Secondary patent for main patent no. 287582. Roll film camera with removable press plate. The invention relates to roll film ka inera "i with removable film pressure plate according to the claim of the main patent.
The additional patent no. 291738 improves the invention according to the main patent in that the film pressure plate is detachably coupled to the film switch mechanism in such a way that the connection between the film switch mechanism and the film press plate is interrupted when the camera wall is open.
As a result, it is sufficient that the film pressure plate can be attached to the camera wall and automatically look away from the film guide when the camera is opened.
According to the main patent and the additional patent mentioned, the motion is transmitted by the film switch mechanism, for example, because a transmission element built into this mechanical transmission chain exerts a pressure on the pressure plate approximately parallel to the film plane.
On the Andruel -, - - plate and on the camera back wall or on a connecting link arranged, miteinan the in connection, coming in the form of bulges, pointed rivets or derglei- ehen press the Andruekplatte against the film and the latter flat on the film guide.
According to the main patent and your ZLisatzpatent, the Sellrä, -flä.elien causing this Andr-Liek can be elongated, cooperating wedge surfaces or several conical projections and recesses distributed on the pressure plate or on the camera back wall.
With this design or arrangement of the inclined surfaces generating the pressure of the plate, the pressure plate is indeed pressed away from the rear wall of the camera, approximately parallel to the film and perpendicularly against it; However, there is the possibility that the back of the camera is not completely parallel to the film guide due to a one-sided play that cannot always be completely avoided during production or small inaccuracies caused by tolerances.
In this possible case, this has the consequence that the film is pressed unevenly over the surface of the picture window and, since it tends to curve, it comes out of the plane of the picture at the points that are not firmly pressed. The picture shows blurring of the image at these points.
The invention improves the subject matter of the main patent and the additional patent mentioned in that the pressure plate is supported on at least one contact surface that generates the pressure, which is located between the film pressure plate and the camera back, so that it can be pivoted when the pressure is applied.
This design has the advantage that the pressure plate automatically adjusts itself against the film when the pressure is applied so that even pressure is exerted on the film over the entire image window. The film cannot move out of the picture plane at any point.
In general, one or two sawing surfaces are sufficient, for example as pointed tapered projections, such as pointed rivets or the like, attached to the pressure plate or to the kaierarüekwaild and with corresponding, preferably also inclined organs on the other part or on an intermediate organ, e.g. B. a slide züi- cooperate.
If more than two inclined surfaces are provided, these must be arranged on a straight line so that the pressure plate can swivel around the connecting line between the support points in addition to the combined movement parallel and perpendicular to the film plane .
The drawings show examples of embodiments of the invention. The same parts are provided with the same reference symbols.
Fig. 1 shows the inside of a camera with film guide and film andrLiekplatte viewed from behind.
Fig. 2 is the cross section through the rear part of the camera with the camera rear wall on line A-B according to Fig. 1
Fig. 3 shows the same view as Fig. 1 with a differently designed film pressure device.
Fig. 4 is the cross section through the rear part of the camera according to Fig. 3 on line C-D. The camera indicated in FIG. 1 has a film guide 2 in the camera body 1 in which the film 3 is guided. The film pressure plate 4, which is provided with an edge 5 protruding towards the camera rear wall, is used to press the film. In the center line of the plate, two pointed head rivets 6 are attached, with which two leaf springs 7 are attached at one end to the plate.
These leaf springs are held at their other end with rivets 8 on the camera rear wall 9 shown in FIG. 2. On the rear wall of the camera 9 , a rivet 10 is used to guide a T-shaped slide valve 11 which surrounds the rivet with an elongated central opening 12 and is adjustable by the length of the opening 12. At the top, the arm 13 of the screener is guided in a cutout 14 of the plate edge 5 .
In the lower horizontal part shown in FIG. 1, the sight glass is bent on both sides in such a way that it forms inclined pressure surfaces 15 .
At 16 the slide valve is bent so that it lies in a display - 17 of the camera back wall 9 . The upper sighting arm 13 is slightly rounded at the free end at 23 and rests against the edge of a lever 18 which is attached to the camera body 1 is pivotably mounted at 19 and is actuated by means of a rivet 20 through a transverse lever 21 from the non-illustrated film sheet organ.
22 is a cut-off on the rounded end of the sighting arm 13 , which serves that when the camera back wall 9 the lever 18 </ B > Do not bump into it, but rather place it on the protruding curve 23 of the sight glass arm 13 .
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: The lever 21 is connected to the film transport organ in such a way that its end visible on the drawing presses down when the film is stationary, that is, when the camera is in the shooting position. As a result, the lever 18 connected to it by the rivet 20 is also pivoted downwards around the bolt 19 , so that constant pressure is exerted on the arching line - 23 of the sighting arm 13 is exercised.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, another position is shown, namely that in which the film is currently being transported. The lever 18 is relieved to such an extent that there is no pressure on the sight glass 11 . Accordingly, the film edge plate 4 is drawn towards the camera wall 9 by the springs 7 and rests against it with its edge 5 . The pointed rivet heads 6 lifted the slide valve 11 from the film by means of its viewing surface 15 , and pressed it upwards in the drawing.
The film 3 in the film guide 2 in this position shown is not exposed to the pressure of the pressure plate 4, the passage of the film is free.
When the film transport has ended, the lever 1.8 is used, as described above, to press the lever 11. It is pressed downwards and its eyes are visible 15 as a result of sliding along the saw surfaces of the pointed rivet heads 6 push the Andriiek plate 4 forward against the film 3 and press it against the film guide2. The pressure plate 4 performs a movement to and, since it C (Iiii-eli the springs are held, a slight movement upwards,
which corresponds to the atislenkmöglieh- keit through the length of the springs. If, for example, there is an uneven distance between the camera wall and the film guide, if the difference is shown on the drawing above or below, the plate will swivel around an axis that is the imaginary line between the pointed head rivets 6 corresponds to
until the plate 4 is completely in contact with the picture window. If the difference in distance is present on the drawing between the right and left sides, then the push button of the lever 1.8 will act on the slide valve 11 in such a way that the Sehieber on the side that corresponds to the) further distance acts more on the relevant rivet head than on the other,
that is, the slide valve 11 is not guided completely parallel to the pressure plate edges, but rather it pivots somewhat near the side on which it has to drive the plate 4 further forward to rest. For this purpose, the upper edge passage 14 for the arm 13 of the slide 11 is to be held so far that this lateral viewing swivel is made possible.
The same effect, a complete pressing of the plate also occurs when the uneven distance of the film guide from the camera Klekwand is not limited to two opposite sides, but when there is a spatial distance between the parts; In this case, too, the Andruek regulates by means of a combined Andr-Liek movement as described.
Fi -'-. 3 and 4 show a similar device as that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The items are generally the same. They are therefore not described again here individually. Here, however, only a single pointed head rivet 6 and a correspondingly narrower slider 24, which is movable in two guides 12 on the rear wall of the camera 9 , serve as the pressing elements .
The mode of operation is essentially the same as in the case of the locking device according to FIGS. 1 and 2. When pivoting and twisting the lever 18, the slide 24 is attached to the Camera wall 9 moved down.
Via the pointed head of the rivet 6 , it presses the pressure plate 4 forwards against the film 3. In the event of an uncomfortable distance between the film guide 2 and the rear wall of the camera 9 the film pressure plate 4 adjusts itself by a corresponding pivoting around the contact point of the rivet 6 so that it comes to rest against the film 3 on all sides and thus against the film guide 2.
In this embodiment, there could also be only one spring 7 .
