Mahleinrichtung.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Axialsehnitt.
Fier.
Grinder. The subject of the present invention is a grinding device for grinding granular (Tut, z. B. coke grits and the like).
According to the invention, the device has a stationary grinding drum within which several adjacent sets of axially partially offset and radially movable grinding rollers are arranged to interact with the inner surface of the same, which rollers are rotatable about the axis of the drum .
The ground material inlet is expediently provided at one end of the drum, while the inlet at the other end of the drum. voi-resehene outlet can be connected to a suction device for continuous suction of the ground material.
The subject of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, for example. Fig. 1 shows an axial section.
Fier. 2 shows, on a smaller scale, a cross-section through the grinding drum, which is being released from the grinding rollers.
F sharp, -. 3 is a section along line III-III in FIG.
FIG. 4 shows in cross section a variant 7u FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a section along the line V-V in FIG.
According to FIG. 1, the grinding device has a frame 1 which carries two bearings 2 in which a drive shaft 3 is mounted. The protruding from one of the two bearings 2, free shaft end carries a Veilrie menscheibe 4, which is connected in a manner not shown by V-belts with a drive motor. In the cylindrical housing part 1a of the frame 1, a grinding drum 5 is used.
This lies at one end by means of jumps 6 on the inner surface of the cylindri's housing part 1a, while the Trom mel 5 is held at its other, outward sloping front end by means of wedges 7 distributed over their order distributed centrally in the housing part la. In the interior of the drum 5, three star-shaped roller carriers 8 are fastened next to one another on the shaft 3. Each arm formed from two parallel legs of the roller carrier -8 carries two grinding rollers 9, which are each arranged with radial play on a fixed in the corresponding leg of the support arms 8, axial with slave pin 10.
In order to enable the most free, radial movement of the rollers 9, the Walzenboh ments are kept larger than the diameter of the driver pin 10 with. Two opposing arms of the four-armed roller carrier 8 are the same ausgebil det, and that has one pair of arms on mutually lying legs with outwardly protruding pins 10 (Fig. 3), while the legs of the other pair of arms are spaced apart, with the with the) Valzen 9 lie between these legs.
As can be seen in Fig. 3, the rollers 9 of successive support arms of a roller carrier 8 are partially axially offset from one another, in such a way that at least approximately the entire inner surface of the grinding drum 5 is covered by the three adjacent sets of rollers when the device is in operation.
As can be seen in FIG. 1, an inlet funnel 11 is provided on one end of the drum 5 on the frame 1, while on the other end of the drum. 5 a ventilator housing 13 provided with an outlet 12 is arranged. The outlet 12 is connected to a separator in a manner not shown. A fan 14 is provided in the housing 13 and is firmly keyed onto the shaft 3.
During operation of the described Einrieh- device, the grinding stock is fed through the funnel 11 to the grinding chamber 15 delimited by the grinding drum 5, while the whale center carriers 8 are driven by the drive motor (not shown) via the shaft 3 and the pulley 4. As a result of the rotation of the carriers 8, the rollers 9 are pressed by the centrifugal force against the inner surface of the grinding drum 5, whereby the ground material introduced between the rollers 9 and the drum 5 is ground. The ground material is sucked out of the grinding chamber 15 by the fan 14 and leaves the device through the outlet 12.
It goes without saying that another suction device can also be provided, for example one whose power can be regulated in order to be able to vary the grain size of the material being sucked off.
A particular advantage of the device described is that a number of independently mounted grinding rollers are provided in the direction of the grinding drum; gets z. B. between one of the rollers 9 and the inner surface of the drum 5 a larger grain of the ground material, which has a lift from the drum from the drum, so the other rollers 9 are not affected. This ensures that the goods are properly selected.
A variant of the grinding roller arrangement described is shown in FIGS. Cross supports 16 are wedged on the drive shaft 3, at the ends of which links 17 and 18 are hinged. The Len ker 17 are one-armed and carry on their free linden both sides projecting bearing pin 19. On each bearing pin two grinding rollers 21 are arranged, which are intended to cooperate with the inner surface of the grinding drum 5. The links 18 are two-armed, with two grinding rollers 21 also being arranged on a bearing pin 20 supported in the link arms. Accordingly, the rollers 21 can be moved freely radially.
As in the example described above, the rollers 21 of successive cross-girders are partially axially offset from one another, so that when the device is in operation, at least approximately the entire inner surface of the grinding drum is covered by the adjacent roller sets.
From the foregoing goes. shows that the drum 5, which is exposed to relatively great wear and tear, according to the aforementioned arrangement in the cylindrical housing part 1a. of the C-frame 1 can be easily exchanged with the housing 13 removed. The outside of the coming into contact with the grist part of the frame 1 on the latter arranged bearing 2 are expediently designed as a dust-tight sealed roller bearing.
As can be easily seen, the fineness of the ground material depends largely on the dimensions or the performance of the fan 14, d. H. from the time during which the property. is exposed to the action of the grinding rollers.
So that inequalities in the grain size of the material to be ground do not impair the grinding effect more than necessary, grinding rollers that are as narrow as possible are provided. It goes without saying that the number of rollers of a roller set arranged on a carrier and the number of roller sets can be selected as desired.
