Hundehalsband mit Leine und Aufwickeleinrichtung.
Bis jetzt war es üblich, dass Hundehals ) and und Leine getrennte Gegenstände sind, welche east im Bedarfsfalle miteinander in Verbindung gebracht werden. Es hat dies den Nachteil, dass die Leine stets mitgeführt tverden muss und im 13edarfsfalle oft nieht zur Hand ist. Dieser Nachteil wird durch die vorlegende Erfindung beseitigt.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfinldun, ist ein fiundehalsband mit Leine und Aufwiekelein- richtung. Gemϯ der Erfindung weist die Aufwickeleinrichtung eine Feder auf, welche beim : lbwickeln der Leine gespannt wird.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus- f hrungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt TX'ig. 1 einen Schnitt,
Fig. 2 die Aufwickelvorrich@ung in Seiten- ansicht und
Fig. 3 einen Grundriss ohne Deekel.
Das Halsband besteht aus zwei Bändern l und 2, deren eine Enden wie üblich vermittels der Schnalle 3 loubar miteinander verhunden werden können. Die beiden Bänder 1 und 2 sind mit Schlaufen 4 und 5 an je einem Henkel 6 bzw. 7 des Gehäuses 8, einer Aufwickelvorrichtung befestigt. Die Achse 9 ist unten in der Mitte des zVlindrisehen, oben offenen Gehäuses 8 vernietet. Ein das GehÏuse 8 oben abschliessender Deckel 11 ist vermitteks der Schraube 10 befestigt. Anf der Achse 9 ist ein Federhams 14 mit der Auf- wickelscheibe 12 drehbar gelagert. Im Federhaus 12 ist eine Spiralfeder 15 mit einem Ende an der Achse 9 und mit dem andern Ende am Federhaus 14 befestigt.
Auf der Aufwickelscheibe 12 ist die Leine 16 aufwickelbar, welche durci eine Öffnung 17 in der Wandung des Gehäuses 8 hinaustritt und an ihrem Ende mit dem Anschlag 18 und dem Griffring 19 versehen ist. Die Feder 15 hat das Bestreben die Leine 16 aufzuwickeln. Bei der Öffnung 17 ist am Gehäuse 8 vermittels zweier Nieten 20 der eine Sehenkel einer Uförmigen Feder 21 befestigt, deren anderer Schenkel mit dem einen Arm 23 eines Klemmhebels 22 verbunden ist.
Der andere Arm 24 des Klemmhebels 22 ist an der Vorderseite 25 mit Zähnen versehen und wird von der
Feder 21 in die Öffnung 17 gedrückt. Dadurch wird erreieht, dass seine Vorderseite 25 auf die die Öffnung 17 durchsetzende Leine 16 drückt.
Bei Niehtgebraueh der Leine ist diese nnter Wirkung der Feder 15 auf der Auf- wickelseheibe 12 aufgerollt. Das Hineinziehen des Griff ringes 19 in das Gehäuse 8 wird durch den Ansehlag 18 verhindert, der einer seits gegen den Hebel 22 und anderseits gegen den Rand der Öffnung 17 ansteht. Im aufgewickelten Zustand der Leine ist demnach der Griffring 19 au¯erhalb des Gehäuses 8.
Soll die Leine nun verwendet werden, so ge nügt es, den Griffring 19 zu erfassen und die Leine entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 15 unter Verdrehung der Aufwickelscheibe 12 aus dem Gehäuse 8 auszuziehen. Durch die Berührung des Armes 24 des Klemmhebels 22 mit der Leine 16 wird während dieses Vor- ganges der Klemmhebel 22 aus seiner in Fig. 3 dargestellten Sperrstellung im Uhrzeigersinn verschwenkt und ausser Sperrstellung gebracht, so da¯ die Leine herausgezogen werden kann. Ist die Leine 16 auf die gewünschte Länge ausgezogen, so lϯt man sich die Leine muter Wirkung der Feder 15 um ein kleines Stüek wieder aufwickeln.
Durch thèse Bewegung der Leine 16 wird der Arm 24 des Sperrhebels 22 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn versehwenkt, so dass die Vorderseite 25 die Leine 1 gegen den Rand der Íffnung 17 presst, und so ein weiteres Aufwickeln verhindert. Der Sperrhebel 22 hat damit die Sperrstellung erreicht und die Leine 10 ist blockiert.
