Description
Shock-absorbing bearing for watchmaking mobile. The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing bearing for a timepiece mobile. This bearing is characterized by the fact that the counter-pivot is of a diameter smaller than that of the bearing, and by the fact that the counter-pivot is mounted in a spring fixed to the bearing support, this spring taking, in addition, support on the outer face of the net cushion. .
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention and a variant.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of a bearing in the rest position.
Fig. 2 is another axial section in the working position.
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the spring, and FIG. 4 is a section through a detail of a variant, on a larger scale.
The bearing shown comprises a support 1 fixed to a cock 2 by means of a key 3. This support serves at the same time as a cock, the racket designated by 4 being mounted around it. A pierced stone 5, forming a cous sinet, is mounted in a chaton 6 having two bearing surfaces, one flat, designated by 7, the other oblique, designated by 8, resting on the support 1. The pierced stone is surmounted by a counter-pivot stone 9, of much smaller diameter, clamped between tabs 10a of a spring 10.
These lan guettes are cut in the spring 10 and folded in a direction parallel to the axis of the bearing, their end resting on the outer face of the pierced stone. The spring 10 comprises a central part 10b and two branches in an arc of a circle 10th , the ends of which have heels 10d penetrating into a housing of the support 1, housing comprising an annular internal groove 11 and a entry 15. Notches 12 made in the heels 10d of the spring allow it to be grasped with tweezers and to arm it radially in order to put it in place or remove it, by passing it through the entry 15 of the housing.
The openings made in the spring 10 by the cutting of the tabs allow the bearing to be oiled. Oil is introduced through these openings, flows along the tabs and reaches the pad.
The tongues could be replaced by an annular sleeve surrounding the counter-pivot stone and obtained by stamping. .
In the variant fig. 4, the spring comprises a flat part 13 and a sleeve 14 crimped on this flat part and containing the counter-pivot stone 9 located back, the edge of the sleeve resting on the outer face of the pierced stone.
