Zwirnmaschine.
Twisting machine. The present invention relates to a twisting machine. Twisting machines are known in various designs, they usually claim a lot of space. The bobbin moves in the longitudinal axis, while the thread guide is moved by a reversing spindle lying outside, parallel to the basket axis.
The twisting machine according to the invention is characterized by a twisting basket, in which a hollow reversing spindle is coaxially angeord net, which moves a thread guide in the twisting basket axially back and forth with respect to an axially fixed bobbin, with a shaft carrying the bobbin centrally penetrating the reversing shaft , which carries the planet gears of a planetary gear that connects the thread basket, the reversing shaft and the bobbin shaft.
The machine is expediently driven by an electric motor equipped with a pole-changing switch via a continuously variable transmission, which parts are advantageously installed in the foot of the machine housing.
In known twisting machines, the thread guide is driven by an outside of the twist basket axis, parallel to the twist basket shaft lying lowing reversing spindle.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is game of the subject invention in a parallel perspective in its essential parts schematically, partially in section ver illustrative. In a machine housing, not shown in the drawing, a hollow shaft designed as a main shaft 1 is mounted, which carries the twisting basket 2. The main shaft 1 is driven by a countershaft 3 through a V-belt 4 via V-belt pulleys 5 and 6.
The countershaft 3 is driven by a belt 8 guided over a belt pulley 7 wedged onto it from a continuously variable transmission, which is driven by an electric motor with a pole-changing switch installed in the machine base. The pole changer enables the machine to be started up in both directions of rotation. In the twisting drum 2, two tubular guides 10, which are arranged symmetrically with respect to the main shaft and which are arranged symmetrically with respect to the main shaft, have two tubular guides 11 against the axis of the twisting basket guided longitudinally, of which one is used.
These each have a thread guide roller 12 at their free ends and are fastened with their other ends to arms 13 which rest on the reversing shaft 16 by means of sliding pieces 14 arranged at their inner ends. The upper slide has a tongue 14 ', which the latter engages in a reversing groove 15 of the inverting shaft 16. The reversing shaft 16 is designed as a hollow shaft and concentrically in the main shaft 1, which is formed by hollow hubs seated on the thread basket 2, Gela Gert.
A spool shaft 27 is mounted concentrically in the reversing shaft, on whose inner end the spool 18 is plugged so that it can be easily replaced. 19 is a seat on the spool of the driver pin, which engages in a cut from a driver plate 20 seated on the spool shaft. The bobbin shaft 17 is driven by a drive belt 21 via the pulley 22, 23. On the main shaft 1 sits a ring 25 provided with internal teeth.
On a flange 28 of the reversing shaft 16 Pla designated wheels 27 (in the drawing for the sake of simplicity only one is drawn) are each rotatably mounted on an axis, which mesh with the internal ring gear 24 of the disk 2'5. The planet gears 27 also mesh with a gear 29 which is keyed on the reel shaft 17. Concentrically in the main shaft 1, a feed shaft 30 is also rotatably mounted, which is formed as a hollow shaft, and through which the thread 40 is introduced into the twisting drum.
The countershaft 3 has a known per se, variable speed drive. The disc 33 is in motion connection with a white direct, not specifically shown gear ratio change gear, so that the rotation of the feed shaft 30 can be varied independently. 34 is a twisting nozzle axially upstream of the feed shaft and 35 is a dividing screen that is fixedly arranged at a distance in front of the twisting nozzle on the machine housing.
On the inside of the front face of the twisting basket 2, a feed roller 36 having a plurality of wedge grooves on the circumference is attached to the front feed shaft 30. Symmetrical to this are on the inside of the front end wall of the twist basket on the circumference also provided with splines diverting rollers 37 on axes 38 rotatably Gela Gert. In the front mouth of the guides 10 is a thread guide roller 39 ge superimposed. The threads coming from the distributor screen 35 and introduced through the twisting nozzle 34 combine in the feed shaft 30 to form a thread 40.
