Fig. 4- bnv.
Air distribution device, in particular for ventilation, air heating and air conditioning systems. In the previous air distributors of ventilation, air conditioning and air conditioning systems, the air was let out through a grid-like distributor housing.
In certain designs there are adjustable flaps arranged in one plane near the distributor housing, which are used to regulate the draft and to determine the outlet direction.
However, these do not always allow the desired adaptation to local conditions or, in particular, the desired distribution to the places of use in order to achieve the highest possible effect.
According to the invention, the air distribution device forming the subject of the present invention, in particular for ventilation, air heating and air conditioning systems, looks like linear guide elements arranged one behind the other in two groups,
which are rotatably mounted in a feed frame and can be brought into different positions independently of one another for the purpose of changing the discharge direction. The feed frame shows. Circumferentially holding means for fixing in a stationary receiving part, and the guiding organs of one group cross those of the other group.
: 1nf of the accompanying drawing shows the object of the invention in an exemplary embodiment. And it shows:
Fig. 1. A front view of the Luftvertei lers, fin. '? a look at Fi-. 7 with guide vanes set in the direction of the axis of the Ausst.römöffung @, Fig. 3 is a plan view with a wider stray field
Fig. 4- bnv. ö a vertical tendon groove through the distributor parallel to the outflow opening with horizontal or very close to the top of the pounding outflow.
The embodiment of the air distributor shown in the drawing has a rectangular lining frame 1 made of sheet steel.
In the front part of the frame opening are vertical guide blades \? individually rotatably adjustable by vertical eye bolts riveted into the frame (# @ mounted. In the rear part of the rim opening, horizontal guide vanes are mounted 4-um riveted horizontal eye bolts ö individually adjustable.
The guide lamellae of both groups are double-walled and only under> r conquering, one. certain frictional resistance rotatable on their Aehsbolzen.
The guide lamellae each consist of a bent metal sheet, they taper from their rotating neck near the free rear end, and the lugs are located in their rear ends, formed by the bends. Thanks to their double-walled design, they are very stable against bending.
The frame 1 has ain the circumference above and below to the outside standing sheet metal angle 6, through which a secure hold of the air distribution frame in the air outlet opening 7 of the wall 8 is achieved. The frame 1 is cemented into the opening r in a countersunk position. The protruding over the frame edge 9 of the opening is rounded, so that the air outlet opening has a clean appearance that is adapted to today's design.
Thanks to the adjustability of each individual guide lamella, the direction of the air flow can be set favorably depending on the height of the outflow opening and taking into account the space available, thus achieving the best possible efficiency. The scattering field of the air flow can be influenced both in the vertical and in the horizontal direction, as is illustrated by the examples in FIGS. 3 and 5. It is thereby possible to mount in place of a room where the appearance of the latter is not disturbed.
Even if they are arranged in more hidden places in the room, an excellent distribution of the air can be achieved by adjusting the guide blades accordingly.
The air distribution device described also has a simple and inexpensive design and allows for an adaptation to modern interior design in its installation.
The device can also be walled into a wall in another suitable manner, the front of the feed frame could also be flush with respect to the neighboring wall surface. The assembly in the wall could of course also be done by other suitable fastening means known to see.