Soll die Leine ganzlich aufgewickelt werden, so genügt es, den Arm 23 des Sperrhebels 22 entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 21 gegen das Gehänse 8 Zll drücken, was zur Folge hat, dass der Arm 24 aus der Sperrstellung verschwenkt wird und die Leine unter Wirkung der Feder 15 auf- gewickelt wird, bis der Ansehlag 18 am Hebelarm 24 und dem Rand des Gehäuses bei der Öffnung 17 ansteht. Damit ist die Leine versorgt.
Beim erfindungsgemässen Hundehalsband bleibt die Leine stets mit dem lIalsband verbunden und kann zum Zwecke des Gebrauches jederzeit auf die erforderliche Länge ausgezogen oder wieder versorgt werden. Der Deckel 11 kann als Namensplakette verwendet werden.

Up until now it was customary for the dog's neck and leash to be separate items which east can be connected to each other if necessary. This has the disadvantage that the line always has to be carried with you and is often not at hand in case of need. This disadvantage is eliminated by the present invention.
The subject of the present invention is a fiund collar with a leash and a winder device. According to the invention, the winding device has a spring which is tensioned when the leash is wound.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely TX'ig shows. 1 a section,
2 shows the winding device in a side view and
3 shows a floor plan without a cover.
The collar consists of two straps 1 and 2, one ends of which can be releasably connected to one another by means of the buckle 3 as usual. The two bands 1 and 2 are fastened with loops 4 and 5 to a handle 6 or 7 of the housing 8, a winding device. The axis 9 is riveted at the bottom in the middle of the zVlindriehen housing 8 open at the top. A cover 11 that closes off the housing 8 at the top is fastened in the middle of the screw 10. At the beginning of the axle 9, a spring ham 14 is rotatably mounted with the winding disc 12. In the barrel 12, a coil spring 15 is attached to the axle 9 at one end and to the barrel 14 at the other end.
The line 16 can be wound up on the winding disc 12 and exits through an opening 17 in the wall of the housing 8 and is provided at its end with the stop 18 and the grip ring 19. The spring 15 tends to wind up the line 16. At the opening 17, one leg of a U-shaped spring 21 is attached to the housing 8 by means of two rivets 20, the other leg of which is connected to the one arm 23 of a clamping lever 22.
The other arm 24 of the clamping lever 22 is provided with teeth on the front 25 and is of the
Spring 21 pressed into opening 17. It is thereby achieved that its front side 25 presses on the line 16 passing through the opening 17.
When the line is not used, it is rolled up on the winding disk 12 under the action of the spring 15. The pulling of the handle ring 19 into the housing 8 is prevented by the Ansehlag 18, which is pending on the one hand against the lever 22 and on the other hand against the edge of the opening 17. When the line is wound up, the grip ring 19 is accordingly outside the housing 8.
If the leash is now to be used, it is sufficient to grasp the grip ring 19 and pull the leash against the action of the spring 15 by rotating the winding disc 12 from the housing 8. By the contact of the arm 24 of the clamping lever 22 with the line 16, the clamping lever 22 is pivoted clockwise from its locking position shown in FIG. 3 and brought out of the locking position so that the line can be pulled out. If the line 16 is pulled out to the desired length, the line can be rewound around a small piece without the action of the spring 15.
By this movement of the leash 16, the arm 24 of the locking lever 22 is pivoted counterclockwise, so that the front side 25 presses the leash 1 against the edge of the opening 17 and thus prevents further winding. The locking lever 22 has thus reached the locking position and the line 10 is blocked.
If the line is to be completely wound up, it is sufficient to press the arm 23 of the locking lever 22 against the action of the spring 21 against the housing 8 Zll, which has the consequence that the arm 24 is pivoted out of the locked position and the line under the action of the Spring 15 is wound up until the stop 18 is present on the lever arm 24 and the edge of the housing at the opening 17. So the line is taken care of.
With the dog collar according to the invention, the leash always remains connected to the leash collar and can be pulled out to the required length or supplied again at any time for the purpose of use. The lid 11 can be used as a nameplate.
