Contact selector driven by a synchronous small motor. The present invention relates to a synchronous small motor driven NEN contact selector, in particular for the central remote control of tariff devices, Ileisswasserspepeicher, street lights and the like.
The previous contact selectors for the purpose mentioned have for 50 or more control commands with a circular arrangement of the contacts on relatively large, outer diameter of the contact rows. Since these selectors have to be built into receivers with small dimensions of the size of a timer, it is important for the practical application of a selector that the external dimensions are kept as small as possible. In addition, it is important that the engine, transmission and selector can be easily assembled into a compact unit after the individual components have been tested separately.
Since the number of control commands can be different depending on the control task to be solved, according to previous practice, voters with different contact numbers and the corresponding diameter of the contact track or so-called sector dialers with different sized sectors have been used, so that it was necessary to to lead multiple executions of voters.
The present invention makes it possible to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned. The contact selector according to the invention is characterized in that the selection contacts are arranged in a circle in two parallel planes and are designed as flat knife contacts directed towards the center of the circle, carried by insulating frames and swept over by resilient contact arms rotating about an axis perpendicular to said planes. With these measures, the dimensions of the entire selector can be kept smaller perpendicular to the axis of rotation for a given number of dial contacts.
Here, each contact wreath is advantageously equipped with ten main contacts and two additional contacts, "so a wreath with a twelve-division. The selector can be used for a medium number of, for example 20 control commands or as a selector for a large number of control commands, but using one External gear, be built as a so-called decade selector for, for example, 100 control commands.
In the figures, an Ausführungsbei is playing the invention and its electrical connection diagram.
1 shows schematically in part a side view, in part a section of a De kadenwählers with release gear, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the release gear, FIG. 3 shows a contact ring with the associated insulating frame, FIG. 4 shows the semi-finished contact ring the pressing into the insulating frame, FIG. 4 the semi-finished contact ring before being pressed into the insulating frame, FIG. 5 the top view of the storage device,.
6 shows the side view thereof and FIG. 7 shows the electrical principle diagram of a remote control decade selector. In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a synchronous small motor, the pinion 1a of which engages in the dust-tight encapsulated (the housing jacket is not shown) reduction gear 2; the transmission 2 is fastened to the engine 1 by means of the circuit board 49.
Two spacer bolts 50 are used to attach and support the plate 3 carrying the contact part of the selector on the gearbox, the undersigned ones that pierce the plate 49 below the ends of these spacer bolts to secure the selector, including the motor and gearbox, on an apparatus base plate (remote control receiver, not shown) - Base plate or the like) are used. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the transmission and motor in the exemplary embodiment are arranged coaxially in such a way that the circles circumscribed to them have approximately the same diameter.
The spacer bolts 30, 31, 32, 33, which, as indicated in FIGS. 2, 3 and 5, are arranged in a triangle, are used to assemble the contact rings 51 and 51 ', an intermittent gear 52, arranged in two parallel planes as well as parking devices 53 and 53 '(FIGS. 5, 6). The output axis 4 of the transmission 2 engages in the coupling 6, which in turn is firmly connected to the -Vähler- axis 5.
At its right end, the selector aisle 5 has the pointer 26, which indicates the current position of the contact arms 1.2, 12 'directly driven by this axis on the dial 21' provided with position markings, which is therefore driven at the speed of the drive axis 4.
In the following, the parts of the second contact level, the so-called tens ring Z, which are identical to those of the first contact level, the so-called single ring E, have the same designation numbers as those of the single ring E, but with a dash.
The contact arm 12 (12 ') consists of two rings, each provided with a contact spring attachment 1.1 (14'), made of contact material, which are pressed into the insulating piece 11. The spacer ring 56 (56 ') separates the two contact rings so that the spread th parts 45 (45') and 46 (46 ') of the fixed current supply contact 8 (8') can slide under spring pressure on the edge of these contact rings and thus there is a permanent conductive connection between the contact arm 12 (12 ') and the aforementioned power supply contact 8 (8').
The contact spring lugs 14 (14 ') are bent towards one another so that a good spring contact connection between the contact arm 12 (12') and these blade contacts 13 (13 ') is ensured when the blade contacts 13 (13') are wiped.
