Description
Method for the production of a plastering compound. The present invention relates to a method for producing a wall plastering compound, which is characterized in that water, soft soap, linseed oil and at least one oil varnish are mixed together, the mixture is boiled, then turpentine oil is added and the emulsion obtained is mixed with a chalk flour , Marble powder, plaster of paris and fibrous material are mixed together.
As fibrous materials come for example cellulose, in particular made of wood, such as sulfite cellulose, cork wool, etc., into consideration. Of course, other fibrous materials than those listed can also be used, as well as a mixture of different fibrous materials.
Example: A. To prepare 100 kg of emulsion, 24 kg of water, 12 kg of soft soap, 16 kg of linseed oil and 24 kg of colored oil varnish are intimately mixed in a heatable vessel and cooked with constant stirring, resulting in a compact, when cooled down Condition results in a tough and kneadable mass. This mass is diluted with 24 kg of turpentine oil while kneading and stirring, creating a well-flowing emulsion. B. For the production of 100 kg filling mass, 47 kg chalk flour 23 kg marble powder 10 kg model plaster and 20 kg fiber mixture (containing wood, paper, textile fibers are intimately mixed in a mixer.
From the emulsion explained under A. 50 kg are then mixed with 100 kg of filling compound according to B with the gradual addition of the latter in a mixer until an evenly mixed, loose mass of paste-like consistency is formed, which can be processed in a known manner.
For example, the mass obtained in this way is applied to the bare wall in the desired thickness and the surface is given the desired shape. The wall plaster has an insulating effect and is characterized in particular by its complete dimensional stability during processing and after drying due to its hardness and thus high resistance to wiping and washability, with a simultaneously aesthetically pleasing warm appearance.
