Lichtstarkes photographisches Objektiv.

Fast photographic lens. The present invention relates to a high-speed photographic lens, consisting of four elements standing in the air, two of which are arranged on either side of the aperture, which is enclosed by two hollow surfaces, the two members including the aperture (II and III) are composed of two individual elements of opposite strength signs, while the outer links (I and IV) consist of collecting individual lenses.
The present invention aims to illuminate a large field of view of the lens even with high relative openings while maintaining the good image properties of the above-described object with individual outer lenses. For this purpose, the lens according to the invention is characterized by a choice of glass such that on the one hand the arithmetic mean of the refractive indices of all converging lenses is significantly greater than 1.66 and on the other hand that of the diaphragm on the side with the shorter beam length subsequent diverging lens at the point of the narrowest beam constriction,
in relation to the parallel auxiliary beam, and consists of a glass whose refractive index is both significantly smaller than 1.63 and at the same time is more than 0.050 smaller than the aforementioned mean of the refractive index of all converging lenses. Here and in the following, the refractive indices of the glasses are always related to the d-line of the helium spectrum with a wavelength of 5876 AU.
It has been shown to be useful if the refractive indices of the lenses of the lens elements following the diaphragm on the side of the shorter radiation distance increase from the diaphragm in such a way that the increase in the refractive index is significantly greater than 0.0375 from lens to lens.
The combination of such a gradation of the refractive indices of the glasses of the rear members with the choice of glass according to the present invention enables an increase in the image performance of such lenses, especially with regard to their coma correction. This can be further promoted by the fact that the radii of curvature within the lens are dimensioned in such a way that the sum of the radii of the two outer surfaces (Rs and Rio), hollow towards the diaphragm and facing away from the diaphragm, of this diaphragm on the side of the shorter radiation width subsequent lens elements (III and IV)
is significantly larger than 180% of the radius (R1) of the area, which is also hollow towards the diaphragm and delimits the objective on the side of the longer radiation distance on the outside, which is referred to as the front face of the objective in terms of photographic photography.
Insofar as the expression is clearly used here and in the following to emphasize a difference to a given value, this should always mean that the deviation from this value should be at least:
for refractive indices 5 units of the fourth decimal, for refractive index differences 0.5% of the numerical difference amount, for radius relations 0.5%.
In. In the accompanying drawing, FIG. 1 shows the general designation scheme for the lens.
In Fig.'2 an example Ausfüh approximately form of the lens according to the present invention is shown, in which the two multi-part inner members II and III are formed as cement members. This lens, shown in the axial section, is intended for the purpose of photography and has a relative aperture of 1: 2, in which the total clearing covers a field of 60, based on the image of an object at infinity.
