Description
Table and wall fan with rotating impeller. 1s fans are already known whose blades are flexibly connected to the hub. The subject of the invention is a table and wall fan which differs from the known fans in that the blades themselves are made of an elastically flexible material, preferably rubber.
Two exemplary embodiments of fans according to the invention which are used to set up on a table or to be attached to the wall are shown in schematic form in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a fan in sides with a section through the impeller hub, Fig. 2 shows an end view of the impeller, Fig. 3 shows a radial section through a wing along the line A-A in Fig. 2.
Fig. 4 is a side view with partial section of a fan with a watchdog device.
Figure 5 is a view of the impeller seen from the engine side.
On the frame 1, which is set up for optional installation on a table or to hang on the wall, the (housing 2, which houses the motor and the gearbox. On the gear shaft 3, the hub 4 of the impeller is set on , which has, for example, four blades 5 offset from one another by 90. The hub 4 and the blades 5 are preferably made from one piece of elastically flexible material, e.g. rubber, and are screwed to the gear shaft via a bushing 6 .
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the width of the blades inclined to the plane of rotation 5 from the point of attachment on the hub away initially slightly, but reaches a little distance from the hub, which is not due to the rotation of the blades from FIG can be seen from its greatest strength; from then on it gradually decreases again to the outer end of the view.
The thickness of the blades along the radia len cutting plane A-.4 decreases, as can be seen from Fig. 3, from the point of attachment on the hub away to the outer end.
The blade profile is designed in such a way that the centers of gravity of the individual profile cross-sections lie along the entire line of the blades on radius A-4.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 4 and 5, holes 8 are placed in the base surface 7 of the hub near the outer edge, which lie along a circular path at regular intervals and serve to accommodate the waxing pins 9. For example, the like pins are inserted into the three lowest holes, which are highlighted ben in the drawing by black hatching.
