Bautrockenofen.
Construction drying oven. The invention relates to a building dry oven with a fuel basket whose: jacket forms a grid, with a spacing around giving closed jacket and with means to allow the backflow of part of the combustion gases in the combustion chamber, and it consists in that the space between Basket and jacket is divided into chambers by vertically arranged partitions, from which the heating gases are directed to their destination.
In this case, at least one of these chambers can be closed with a collection hood for the heating gases that is removably attached to the partition walls of the chamber, and this hood can be equipped with a connector for connecting a pipeline. In such a furnace, the hot gases contain sufficient carbon dioxide to accelerate the setting process, for example of lime mortar. The gases emerging from the side of the basket have such a strong buoyancy due to their high temperature that even in long approach pipelines a relatively strong flow is achieved.
In order to bring the hot gases safely to the drying point even with moderate operation of the furnace provided with one or more hoods of the type mentioned, one or more connected to a wind generator with their upper end can be used to accelerate the flow of heating gas between the mesh basket and the jacket the hoods protruding blow lines can be arranged, the upper ends of which are expediently formed by removable nozzles attached to the tubes of these lines.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example; 1 shows an axial section through a construction drying oven according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of one half of the oven according to FIG. 1 with the hoods removed and FIG. 3 a side view of the upper part of the furnace according to FIG. 1.
The drawing shows a building drying oven with backflow of part of the combustion gases with the flue closed. These ovens are particularly effective in generating a high proportion of carbonic acid in the hot gases emerging from the side of the basket.
The furnace has a round, the fuel, z. B. coke, receiving basket, whose 'shell 1 forms a grid and the bottom is formed by a rotating grate 2. Below half of the rotating grate is a chamber 3. Above the basket is closed by a hood 4. The hood 4 and the chamber 3 are connected via a return flow line 5 in Ver. The flue leading to the chimney or outside can be connected to a nozzle 6 of the return flow line. The trigger can be locked by a flap, not shown.
The basket is surrounded at a certain distance by a closed sheet metal jacket 7, which is supported by four supports 8, the lower ends of which form the feet of the furnace. A ring 9 runs around the jacket 7 above the supports 8. Struts 10, which hold the grate, sit on the nozzle 8.
The space between the basket shell 1 and the shell 7 is divided by vertically arranged sheets 11, which give the basket shell its hold. The partitions 11 can also be attached to the metal sheets of the means 7 alone. The basket shell 1 is then supported in another way, for. B. by profile iron that sit on your outer support frame.
During operation, the combustion gases rising from the embers into the hood 4 are normally subjected to a combustion process again via the pipeline 5, so that any remaining. Burn carbon dioxide gases to carbonic acid. The carbonic acid-enriched, but carbon-oxide-free combustion gases emerge from the side of the basket, rise in the space between the basket shell 1 and the shell 7 and so get into the room to be treated.
If a more distant point is to be charged with hot gases, then, for example, a section of the Ralunes formed by two partitions 11 between the basket shell. 1 and jacket 7 closed at the top by a collection or discharge hood 12 that can be placed on the partition walls of the chamber. The collecting hood is adapted to the shape of the department in such a way that all gases rising in this department are captured.
The Sainel hood has a nozzle 13 for attaching a pipeline 14. Each chamber can be assigned its own collection hood.
Between the basket shell 1 and shell 7, one or more blow lines 15, 16, which are closed to a wind generator, are arranged, which are shown in dashed lines in the drawing, but can also run in turns, deviating from the illustration. The upper ends of the blow lines expediently consist of nozzles 16 attached or attachable to the tubes 15 of these lines and project in the direction of flow into the connection 13 of the respective attached discharge hood 12.
If air is blown through the pipe 15, it heats up as it passes through the pipe 15 and accelerates the gas heating current in the pipe 14 when it exits the nozzle 13. In this way, ge is sure to get carbonated dry air to the distant ones and place to be dried out. This measure makes the stove suitable for drying several rooms and even entire small apartments.
The partition walls 11 can of course be arranged in such a way that several appropriately shaped collecting hoods 12 can be placed on the furnace. The invention is also not limited to construction ovens with a round basket. It can also be used on stoves with differently shaped fuel baskets.
It can also be advantageous to manufacture the collecting hood 12 from one piece with a sheet of the jacket 7, which is composed of several sheets, and with the boundary walls 11 of the chamber associated with this hood. During assembly, this piece is then removably screwed to the support frame. If necessary, the collecting hood can also be equipped with a deflector for the heating gases which rise from the departments not covered by the collecting hood.
Such a deflection body is indicated in Fig. 1 in dashed lines.
