Turbine system for elastic working medium. The present invention is a turbine system for elastic working medium.
According to the present invention, a stator housing of the system that is provided with stator blades and encloses the rotor blades is supported on both sides on bearing housings for the rotor. The support means are expediently designed in such a way that they enable free thermal expansion of the stator with regard to its diameter and length. The support means may have radially relative to each other displaceable elements, for.
B. in guides slidable bolts, which are arranged on the bearing on one side of the rotor around the turbine axis and axially relative to each other movable elements, z. B. wedges displaceable in wedge tracks, which are arranged on the rotor bearing on the other side of the rotor around the turbine axis.
Even if the inlet and outlet lines include the bearings, these lines are expediently separable in the axial direction from the other stator parts, Lind the bearings can be movably arranged in the bearing housings; for example, they can be arranged so that they can be removed from the bearing housings so that they can be pulled out of the lines for inspection purposes.
The subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, in the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows a gas turbine in Be tenansicht with a bearing partially pulled out of its housing, Fig. 2 shows an end view of the turbine from the outlet side and Fig. 3 shows an axial section through the upper half of the turbine, showing its internal structure schematically.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the stator of the turbine has an inlet spiral housing 1, a stator housing 2 surrounding the rotor blades, ring sections 3 and 4 which form an outlet line and the exhaust line 5, these sections being coaxial with one another and abutting one another are arranged.
The working medium flows in the direction of arrow A into the inlet housing 1, through which it flows; the housing containing the blades and drives the rotor 6 with your shaft stub 7 and the output shaft 21. The shaft parts 7 and 21 of the rotor 6 are stored in La like 8, 8ca, -which are net angeord in bushes. The bushes with the bearings 8, 8a are arranged so that they can be pulled out in bearing housings 10 and 10a, respectively, in which they are held in place by bolts and nuts 9, 9a. The bearing housing are supported by bearing blocks 11 and 12, respectively.
The bearing block 11 is rigidly attached to the machine frame 13, while the La gerbock 12 is formed from two members 14 which extend radially through the channel for the working medium and are arranged on a cross member 15 which is movable along the machine frame in the axial direction of the turbine is. The members 14 are passed through radial elements 27 which protrude in the ring section 4 transversely through the ring channel for the working medium. The longitudinal movement of the bearing block 12 takes place by means of a guide screw 16 to which a handle 17 is attached.
According to FIG. 3, support means are provided at the inlet end of the stator housing 2. These support means have a radially outer part, which is formed by guide vanes 22 (shown schematically) and a ring 28 on which these vanes are attached, and a radially inner part which is formed by a circumferential rib on the bearing housing 10. The two parts are connected to each other by a number of inwardly projecting pins 23 on the ring 28, which engage with R, adial bores 24 in the circumferential rib of the bearing housing 10.
This connec tion allows a radial relative movement of the two parts caused by thermal expansion. In a similar way, the outlet end of the stator housing 2 is supported on support means which have a radially outer and a radially inner part. The radially outer part of this support means is. formed by an annular portion 3, while the radially inner part is formed by a circumferential rib on the bearing housing 10a.
The pins are replaced here by a number of wedges 25 which have radial flanks which engage with radial play in corresponding wedge tracks on the ring section 3 and allow both axial and radial sliding.
The housing 2 is supported at the inlet end. the spiral housing 1 detachably connected at this end via the guide vanes 22 on the bearing housing 10. At the outlet end of the Ge housing 2 this is fastened to the ring section 3 be. The ring section 4-, which is relatively light. can be built, is attached to section 3, but does not support it directly on the bearing block 12.
In the same way, the volute casing 1 is not supported directly on the bearing block 11, so that the entire stator is supported by the radial pins and heal and can expand both axially and radially, independently of the rotor shaft, so as to allow thermal expansion to make possible with regard to its diameter and length. It can be seen that the bearings are enclosed by the annular inlet and outlet sections.
In order to be able to inspect the bearing 8, the exhaust pipe 5 is removed and the output shaft 21 is dismantled from the driven unit. The connection 18 between the spiral housing 1 and the housing 2 is released, and the nuts of the bolts 9, which hold the bush for the bearing 8 in its housing 10, are removed. The bearing block 12 is then withdrawn together with the ring sections 3 and 4, the housing 2, the rotor and its shaft by means of the screw 16, where it is pulled through the bushing with the bearing 8 in the axial direction from its housing.
If the gap at the connecting end face 18 is wide enough, but before the La gerbüchse is completely pulled out of the housing, a support arm 19 is screwed to the Ge housing 2 to support the latter and the shaft. This situation is shown in Fig. 1 represents. The support arm is on the -LN machine frame. slidable, so that the parts mentioned can be pulled out until the sleeve is completely outside its housing. The bearing bushes can then be removed and the bearing can be inspected.
In order to be able to look up the bearing 8a, the procedure is similar. The connection 20 between the housing 2 and the ring section 3 is released. Then the nuts 9a are removed and the bearing bracket 12 together with the bearing housing 10a and the ring sections 3 and 4 are pulled back. The auxiliary support member 1.9 is screwed onto the connecting surface 20.
When the connection 18 is released, the guide vanes 22 and the rotor end wire 26 can also be checked. Likewise, the rear end of the housing and rotor can be looked up when the connection 20 is loose.
The housing 2 is composed of two parts for assembly, the parting plane running along such an axial plane, e.g. B. a vertical plane that the two parts can be separated from one another sideways, whereby a view of the rotor and stator blades is made possible when the connections at this separation point and at the points 18 and 20 are released. The two parts of the housing 2 can then be removed and the blades checked. The training described last is particularly useful in gas turbine systems in which individual blades of the rotor can be rotated.
The spiral housing 1 and the ring section 3 are each made of one piece and thus serve to increase the rigidity of the housing 2 and prevent uneven thermal expansion.
If the two support members 14 of the La- <(yerboekes 12, which support the bearing housing 10a, are heated during operation of the system, they try to expand in their longitudinal direction, and they together thus result in a vertical lifting of the bearing housing Movement causes these links to bend in a plane transverse to the turbine axis. In order to avoid excessive bending forces, these links should be flexible in this direction. However, they should still be sufficiently resistant to bending under the load in the longitudinal direction of the turbine.
For this purpose, these members have, as shown in the drawing voltage, elongated cross-section, where the larger dimension is in the direction of the axis of the turbine.
In another embodiment, such a support member is replaced by a plurality of members which have a circular cross section and are arranged next to one another in the direction of the turbine axis.
These support members are usually hollow, which is why their thermal expansion can be reduced by the cooling medium circulating in them. If the bearing block of such a bearing housing should expand more than the other, it is possible that the rotor shaft is moved out of the normal direction of escape by a small amount. This can then be permitted using flexible 5s bearing supports as described in UK Patent No. 645401.
