Description
Pfanne zur Zubereitung insbesondere von Eierspeisen. Eierspeisen, z. B. Spiegeleier, zu deren Zu bereitung gewöhnliche Pfannen mit heissem Fett verwendet worden sind, werden von ge wissen Personen schlecht ertragen. Die vorlie gende Erfindung hat nun zum Gegenstand eine Pfanne zur Zubereitung insbesondere von Eierspeisen, die sich zur Zubereitung ohne Fett eignen soll. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch einen Unterteil, der zur Aufnahme von 'Was ser bestimmt ist, und durch mindestens einen zur Aufnahme der Eierspeisen bestimmten, herausnehmbaren Behälter.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Aus führungsbeispiele im Schnitt dargestellt.
In Fig.1 ist. 1 der Unterteil der Pfanne, der das Wasser enthält. In diesen ist ein Ein satz 2 eingelegt, welcher im Umfang verteilt eine Anzahl Öffnungen 3 aufweist, die ihrer seits je ein kleines Töpfchen 4 enthalten. Diese Töpfchen können gerade den Inhalt eines Eies aufnehmen und können also zur Bereitung von nicht gebratenen Spiegeleiern dienen. Zwi schen den Öffnungen 3 sind noch Dampf- durchlässe 5 vorgesehen. Das Ganze kann noch mit einem Deckel 6 zugedeckt werden.
Für die Zubereitung anderer Eierspei sen, wie Rühreier, Cremen, kann an Stelle des Einsatzes 3 ein in Fig. 2 dargestellter Einsatz 7 verwendet werden, der an Stelle vieler klei ner Töpfchen eine einzige, dafür grössere Ver tiefung und Dampfentweichungsöffnungen 5 besitzt.

The present invention now has the object of a pan for the preparation of egg dishes in particular, which should be suitable for preparation without fat. It is characterized by a lower part, which is intended to hold 'What water', and at least one removable container intended to hold the egg dishes.
On the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments are shown in section.
In Fig.1 is. 1 the lower part of the pan that contains the water. In this a set 2 is inserted, which has a number of openings 3 distributed in the circumference, which in turn contain a small potty 4. These pots can hold the contents of an egg and can therefore be used to prepare fried eggs. Steam passages 5 are also provided between the openings 3. The whole thing can still be covered with a lid 6.
For the preparation of other Eierspei sen, such as scrambled eggs, creams, a shown in Fig. 2 insert 7 can be used in place of the insert 3, which has a single, but larger Ver deepening and steam escape openings 5 in place of many small pots.