Furthermore, the washer 17 (17 ') (Fig. 5) made of contact material and provided with the recess 47 (47') is pressed into the insulating piece 11, which in connection with the shut-off contact springs 15 (15 ') and 16 (16') ) represents the so-called switch-off device for the contact selector (Fig. 5 and 6). In the idle position of the selector shown in FIG. 5, the spring 15 (15 ') protrudes into the recess 47 (47') in such a way that there is no conductive connection between the spring contacts 15 (15 ') and 16 (16') .
As soon as the voter but, as will be explained with reference to Fig. 7 below, as a result of a brief l'berbrüekung of said Ab adjusting device has started, there is between tween the contact springs 15 (15 ') and 16 (16') a conductive connection , since both springs grind on the metal disk 17 (17 ').
Before the spring 1.5 (15 ') from the Seheibe 17 (17') -in the recess 47 (47 ') falls after one revolution, this spring is slightly lifted by the upturned nose 48 (48') so that this spring 15 (15 ') falls like a snap into the recess-47 (47'), thus avoiding stronger sparking due to missing contacts. The contact springs 15 (15 ') and 16 (16') are pressed into the insulating piece 55 (55 '), which in turn is fastened in the circuit board 20 (20').
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the plate 20 also serves as a base plate for the intermittent gear 52, which is designed as a flat eccentric progressive mechanism. The switching mechanism consists of the eccentric ring 22 with the cam 23, a pawl 28 under spring pressure, the switching wheel 24, the retaining spring 38 and the drive disk 18 with the pin 19.
The eccentric ring 22 is rotatably mounted about the axis 34 designed as a shoulder screw and on the one hand is held by the nut 35, while on the other hand the guide extension 36 ensures that the eccentric ring 22 executes a movement that is parallel to the plate 20. For this purpose, the pivot point 34 also represents the center point of the outer circular arc of the eccentric ring 22 in the vicinity of the guide approach 36; So for about 1/5 to 1 / .1 of the order of the eccentric ring, is. The pawl 28 is in.
Point 29 is rotatably mounted and is under the influence of a spiral spring, not shown, whereby the pawl 28 is constantly pressed against the ratchet wheel 24. The retaining spring 38 is fastened to a ge from the board 20 punched approach 37 by means of screw 39 be. The drive pulley 18 is firmly connected to the selector shaft 5, while the holding wheel 24 with the sleeve extension 25 is pushed over the shaft 5 with play. With each rotation, the pin 19 of the drive disk 18 will therefore actuate the eccentric ring 22 in a clockwise direction, whereby the pawl 28 advances the indexing wheel 24 and the Hül- serransat.z 25 by one division.
As a result of the eccentricity, the pin 19 disengages shortly thereafter. However, so that the eccentric ring 22 is ready to engage with the cam 23 during the next revolution, the inside of the eccentric ring is formed in such a way that the pin 19 pushes the eccentric ring 22 back into its starting position after about half a turn (to the right in FIG. 2) . To avoid that with the-. his pushing back the pawl 28 affects the switching wheel 24 in the retrograde sense, the retaining spring 38 is provided, which prevents any rotation Ver counterclockwise.
By means of this eccentric indexing mechanism, which thus acts as an intermittent gear, it is achieved that, while the contact arm 12 continuously executes one full revolution, the contact arm 12 'only by one contact pitch, i.e. in the present example by 1/12 of a full revolution, is switched forward. While the insulating part 11 of the con tact arm 12 is firmly connected to the voter axis 5, the insulating part 11 'of the con tact arm 12' is firmly attached to the II sleeve 25.
The sleeve 25 thus acts for the contact arm 12 as an output shaft, the right end 25 'of the sleeve 25 is tapered and carries the pointer 27, which is ben after each revolution of the pointer 26 by one step and the current position of the slowly running contact arm 12 'on the dial 21' provided with position markings.
From Fig. 3 and 4 is the. Constructive training of the contact rings 51 (51, ') visible Lich. Before being pressed into the insulating frame 7 (7 '), the knife contacts 13 (13') represent a spider-shaped structure 54 (54 ') punched out of a contact material plate in a work process the connecting terminals serving threaded bushes 9 (9 ') inserted into the ten main contact arms of the structure 54 (54') in the holes 57 (57 ') and riveted contact-safe.