This is first passed over one of the diverting rollers 37 and then several times in succession over the feed roller 36 and the diverting rollers 37. The thread is then passed through the longitudinal slot 9 of a guide 10 via the thread guide roller 39 and the thread guide roller 12 of the thread guide onto the bobbin.
The pitch, i.e. the pitch of the thread, always remains the same. This is an advantage of the design. If the number of revolutions of the bobbin shaft becomes slower as the diameter of the spool increases, the number of revolutions of the reversing spindle is reduced to the same extent via the planetary gear, which ensures the constant rise.
The bobbin 18 must be driven so that the twisted material that is released from the feed roller 36 is recorded who can. The drive takes place via feed drive 21 to 23. The term feed drive is chosen because the bobbin runs in front of the twisting basket. By more or less strong tensioning of the belt 21, which connects the parts 22 and 23, by means of a tensioning roller, not shown, the thread train can be more or less strong. The pulley 23 runs namely at constan ter speed and the pulley 22, wel che sits on the spool shaft, runs slower and slower with increasing reel diameter.
The difference between these numbers of revolutions is caused by the belt slip.
When the machine is started up, the twisting basket 2, the bobbin 18 and the feed roller 36 rotate in the same direction of rotation at different speeds. The thread, which is introduced into the twisting basket through the hollow feed roller and twisted in this way at a certain speed, is guided onto the bobbin via guide and feed rollers and the thread guide rollers 39 and 12.
Through the planetary gear 24, 27, 29 a constant gear ratio between twisting basket 2 and reversing shaft 16 on the one hand and between this and the bobbin shaft 17 on the other hand is achieved. A tensioning roller acting on the flat belt 21, not shown in the drawing, forms a kind of advance brake which, in a manner known per se, reduces the speed of the bobbin by slipping the flat belt 21.
The drive of the thread guide from the bobbin shaft should enable a uniform rise (pitch) of the wound thread regardless of the constantly growing bobbin diameter.
The reversing shaft 16 is connected by the planetary gear on the one hand to the twisting basket and on the other hand to the bobbin shaft. The speed of the reversing spindle results accordingly from the difference between the different numbers of revolutions of the basket and the spool shaft. The purpose of this is to ensure that the thread is evenly wound up,
regardless of the constantly growing coil diameter. The spool shaft is therefore stored in the reversing spindle and the latter is coaxial with the twisting basket. The spool shaft is also hollow; the securing rod for the coil is guided through it.
Because the bobbin rotates in place and the thread guide is moved axially back and forth, better utilization of the bobbin space, extensive suppression of non-uniform thread movement and thus constancy of the adhesion to the feed roller is achieved, so that an extremely uniform twisted material is produced. The continuously variable transmission is built into the machine base together with the electric motor and pole-changing switch.
When changing the rotational speed of the disc 33, the speed of the feed shaft 30 and the roller 36 will change and the latter caused a more or less strong twisting of the twisted material.
The feed roller is driven via the feed shaft and the disks 32, 33. Because this roller 36 rotates a little faster. as the twisting basket, the thread is drawn. If the number of revolutions of the feed roller is changed by means of a speed change gear while the speed of the twisting basket remains constant, the thread feed also changes, and consequently also the twist.
In other words: less feed - more rotation, or vice versa: more feed = less rotation. If, for example, 1 meter of twisted material is transported in 1800 tours of the basket, the same receives 1800 rotations in this meter; but if 10 m of material happen at the same time, distribute these 1800 revolutions over 10 m, consequently we only get 180 revolutions per meter.
At each speed of the thread is drawn in the same way on the parts 36, 38 and 39, the concentrically interlocking order of the waves in the axis of the thread basket allows better use of the bobbin space. The connection of the shafts by the planetary gear means that uneven thread movements are largely suppressed and the adhesion to the feed roller remains constant, so that an extremely uniform twisted material is produced.
The planetary gear causes a constant transmission ratio between the twisting basket and reversing shaft on the one hand and between this and the shafts carrying the bobbin on the other.
The twisting machine described is suitable for all twisting work, such as the production of twine, decorative cord, the processing of cotton, cellulose, hemp, nylon, paper, etc.
