 through the auxiliary gas line 49 and part 10 ″ of the ignition gas line to the ignition generator housing 14, to which the line 10 ″ is connected. There the flowing out of the nozzle 16 can now. Gas can be ignited.
The bimetallic disk 15 then heats up and opens the valve 17 so that the ignition gas can flow through the line 10 'to the next ignition safety device; where the pilot flame at nozzle 16 is lit again. In this way, all ignition fuses of the system are put into operation one after the other in the order listed, until the ignition gas also flows into the ignition gas line 10.
The shut-off valve 13 is then opened, if this has not happened earlier, whereupon the ignition gas flows on to the ignition flame lines 42 so that the ignition flames come on. automatically ignite the already lit pilot flames of the ignition fuses. Only that of the unit. The pilot flame belonging to the thermocouple 43 must be ignited by hand, since the nozzle 18 is still shut off from the gas supply, so the heating flame at the nozzle 18 is not yet burning. After the last pilot flame has been ignited in the manner described, the system is in the prepared operating position.
If the burners 9 are arranged at a distance from the main gas valve, the operator must now return to the main gas valve in order to be able to carry out the final commissioning of the system. This is done in the following way: The push button 33 is pressed down against the action of the spring 38 until the electromagnet 31 sits on the anchor plate 30 located in its lower end position.
The auxiliary valve 35, 36 is opened so that gas can flow from the main line 1 through the openings 39, the opened auxiliary valve 35, 36, the guide bore 37 and the gas line 41 with the ignition gas line 10. The ignition gas line 10 is now also supplied with gas from the main gas valve, so that the auxiliary ignition valve 50 can be set to the position shown in FIG. 1, the nozzle 18 being connected to the ignition gas line 10 ″,
however, the line 49 is shut off so that the gas supply to the ignition gas line 10 only takes place through the channel 41 of the main gas valve. Now that the nozzle 18 is connected to the gas supply, the heating flame of the nozzle 18 ignites automatically at the associated ignition flame. Now the thermocouple 43 is heated, the electromagnet 31 is therefore supplied with power so that it holds the armature plate 30 firmly. Then the button 33, which has been held in its depressed position until then, is released, whereupon the spring 38 lifts the electromagnet 31 into its upper end position.
Since the armature 30 is carried along by the electronic circuit 31, the main valve body 3 is also raised into its open position against the action of the spring 4. At the same time, the auxiliary gas valve 35, 36 is closed after the piston 31 has released the gas line 40, so that the ignition gas now flows from the burner line 7 through the gas line 40, the guide bore 37 and the gas line 41 to the ignition gas line 10.
Since the burner line receives gas after opening the main gas valve 3, the burners 9 can now also be activated or switched off by opening or closing the burner taps 8.
If any wax flames of the system go out during operation, the relevant bimetal disk 15 closes the associated valve 17 so that, as can be seen from Fig. 1 of the drawing, the gas supply drove to all ignition safety devices following in the flow direction of the ignition gas gen is locked. In this way, the gas supply to the nozzle 18 is blocked in any case, so that the heating flame at the nozzle 18 also goes out and the heating of the thermocouple 43 stops.
The electric magnet 31 then receives no more current and lets go of the armature plate 30, whereupon the main gas valve body 3 is pressed by the spring 4 into its closed position. This interrupts the gas supply and puts the entire system out of operation.
If the thermocouple 43 cannot be arranged in the vicinity of a burner 9, all burners 9 are each given a pale, heat-controlled ignition fuse, while the thermocouple can be arranged as a special ignition fuse unit near the main gas valve.
The flame at the end of the ignition flannin line 4 belonging to the thermocouple then serves here. only as a Waeliflamme for the heating flame of the nozzle 18. The gas consumption of this pilot flame on the pilot flame line 4? is then expediently throttled down to the flame size just required, for which purpose, for example, a throttle element can be angeord net in the relevant ignition flame line 423.