The structure 54 (54 ') is then pressed into a frame made of synthetic resin molding, with the actual blade contacts 13 (13') serving as Wahlkon on the inside of the insulating frame, since the inner part of the structure is worked out 54 (54 ') according to the desired shape of this is punched out at an angular distance of 30 following blade contacts after pressing. It is advantageous to perform this punching while the pressed frame is still warm in order to avoid any cracks in the frame as a result of internal stresses which could arise when the structure 54 (54 ') is inserted.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, two contact arms have soldering lugs 40 (40 ') and 41 (41') instead of holes 57 (57 '). The contact arm with the soldering lug 40 (40 ') is also designed as a blade contact, as shown in FIG. 3, and serves as an overrun contact in the rest position of the contact selector. The front part of the contact arm with the soldering lug 41 (41 ') is spread apart and the two parts 45 (45') and 46 (46 ') spread perpendicularly to the plane of the arm.
As already mentioned above, this contact arm then serves as a power supply contact. In the threaded bushes 9 (9 ') screws 10 (10') are used, which makes it possible to connect the connecting wires in Fig. 7: 63 ', 63 ", 6-0'", 64 ', 64 ", 64" ', 65', 65 ", 65" 'of the command relay (in Fig. 7: 62', 62 ", 62" ') to any of the ten main contacts 13 (13') of the contact ring 51 (51 ') in a simple manner Way to connect.
In practical operation, this has the advantage that, for example, when using the contact selector in a remote control receiver, it is possible to assign the command switch to any command group on site with a few simple steps and without switching off the mains voltage.
The schematic diagram of FIG. 7 is only intended to explain the electrical function of the contact selector. As soon as the control relay 58 is energized as a result of a first Steuerimpul ses occurring at the terminals 59 and 59 ', the so-called start pulse, the contacts 61' and 61 "are closed, whereby the motor of the contact shown in Fig. 7 in its rest position selector receives voltage from the mains terminals 60 and 60 '.
This start pulse only lasts until the voter has started and thus the contact arms 12 and 12 'are driven forward clockwise so that the contacts 15 (15') and 16 (16 ') of the Ab adjusting devices 53 and 53' are closed , causing the motor to hold voltage even when relay 58 is not energized. Since the Abstellv device 53 is held by the insulating piece 11 of the contact arm 12, the contact 15 and l.6 are interrupted after a complete cycle of the contact arm 12.
In the case of the Abstellvorriehtung 53 'against, which is electrically connected in parallel to the storage device 53, the contacts 15' and 16 'are only opened when the contact arm 12' has performed a complete cycle. As a result, the drive motor receives during all this time, that is, for twelve revolutions of the contact arm 12 of the single wreath and for one revolution of the con tact arm 12 'of the tens wreath voltage.
If, after a first start impulse has started the motor of the contact selector, a remote control command is to be carried out, according to the pulse interval method used here, the so-called control commands follow at certain times after the start command Activate the main contacts of the one and the ten contact ring connected toggle relay 62 ', 62 "and 62"' according to the command. The common conductors 65 ', 65 "and 65"' are each connected to a contact of the ten ring, the conductors 63 ', 63 "and 63 or 64', 64" and 64 "' connected to the wreath of one.
The selector combination described it makes it possible to get contact rings to ten main contacts whose outer dimensions are limited by a circle with a diameter of about 80 mm. Voter levels with these dimensions require little space and can easily be built into small devices. The contact rings are simple and do not cause any difficulties in production with regard to the insulating frame, as is the case with large-diameter selectors. The contact selector, gearbox and motor can easily be inserted as a compact unit in the control unit and exchanged if necessary.
The embodiment mentioned is to be understood only as an example. So it is conceivable that only a small number of control commands have to be executed, e.g. $. total twenty. Then it is not necessary to use a set-off gear. Instead, with the same configuration of the contact wreaths, the two contact arms on the same drive axle are offset from one another in such a way that when one contact arm sweeps over a blade contact, the other contact arm is in the gap between two blade contacts. Of course, it would mean the same thing if the contact rings were arranged offset instead of the contact arms, which in practice would, however, be much more complicated.
More than ten main blade contacts could also be attached to a contact ring. The outwardly protruding side of the contact knife does not necessarily need to be equipped with threaded bushings, but other connecting tabs could also be used. The Abstellvorriehtung could also be realized by means of a contact operated by a cam.
