Arrangement for the radial relief of magnetically axially relieved bearings, especially for electricity meters, from radial forces exerted on the armature.
With electricity meters, especially those with a heavy armature, the bearings can be relieved magnetically. Usually one is content with a partial relief so that the anchor is still safely guided. It is disadvantageous that the magnet system used for relief does. If the armature shaft drifts slightly out of the symmetrical position, radial forces exert additional stress on the meter bearings.
The invention makes beneficial use of these otherwise disruptive radial forces to relieve the load on the bearings. According to the invention, the armature shaft is arranged asymmetrically to the relieving magnetic system in such a way that the radial forces exerted by the magnet system on the shaft counteract the radial forces exerted on the armature by the drive and braking magnet of the payer. In this way, the counter bearings are at least partially relieved of load radially; in particular, it is possible to make the radial forces disappear for a specific load point on the counter.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
A cylindrical bar magnet 2, which consists of high-performance permanent magnet material, is attached to an armature shaft 1 of an electricity meter. Below it is a hollow cylindrical lIa; net 3 fixed on the counter frame. Both magnets @ 2, 3 face each other with the poles N of the same name and partially relieve the lower bearing by repelling them. The armature shaft 1 with the magnet 2 is mounted somewhat eccentrically with respect to the axis of the magnet 3. This results in a radial force acting in the direction of arrow 4.
This radial force counteracts the resultant 67 (FIG. 2) of the radial forces 60, 70 exerted on the armature 5 by a drive magnet 7 and a brake magnet 6. In Fig. 2 the parts 6, 7 are arranged diametrically. If they are offset by 90 spatially, a force plan according to FIG. 3 results.
PATENT CLAIM:
Arrangement for radial relief like axially relieved bearings, in particular for electricity meters, from radial forces exerted on the armature, characterized in that the armature shaft (1) with the magnet arranged on it is arranged eccentrically to the relieving magnet system (3) that the The resulting radial forces exerted on the armature (1) counteract the radial forces exerted on the armature (5) by the drive (7) and brake magnet (6) of the meter.
