Arrangement for attaching devices to a hanging board. Hanging boards for attaching devices, such as those found in the electricity area as so-called meter tableaux, should be used to attach devices with different dimensions in this regard, as can be seen from the diversity of the devices themselves, for example electricity meters and overload switches, as well the different unit of the makes results, equally suitable and there are efforts to normalize such hanging boards for certain areas of application.
Being bound to certain arrangements of the fastening means on the various devices in question requires the arrangement of a large number of fastening points on the hanging panel, that is to say according to the known screw connection type of a large number of threaded holes. Since the suspension panels are made of insulating material, the threaded holes in question are cut into pieces of metal inserted into the panel, and this requires considerable expenditure in terms of material, time and money, so that the number of attachment points on r- arises , to reduce the hanging board to a minimum.
But this again requires for devices whose dimensions referring to the attachment to a hanging board on the board are not taken into account, Zwischenver connecting members, for example in the form of boards that the board and the device must have corresponding hole sets, which in turn are expensive and the Mounting the device on the board is difficult.
The purpose of the present invention is to create an arrangement which avoids the disadvantages described and which allows easier attachment of different devices in the dimensions in question on a hanging board.
According to the invention, the arrangement for fastening devices to a suspension panel is characterized in that the same elongated holes are arranged in the suspension panel for fastening the devices to one another, and that screwing means with a transverse head that fits into the elongated holes are provided for fastening the devices and means, The one transverse securing of the transverse head with respect to the elongated holes is also built in such a way that the screw means attached to a device with transverse heads placed parallel to the elongated holes can be inserted through the relevant elongated holes and then tightened,
at which tightening the cross heads are dragged C by friction and look behind the elongated holes until the cross position securing means are activated and then the device and the hanging board are pressed together.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows in schematic form the hanging board and a jti17tibi. # Ingeiide "3 cerät; FIG. 2 shows a section through a connection point between the device and board at the moment when the two parts are connected, on a larger scale; 3 shows a view from the right of FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows a detailed variant, seen in perspective.
In the existing insulating material on hanging board 1 elongated holes 2, 2a are provided, each of which corresponds to a part of the holes of the order of the fasteners of devices intended for the board. An overload switch 3 is assumed as such a device according to the illustration. This has three connection points, which correspond to those 2a of the elongated holes in the suspension board 1.
At the connection points of the circuit breaker 3, a through hole 4 is provided, which has a shoulder 5 . 6 is the threaded shaft of a screw S, which has a transverse head at one end > 7 owns. Towards the transverse head 7, the threaded shaft 6 has a neck 8 of the same transverse dimension as the transverse head, and the transverse head 7 fits into the elongated holes 2, 2a. 9 is a screw nut that fits onto the thread of the shaft 6 and is provided on one end face with a slot 10 which is used for inserting a screwdriver.
On the back of the suspension board 1 are near the elongated holes 2, 2a wart-like protrusions 11 provided, one each seen from the rear of the board, top right and bottom left of the elongated hole 2, 12a, (Fig. :.
Slots 12 in the panel 1 are used for cable bushings. To fasten the overload switch 3, such a screw S is inserted into each of the three through holes 4 provided on it from its rear side and then a screw nut 9 is inserted from the front of the switch the hole 4, with the slot 10 facing the front, is inserted and screwed onto the threaded shaft 6 with a few turns using a screwdriver inserted into the slot 10.
With screw nuts 9 resting on the shoulder 5 and the oblong holes 2, 2a parallel placed transverse heads 7, the overload switch ':) is then moved against the suspension board 1. that the transverse heads 7 enter the oblong holes corresponding to their arrangement, which in the exemplary embodiment, as mentioned, those are 2a. The length of the threaded shaft 6 with the neck 8 is so great that when the holder 33 is placed on the hanging board 1 and the mentioned dimension of the </ When the nuts 9 are screwed on, the transverse heads 7 protrude slightly from the back of the panel 1, but with regard to their rotation in the area of the projections 11 , L, C (Fig. 2).
If the buttocks 9 are now pulled on, the transverse heads 7 are initially taken along by rotating the thread friction until they hit the projections 11, that is, they are secured transversely behind the holes 2a (FIG. 3 dash-dotted). By continuing to turn the nuts 9, the threaded shafts 6 with the transverse heads 7 are then pulled on, thereby pressing the switch and panel 1 together, that is, the overload switch C% is attached to the suspension panel 1.
To release the switch 11) from the panel 1, the nuts 9 are rotated in the opposite direction, whereby sieve. Detach the transverse heads 7 from the board 1 and again stop at the projections 11, now from the other side, parallel to the elongated holes 2a, so that the switch 3 from the board < B> 1 can be deducted.
The transverse securing of the transverse heads 7 can also be achieved by a profile deviating from a flat surface on the suspension panel 1 and possibly the transverse heads 7 by, as FIG. 4 illustrates, at the elongated hole 21 (or 2a) of the panel. on the back of opposite recesses Ver with stop surfaces 13 are provided. If the transverse heads 7 are rotated when tightening the nuts 9 , then they hit the abutment surfaces 13 -Lind will slide on these without further rotation in the Panel 1- C pulled and secured in the transverse position.
In order not to adversely affect the stability of the suspension panel and the depressions, the panel can be thickened at the points where the elongated holes are located.
The transverse heads could also be roof-shaped on the sides facing the board. and corresponding recesses could be provided in the panel 1, so that when the transverse heads 7 are rotated, they enter the recesses and are thus secured against further rotation.
The deposition between the thread of the shaft 6 and the neck 8 prevents the thread shaft from falling backwards through the table 1 if the nut 9 is mistakenly unscrewed from the threaded shaft 6 when the device is loosened from the hanging board could, because the offset of the threaded part of the shaft 6 has a larger outer diameter than the holes 2,: _a are wide.
The arrangement described eliminates the need to use metal parts in the hanging board.
